That is logical, SG, but the coronavirus was NOT one of the three reasons given for the delay in the Stipulated Order.
I am picturing Mark working like a madman in his white lab coat perfecting their Covid-19 test (or tests) for the FDA. Yes I am. No one can say anything negative about that because it’s my brain, and it has rights. lol.
It is rather funny that the DOJ and Judge are allowing these delays since Mark is such a fraud and mean and nasty hardened criminal who really should not be free at all.
Strange and funny at the same time, ain't it? lol.
Right, "Failure to grant a continuance would be likely to result in a miscarriage of justice."
A delay until 9/11/20 seems like a good idea.
No, that is NOT fair. Mark is right now presumed innocent. The corporation is NOT the subject of the DOJ's complaint and should continue marching onward and hopefully upward. ARYC might have the answer to the feds' prayers for their updated "close to 100%" in sensitivity and specificity Covid-19 test.
You just never know.
I wasn't comparing Arrayit to hospitals. I was comparing circumstances that are similar. You missed the point.
Please provide a link showing that ARYC has been blacklisted. Arrayit is NOT the subject of the DOJ’s complaint. There have been many fraud cases brought against individuals working at hospitals or clinics. That does not mean the hospital or clinic gets “blacklisted.”
Why wouldn’t they wait? It’s only fair, and they could carefully scrutinize ARYC’s billing while the matter is pending, and again, Arrayit the corporation is not the subject of the DOJ’s sloppy complaint.
Have they been cut off when Mark is STILL presumed innocent? And don’t forget, the charges are against an individual, not Arrayit Corporation.
Why would anyone want to get out now? This is just the beginning of the incredible growth we will be seeing in Vystar. We’ve got the FDA approved RXAir, we’ve got the gloves, we’ve got the largest furniture and carpeting retailer in New England, we’ve got the mattresses and pillows, among other items, and things are rapidly ramping up! And with the Rotman family behind it all, we are headed for the North Pole for a nice visit with Santa. lol.
I did see that. Talk about a major switcheroo from cameras to Covid, and with a HUGE loan from the feds. Good for them for finding this new niche. I mean, Kodak has been struggling for years and it’s good to know the company won’t be disappearing anytime soon.
ARYC has all sorts of products in their store that can help supply lab equipment and items like protein microarray reagents, scanners, printers, etc at shoparrayit.com. So there’s that too.
How dare you even think that both sides should be heard? There is only ONE side to this pancake. The DOJ got everything right, despite the fact that the complaint shows how they got many things wrong, all of which can be proven to be wrong right here right now.
They have already convicted Mark after adding a few more crimes, like manslaughter and blackmail, and he was sentenced to 20 years in prison but committed suicide because he was so distraught. Pretty sick, I know. .
What do you mean there is no money for a lab? The CLIA lab is already in place. Of course there is revenue! Who knows, if ARYC’s updated test is “close to 100%” accurate now, maybe the government will provide some funding as they have for other companies working on Covid-19 . And no one knows their financial situation, not even you.
Nope. All gone forever. Volume over 114 million today. Hoping most of those shares are in strong hands so we don’t see too many shenanigans tomorrow. How about .07 tomorrow and .10 close on Friday! We shall see. I love my shares.
:))
Nice. :)
Forget about .05 (that was too easy); let's close at .065!
We've come a long long way together
Through the hard times and the good
I have to celebrate you baby
I have to praise you like I should
Positive truth: $.05 today, maybe $.055+ at the close.
Exciting times.
Not so fast. "Under the Prepackaged Plan, Vivus stockholders will receive a pro rata share of $5M and a non-transferable contractual contingent value right to earn another $2/share if the company meets certain financial milestones in both 2021 and 2022."

The 250 million share buyback agreement is still in place, and I believe it will be accomplished. What is up with all these people who are living in the past anyway? It’s the future that is ahead of us, not the past. At the recent prices, I bet they’ve been snatching ‘em up! It’s always a good sign when the number of O/S is on the decline, which it is. Oh, I’m pretty sure they have enough money too.
They had already announced on 1/15/2019 the plan to buy back up to 250,000,000 shares, so they’re not going to make further announcements each time they make a purchase. Maybe when the buyback is complete, they will PR that fact. This will make a huge dent in the number of O/S and immediately increase shareholder value. With all the volume we have been seeing, I wonder if a good part of that is VYST buying back shares. I mean, the prices have been a bargain for a very long time.
Step by step...
Nice going, MM. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing. This is a huge disappointment for some, but not for me!
Are they kidding??? Shareholders heard they were ”generating millions of dollars in billing for a rapid Covid-19 detection test”? Umm....well, NO WE DiD NOT! More poop to add to the pile! Yippee.
They are NOT on the FDA's Do-Not-Use list either. I mean, you would think they would be listed on at least one of the FDA's bad-boy lists.
Not speculating, just sharing FACTS.
I am always happy to entertain.
That order by the judge was very favorable to Mark. Was it because he is still working with the FDA on their Covid-19 test, which according to Attorney Pickles’ Brief is now “close to 100%” in specificity and sensitivity? And obviously, the judge did not believe he was a flight risk, which I think must be unusual in a criminal complaint.
With so many holes in the DOJ’s complaint, I think it is only fair to reserve judgment until the trial, if there is one. With regard to the Covid 19 allegations, they have it all wrong. Think about it. We all know he said they were working on a test to submit to the FDA for hopeful EUA status. There was no PR to pump things up and no massive undertaking to move the share price and NO claim by the company that their test was FDA authorized. . How silly to say, “The stock price doubled” and leaving out the actual share prices in the complaint. They make it sound like it went from $10.00 to $20.00 when in fact they’re talking about $.01 to $.02 or so. And the company was acting under FDA guidelines, contrary to what is alleged in the complaint. And as you know there are so many other false statements, like how they diluted by “several billion shares.”
Maybe Mark is a nut. I just find it almost impossible to believe he would deliberately throw everything away when the company was experiencing what seemed to be a new beginning of growth and brand new sources of revenue, and then in addition to that, an opportunity to participate in playing an important role in helping to destroy the coronavirus. I still can find no evidence that ARYC’s test has been rejected by the FDA and/or that they have been issued any warning letter or cease and desist orders, and Arrayit is not on any of the FDA’s do-not-use lists.
The best glasses in the world will not help since all the evidence people keep talking about is invisible.
lol.
Wow! Wonderful news. RXAir 400 Germicidal Ultraviolet (UV-C) light air purification system.
Worcester, MA, July 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- With heightened concern about protection from harmful airborne viruses, Vystar Corporation’s (OTCQB: VYST) RxAir®400 Germicidal Ultraviolet (UV-C) light air purification systems offers new features and options that will make it easier to treat airborne pathogens wherever you go indoors. RxAir400 is a smaller, consumer/small business-sized version of the industrial size Rx3000 FDA-certified Class II medical device UV light air purifier designed for disinfection use in hospitals. RxAir400 will now feature an ergonomic integrated handle for easier room-to-room portability, plus offer two new accessory options:
Extended Life 18,000 Hour RxAir400 UV-C Pro bulb replacement cartridge - UV bulbs have limited life for germicidal effectiveness. RxAir units and bulb cartridges have interactive chips that communicate to alert users as the bulb approaches the end of life and needs to be replaced. RxAir 400 comes with its standard 9000 hr. UVC bulb cartridge good for approximately one year of regular use before requiring replacement. The new UVC Pro replacement cartridge has a lifespan of 18,000 hours, or approximately two years of normal use. Cartridges include free return and disposal of spent cartridges.
Wall mount bracket – New low profile wall mount bracket makes it easier to put RxAir in an optimal location when traffic patterns and furniture layout are not conducive to floor placement. The low profile bracket allows you to easily lift unit off the bracket to transport room to room to safely inactivate >99.9% of pathogens, reducing virus exposure risk in occupied facilities such as schools, restaurants, retail and offices.
Vystar is currently taking pre-orders on its RxAir.com website for new units, replacement bulb cartridges and wall mount brackets expected to be in stock in mid- to late August – just in time as students head back to school.
“A main advantage of RxAir is that it can operate safely in occupied spaces to continuously process the air up to eight times per hour, inactivating or killing the pathogens expelled as people talk, breathe, cough, sneeze or sing to help reduce risk of exposure for those in the room,” stated Bryan Stone, MD, Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and Chief of Medicine for Desert Regional Medical Center. “When near people who aren’t wearing masks and may be asymptomatic, it is reassuring to have RxAir treating pathogens they may be expelling.”
“Given the growing body of evidence that Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 may be transmitted through airborne means or aerosolization noted by the CDC1,2, and hundreds of scientists worldwide3,4,5, it is wise to address all modes of possible transmission,” Dr. Stone noted. “We strongly encourage people to wear face masks and follow other CDC recommended surface and personal disinfection practices, along with using RxAir to decrease their pathogen exposure risk as much as possible.”
“RxAir400’s ViraTech technology is one of the few UV light air purification technologies proven in EPA- and FDA-certified laboratory testing to inactivate more than 99.9% of airborne viruses (including multiple coronavirus strains), bacteria and other pathogens that cause pneumonia, influenza, MRSA (staph), streptococcus (strep throat), whooping cough, tuberculosis (TB), common cold, measles and a myriad of other antibiotic-resistant and viral infections,” Dr. Stone explained. “Hospitals and Healthcare facilities have been using ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) with UV-C light for airborne infection control for decades because it is so effective. It also reduces concentration of volatile organic compounds and odors as well as air pollution linked to sleep disorders.”
(See RxAir video:
All talk, no evidence! "evidence abounds," "my wife knows," "it's obvious,"
"public evidence is overwhelming," "lots of evidence. Lots."
Soooooo???
Where is it? Show us the evidence.
lol
No you can’t because that is impossible. I have left out much of the evidence? But NO evidence has been presented. The DOJ complaint is not evidence. It contains allegations but no evidence.
No you can’t be sure of anything. Mark Schena, an individual, is the subject of the complaint, NOT Arrayit. There is no “public evidence” yet. There is only a sworn Affidavit by a Postal Inspector that contains many false statements. Let the DOJ prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Until then, Mark is presumed innocent.
I am not sure that they will even file an 8K and if they do, the SEC would not require them to name the manufacturer. There is plenty of information on this subject at sec.gov...it’s complicated.
And it is simply not true that companies need to file an 8K for “any and all deals.”
Of course the truth gets picked apart and twisted. The evidence of that is shown here every single day.
How do you know this to be true? Do you have a link? I didn’t think so. Wait for the hearing before you decide on your own that the company is blacklisted from anything. PA POW.
You are sure?. How can you be sure when the preliminary hearing has not even taken place? You can’t be sure about anything until that happens.
If they don’t, you shouldn’t be surprised. They may want to protect the manufacturer from relentless calls from crazy shareholders, which is extremely common with a stock like this, and is annoying and distracting and a waste of precious time and would look bad for VYST.
I have seen this happen many times. Eventually the company won’t want to say much about anything and who can blame them when everything they say would get picked apart. It seems to me some of that has already happened here.
Investors should trust only official news coming directly from the company and leave the gossipers to talk among themselves. lol.
lol. It’s not blind faith at all! Accumulating at these levels and eating up as much of the float as possible is what people should be focusing on, you know, rather than focusing on whatever perception they may have of the past and/or a lack of photographs.
Thanks for this logical and encouraging post. Agree with you 100%! VYST’s time has come and there is no point looking back, just forward.
So what? You will see your photos when everyone else does. What matters is this incredible turn of events with the already FDA approved RX Air. This revenue will be pouring in for an extended period of time when you think of all the customers out there clamoring for this type of unit, both private and commercial, and probably government entities as well. International sales might be in the cards also, further adding to the growth of VYST. Then we have Rotman’s, still the largest furniture and carpet retailer in New England, which will continue on as they have for over 50 years. There is so much to look forward to, it’s spooky!
A good thing: ARYC is still listed as a CLIA certified lab at the CMS website. Also, as of right now, ARYC is NOT on the FDA’s Do-Not-Use list, plus there is no sign anywhere of any cease and desist order or warning letter from the FDA either.
Yes sir, anything is possible. Good luck!
I don’t think so. Accumulating and holding works for me, ESPECIALLY NOW. Takes the riff-raff out of the float, allowing the share price to fly with fewer obstacles trying to hold it back. Should be seeing higher lows and highs going forward.. Slow and steady wins the race.
Buy 1 Million shares of VYST at 3½¢
Sell those 1 Million shares in a few months when VYST hits $.25.
WIN $250,000 and then ponder and worry about how much you will owe the Feds at tax time.
woot woot.
More fun to come.
