Keep in mind that its the operator or owner of the machine that has their own policy's so you would check with that location before you sign up as to what their policy's are.
We have taken the input you and others have given us and passed it over to the department who handles those things, if they feel changes need to be made they will.
Each person who uses a service is responsible to make sure they agree or disagree and choose not to use a service as no one forces anyone to accept any terms they dont want to.
Customers are making their own choices and are aware of what they sign up for as they are over 18 and can make decisions for themselves.
If you are gona sign up for use of a service I suggest you ask about concerns if you have any at the time of sign up, others dont seem to have a problem with it as many have used the services and no one has complained
