They have to be able to prove their capable of being a $5 or $6 company first.That could happen later on but for now the equity partnership deals are pumping in dilution & a devalued share price .

this happen to me years ago with ROX stock symbol .ended up ok because of buying lower than offering price .but was a risk none the less.

Hate to say this ,The current 8K Filing listed above for the Private Placement offer of shares .May have caused One Analyst to down grade WTER to SELL Rating & Reduce with a stock Valuation from $1.25 to 0.90 cent .

NOTE:It seems that WTER can create YOY $Revenues but is having a hard time converting Earnings to bottom line Profits because of heavy Debts & higher operating Cost .

So WTER decides to bring in Extra $Monies bye Selling it shares in Equity partnerships to offset some of their Debts eating up Co. Profits .

IMHO , That's My Take on things causing Share Price to be Squeezed down.

Earnings will be Announced July 2nd Friday. Also the Highlights of 10K Outlook for this years Expanding Business Model. Hopefully We Hit a Homerun on earnings ,well lets hope Covid shut down this past winter season didn't hurt us to bad.

Maybe some Projections of $Revenues from expanding Business can be included in a BULLISH PR. Statement after Conference Call is over too.
