So I still can't believe the 1.5 billion bid so I put a sell order in for 4,175,000 shares just to see if people really are trying to buy the stock. It filled instantly. The stranger thing is that 10 seconds later an order for about $14 filled at .0002 to bring it back up. this whole thing seems weird

But yet we haven't even seen any damages from the initial lawsuit and it's been almost a year. So if the real meat and potatoes is going to come after we go after Vicareo, and the lawsuit hasn't even started yet as far as we know, the turn around seems to be years away imo. I hope he has an Ace up his sleeve

But we won the lawsuit ... and Vicareo is still out there using the camera... so how are they allowed to do that??? Seems to me at this point Vicareo is allowed to use the Refcam... they certainly aren't afraid to keep using it. That doesn't bode well with the lawsuit that we won. It's pretty obvious, they detached themselves from ISee and we would have to go after Vicareo in separate lawsuit.

But was it OUR refcam?... I don't think so. The company would have PR'ed such news. Now is there a lawsuit Behind the scenes to go after whoever claims to be the owner???... that may be our only hope

Can somebody explain to me all the selling at these levels? I mean, the stock is pretty much at its all time low for the last 6 months, So if it's anybody that has bought in the last few months you're selling for a loss at a time when the company is just started to turn around? It drives me nuts

Maybe. I think the best thing for our company is to merge with them. That would be a good settlement. Because they've already laid down a great network of getting this camera used in all kinds of sporting events. So take our technology and merge that with their networking and you've got yourself a pretty good company

If he was currently being sued do you really think you'd be speaking so freely about all these things? I think they are a separate entity because they have a lot of confidence if they're telling any random person that they're using refcan all over the place. Even if the lawsuit was pending, you would think he wouldn't be allowed to say those kind of things until the lawsuit was finished. My conclusion is they are going to be a separate entity and have nothing to do with us ... which I think is badd news. If we are going after them, I don't think we've started yet because I don't think he would have said all those things. all imo
