???...maybe Aradatum shares to be issued and who knows what price might be?Aparrently someone might have some info, good Lord knows it wouldn't be us shareholders!
Eagleize has been a long time passenger on the pumptart express with a one way ticket to fantasy land! all aboard, next stop bankruptville with a free moviepass from Lyin Ted to see the debut of "Butt Buddies That Robbed Investors".
Tim
Bingo!
Saving hope...the new team has the answers, you said so yourself. I watched the video, so I get the new tower up by tearing down the embarrassing symbol of failure in Ishpeming and then I back the trailer in and stand it up...just like in the video, easy. Then I show the world this marvel of 5G self sustained technology and it sells itself. I am not sure if Linkedin will sell it. I am a success in my own field of expertise, took a business and grew it 20 fold. Took some cash and invested in MKBY, then CGEI, believed in some empty promises and after 10+ years at a break even point. So I know I personally have succeeded, you cannot say the same for the team at CGEI or Aradatum. Want to outline the promises made and promises kept by this team? I will if you want. How is that NetZero going, not a single new customer in 2 years?
LOL! Prove me wrong!
BigYak, there still is not a working prototype, they cannot sell the Ishpeming idle egg beater that took 4 turns in 2010 as a prototype. It is an embarrassment and eyesore. Imagine that being your sales model? No wonder they want to change their name! You think this NEW TEAM would really know better than to leave that failure standing! Lost Grace, Saving Hope.....no comments from the "new teams" peanut gallery?
Thanks Magnetic, not much money in LED lighting anymore? Whatever happened to NETZERO? Bryan is pretty heavily invested, but also has a lot of shares purchased at .25 with a current PPS of .85 and a finger on the trigger to sell a million shares. Once the Aradatum shares are granted I am unloading CGEI for sure! JMO of course might be wrong, but I see it crashing hard. Remember still no audited financials!
I agree. I think both insiders. Watching the 90 days as well, anticipate a huge drop in CGEI PPS when Aradatum shares issues, especially if Bryan unloads 1mil shares. I plan on selling at least 50% of my CGEI holdings after Aradatum shares issued. I am thinking it drops below .25 again unfortunately. Trying to stir the pot a little by getting under the insiders skin a touch.
Maybe Lost Grace?
Hey Saving Hope, you just signed up to come on board to tell us we know nothing? We shareholders know only what Bryan, Paul and the "new team" decide to share with us, please report back to let them know your mission was a complete failure, just like the Ishpeming turbine!
Hope Lost, wouldn't the telecom powers buy in sooner if there was a functioning prototype of the Winde20 tor the world to marvel over, instead of a green monster in Ishpeming standing idle? That to me looks like a failed project (I am sure most will concur)...has to be tough to pitch a sale to a monster telecom company without an operational prototype. What happened to NetZero???
And again you can buy shares in the .70's
Whitewolves, too bad about SG, seemed he knew some "inside" details about CGEI. He got a little bent about the dilution comments, took his turbine and went to home. Our newest member has about the same temperament...hmmmm. What do we know, we are just some penny stock investors on an opinion forum trying to learn a little more about our penny stock gamble here.
Sooo would it be Monday Morning QB-ing if I ask how CGEI might maintain share value after Aradatum shares are issued, if it holds anywhere near a dollar I imagine most will probably sell and retain the Aradatum shares. I can see it dropping back to the 20 cent level very quickly. It seems the concentration is on 5G, Net-Zero and other plans have gone by the wayside? As Hope Lost said, this is a new team at Aradatum. Sooooo, what happened to the old team and business model of net-zero energy? Where is the Winde-20 as part of that business model? LED lighting is the norm now, so is Net-Zero now NOT a cost effective measure to reduction in electrical expenses??? I see Saving Grace took himself off the moderator position and abandoned the forum.
Hope Lost, thank you, your input is appreciated! Apologize we are all hungry for positive news
Hope Lost, help us out understanding why the crash if PPS. Saving Grace where you been hiding?
I know, filing was easy though. Most will have the same mindset as you and not file, so that little bit is a little bit more. heliosandmathesonsecuritieslitigation.com
$8mil has been set aside for shareholder claims.
LOL,YUP a debit card for a movie that loses the company 10x the monthly cost! Genius, you should talk to Ted Farnsworth, sounds like a winner!
why the crash in ask price?
Anybody else file in the class action suit? I did! only 8mil out there for reparations so I don't expect much!
LMAO! yeah I think their business model was selling $5bills for .003 cents though! at least their stock value reflects that!
CGE Energy News Release
April 22, 2021
CGE Energy’s Subsidiary Aradatum is Making Next Moves
CGE Energy, Inc.’s (OTCPink: CGEI) subsidiary, Aradatum, is making it’s strategic moves and is looking to soon publicly discuss it’s rollout plans in greater detail.
Aradatum is currently in a scale-up phase, with a sales network established to build pre-sales for deliveries beginning in 2022, readying the towers for commercial manufacturing, and speaking to investors to expedite their growth.
The market and short interest is readying for these moves. There has been a large drop in short interest. https://www.americanbankingnews.com/2021/04/14/cge-energy-inc-otcmktscgei-sees-large-decrease-in-short-interest.html
It has been previously made public that at some point in the future, CGE intends to spin-off its subsidiary, Aradatum, to own and operate self-powered cell towers for the telecom and technology markets.
As a point of clarity concerning the future ownership of Aradatum by CGE Energy Shareholders, when the spin-off occurs, the intent is that every CGE Shareholder on the date of the spin-off will receive Aradatum Shares on the basis of one Aradatum Share for every one CGE Share owned, as of the last trading day prior to the spin-off. Only CGE Shareholders at spin-off will receive Aradatum Shares.
Until the spin-off occurs, the primary way to obtain Aradatum ownership is through the ownership of CGE Shares purchased in the open market or a large private placement.
“I see great value in the opportunity of Aradatum’s self-powered wireless towers in the market,” said Bryan Zaplitny, CGE’s President and CEO, “As a CGE shareholder myself, I am excited to also be part of a groundbreaking tech company that, when spun out, is poised to have greater long-term enterprise value potential than a single company, as structured today. Our companies' unique and differentiated types of power solutions can both shine independently and are in alignment with each organization’s sales activities.”
There are more than 300,000 additional cell towers needed to be constructed in the U.S. This will require a $500 Billion investment in new 5G infrastructure and Aradatum uniquely offers a solution to the geographic and power challenges that have limited the reach of next-generation wireless networks to date. Powered by clean, renewable energy with energy storage, Aradatum’s tower design is an environmentally responsible way to meet the growing demand for connectivity and for telecom providers to attain targeted and specific renewable energy goals.

Hope thank you for your input. I guess we are all hoping that CGEI management and marketing will keep current and potential investors informed of the relevant information pertinent to their significance and opportunities in the 5G world. Don't you feel that is a fair expectation of Paul Schneider? Maybe even some information on their website pertinent to this discussion?
Dano, please note in that article..."to deliver in 2022". with that said it seems pretty doubtful we will see much more to talk about in 2021.
THIS can happen Stock! I have a plan....$9.99 monthly movie subscription for all the movies you want to watch! Yup it is a sure thing!
bought and sold same day for a small loss, waiting on this one for a bit and plan to buy in again at some point.
bzaplitny@cgeenergy.com. urge release of news to shareholders?
I agree great posts Dano, if we don't laugh we might cry!
Yak I think one of them was active on the forum, took his ball and went home when everybody disagreed regarding opinions on effect of aradatum spin off and dilution!

i take it the runs are done?
Market Soars- CGEI DROPS! PINKY STINKY
I think if we don't see anything by July on this, I will probably bail out. Blurbs of BS is all we have received, no proof of anything that they have ever promised. Saving Grace, prove me wrong....PLEASE. Get permission to respond here.
Typical CGEI constant decline in value, no shareholder confidence, no updates, no income, no turbine, no up-list, no transparency, no audited financial, no contracts... have I missed any other un-kept promises? long history, but very consistent I will give Bryan that. how about a little respect for the long time investors and provide relevant updates.
Maybe they treat their prospects like they do their shareholders
someone haS Gag order me thinks???? Go Wish in one hand.

Starlink’s Internet Anywhere Via SpaceX Satellite: $99/month

It’s the ultimate Covid product: fast, low-latency internet anywhere on the planet for just $99 per month, plus a $500 up-front payment to get the connection kit.
As long as you’re OK with occasional blackouts.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX is just starting to kick off commercialization of its Starlink satellite-based internet service, and while it will initially be only available in northern U.S. and Canada, ultimately the up to tens of thousands of Starlink satellites will be able to deliver fast gap-free internet all over the world. The system has already been in testing but now the company is expanding it in a “Better Than Nothing” beta test.
Listen to this story on the TechFirst podcast:
$500 gets you the Starlink terminal: a mini satellite dish with a mounting tripod and a WiFi router.
And $99/month gets you between 50 and 150 MB/s with 20-40 milliseconds of latency.

Apple’s Radical New iPhone Suddenly Takes Shape
Since average broadband connection speed in the U.S. is just 18.7 MB/s, this is actually very good. Especially because many potential customers might be in rural areas where connectivity is much, much slower. (Half the people get below-average speeds, of course.) And even in Canada, where the average speed is 42.5 MB/s, many live far outside cities or populated areas and have extremely slow internet connections.
So Starlink is potentially absolutely huge for those who don’t want to live in urban or even suburban areas: an increasing trend in Covid times.
But you will have some issues.
There are only about 800 Starlink satellites currently in operation, and SpaceX’s email warns that there will be “brief periods of no connectivity at all.” No details, however, on how “brief” those will be.
Ultimately, SpaceX has regulatory permission to launch thousands of satellites and has filed for spectrum with the FCC for 30,000 more. So you have to assume that those issue will go away over time, and that speeds will likely improve. Just a taste: a military test in an airplane achieved 610 MB/s via a Starlink satellite in 2019. This is, of course, unlikely to be scalable.
“As you can tell from the title, we are trying to lower your initial expectations,” the email from the Starlink Team says.
That may be true. But I expect long-suffering potential clients in rural areas are likely to be more excited now than ever before.
Starlink expects to have enough satellites to launch at scale commercially in 2021.
