What is this we BS. I'll call as I see fit. The reason JB gaged them was because you would post the numbers and then bash the company on RB. That is exactly the reason, the funny thing is he thought the O/S was none of our business.
Its a shareholders right to know those figures, gagging the TA keeps people from buying the stock. He may well gag it again, doesn't hurt him, hurts the stock price.
I could care less if you update it again, you complain about the lack of movement every day, did it on ILCO too, get some patience.
I have been asking the company to ungag the TA for a while, longer than you have been in this stock! So don't presume to tell me what to do!
I just confirmed the numbers. Thanks FF.
I call less than that.
FF it is about 150 million from the last update the company gave pinksheets at the end of June. Don't know how you get numbers, they give me nada-call the company.
FF Oil Leases do not pass title to the land, in most cases years ago a person or entity reserved the oil, gas and mineral rights to a specific property when they sold the property and later sold or leased those rights time and time again. Most leases are for an initial 5 year period, with the right to extend the leases. These leases can be assigned to other parties and in cases where percentages are sold you will see another assignment which specifies the interests, sometimes it is in the form of a mineral deed, but title to the land doesn't pass just interest in the OGM rights.
FF they got screwed on the Abilene deal, it was stupid not to have an Assignment of Lease recorded stating their interest in the leasehold before it blew up!
Never said you should be, history speaks for itself, there is no doubt it will be successful. The question is will it be as successful as the IPod in terms of market share. If it did those would be some scary Rev numbers.
FF I could give a sheet what the company did, I care about the pps. The company might not do anything in 07, but their shares in FAB might. FAB goes up IDCN does as well.
The stock went from .0006 to .0054 (8 bagger plus), that was good enough for me.
Lets wait and see real world reviews of the product before declaring it King.
They both have great features, I was talking from a cost basis and will Cingular offer the same types of discounts you get on the Blackberry with a 2 year service contract. With the IPhone I especially like the fact that I would only have to carry one device (no more IPod) and the ability to access WiFi hotspots.
The money you pay for the Blackberry is above what you pay monthly for service. They costas high as $350 (that I have seen) but they discount up to $200 for a 2 year contract. I believe service on the Blackberry runs around $70-80 a month.
Jim any idea how the IPhone compares with the Blackberry. I see that you can get various Blackberry's for about $150 with a 2 year service contract from providers like Sprint and Verizon.
It looks like late January before any news from FAB's Prophet well, though there could be something sooner on the Focus wells.
Forgot the link for the intraday chart
http://www.stockhouse.com/comp_info.asp?drawChart=1&originalSymbol=FAB&economy=0&origina...
FAB's volume was a little above average today, the stock was up 2 and a half cents, most of the volume was in the last 40 minutes. Thought it was interesting and worth comment.
you too! Hopefully this is the beginning of the next move up and not just a day with a little higher volume, at least most of the trades today were buys.
I think we will see decent volume, but until FAB's wells tie in or they release results from the well Encana drilled we will stay between .0005 & .0007. If the Encana well is big we could actually get a better run then the last time. On the plus side FAB will be tying in those Bougie Trutch wells in and they have 2 more in progress on the Trutch East property with Focus Energy Trust.
my LII is showing only Nite on the ask at .0005. Pinksheets shows Nite & SBSH.
rumor on stockhouse is that the Encana well with Flying A has multiple pay zones.

I agree not going to get any cheaper here.
I've been adding lightly here.
IDCN overdue for a run, they have over 500k shares of Flying A Petroleum, which has to nat gas wells coming online in January and Encana is still testing a deep well in BC. I think 5 bagger in the next month.
OT-Thanks I'll pass, they have little capital, their subs have revs, but they lose money, they have a 2 million dollar cd that converts at a 50% discount to market Jan 1 07. Since they don't break down their subs it is hard to justify their value which is set in their filings by the BOD.
Why would IDCN do a JV with them? IDCN doesn't have legal rights (yet) to the Abilene property, so it's premature for them to be forging agreements with other drillers. There are more reputable companies that you can purchase working interests in wells from. Ones with solid track records like ROYL, that sell interests in their wells to offset development costs.
If the ECA well at Slave Point is substantial, IDCN's pps will rise as FAB rises. As for JV's with diamond miners or small drillers losing money, I have no interest.
why would that be, because they no longer intend to be a business development company? They have no revs and the O/S is very close to the A/S, wouldn't be surprised if the A/S doubles, usually dilution follows.
that search gives you the A/S not O/S.
as far as the share count he got pissed that RB posters were checking it weekly last year and discussing it on the board. The T/A has been gagged ever since! Said the share count was none of my business, as a shareholder I vehemently disagreed!
He doesn't respond to my emails and when he did he insisted pinksheets was right, which wasn't actually the case.
The one thing he is pig headed about is they share count, he needs to take the gag off the T/A. Where else would the funds be coming from!
FF I see ILCO moved today, you still in it?
I don't know about the investment firm and international investors, but it the Prophet River well hits a big pool of gas, it will be higher than .0018!
I think it would be a mistake to take this one off the board in the next two weeks, should get results from the deep well with Encana in that time frame. If Flying A runs so will this.
The only thing I could think of is mineral leases they have in the U.S. & Canada, but wouldn't it be easier to just purchase the lease, plus with OTC and Pinks the President usually has control via preferred, so you could but up the entire float and not control the company.
Merrill buying a sub-penny, I don't think that is likely. I could see them taking a position in Flying A in a private placement especially if the testing on the Prophet River well showed they hit a very big pool of gas.
DeBeers has alot of operations in Canada, if you go on their site you can see how much money they sink into each operation. Last time I looked it was over 100 million each, little guys very little chance competing.
FF they still have mining leases in Canada and I think Nevada. Mining is really a costly endeavor, hopefully any partnership formed involves the purchase of stocks or floating cash for warrants giving a nice discount on the stock.
That would be flaring as they test the well. Speculation on another board looks like Mid December at the earliest.
