My concern with the grow opp is the location. After seeing the pictures and having experience with growing indoors the space is limited, the ceiling is not very high which means limited growth in height which means they would have to make up the difference in quantity by growing more plants since the yield will be minimized. The companies that are merging now are purchasing 150,000 SQ ft warehouses to set up their grow operations. I see a bunch of dirt with nothing done to conceal and control the room temperature, room moisture and wiring for lights and CO2.
So yes what else are they offering... The machines? Do they even any in test areas to see the functionality and popularity of the machines?
I'm in this stock and many others but to stay long I need to see something realistic. It would be interesting to see if they even have blueprints that a contractor has prepared of the grow operation. Whomever they leased this property from (if they didn't purchase it) should have this info already in place as part of the qualification for a commercial lease. It's part of the T and I. It's public information.
I am doing my own DD however I'm not seeing anything that looks like serious professionals and experienced growers. The machines are interesting though but I don't know enough about them yet and are they enough to really provide the income needed to support an ongoing grow operation.
