im sure they are doing something....i mean we have on the surface it appears progressed
what is there to comment on...i mean DD has been beaten to a bloody pulp.
my opinion is he knows the industry and the products but couldn't manage to get a drunk to a liquor store if he was standing 2 inches from the door to go in it.....so he can put the gas in my car but he ain't driving it...im in a chippy mood.
have a great weekend all..
i think they where trying to keep all of us from selling out shares..lmao...when we heard the board all left..lmao...
bill smith makes alot off of global if it hits, xlpi is a keep busy to hopefully that happens. if global hits xlpi becomes a hobby..imho...i mean buy back shares and someone is going to finance you based on lubril what ever it is. He's been trying to get that into stores and as the e85 conversations or realities have set in his shot of pushing that product died as well. I can't imagine the market picking up that lubri whatever would all of a sudden become a need product. hell half the people go to jiffy lube and get whatever the guy tells them..lmao...The board left for whatever reason and my guess is the ends couldn't justify the means and the effort. i dont' blame them if my yard is full of snow it makes it hard to sell it to my neighbors..i mean move on to the next project. Jon's background is marketing and my guess is if he couldn't get this to work its going to be hard for anyone. I hope it does im a wealth man but im hoping they shock me with something and global helps but i dont see it right now based on the perceptions given off..
maybe but doesn't seem to be the case so far from what i see over the last 8 months since bill gave up the keys.
TOPPING, Va., Dec. 10, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- XcelPlus International (Pink Sheets:XLPI) announces that the board of directors for the corporation is undergoing some restructuring. Jon Chynoweth has stepped down as chairman of the board, along with 5 other members of the board of directors as of November 30th, 2009.
XcelPlus is diligently working on assembling a new board of directors to move the company forward. This should be accomplished by early 2010.
One of the corporate goals is to repurchase the majority of outstanding shares in an attempt to bring our market back into line with our existing business model.
XcelPlus has been taking steps to bring the Lubrilon line of products to the retail sector through two major automotive retailers. This will provide some necessary national market exposure for our Lubrilon products, which up till now have mostly been available only online at xcelplus.com.
To support the transition into the retail sector, XcelPlus is also funding several television commercials to be broadcast through Google TV Ads and their partnerships with Dish Network, Bloomberg TV, and NBC Universal. This provides us with a broader market penetration to help promote sales for our retail partners.
XcelPlus has intently been working to bring this all to fruition and we wish to sincerely thank the previous members of the board that helped the corporation succeed to this point and we wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

buy backs are nice but what do you have going that we don't know about that would make anyone including global invest in xlpi. Gen x takes away some of xlpi gusto..with the amount of shares that are outstanding its just not reasonable based on what i know ( which isn't much) they own the pattens to nothing, what is xlpi marketing? one word WALLPAPER for now...postivie spin for my critics..lmao
when is the last time you heard global rope in xlpi in anything its doing. what resources and what ability would xlpi have with its share structure destroyed to be viable how would it raise money now and who would buy? This isn't good for xlpi and honestly i think if we all look at this we hoped but it can't be a shocker.
lmao...at this point who cares...seriously The board was probably all brought on by Jon anyway. I feel sorry for those that bought xlpi after the restricted shares where out, i truly do because i think the gas if any is in globals tank for now.
i can tell you with 74% accuracy it wasn't me...
because in my opinion its still a penny with penny perceptions. The earlier pr's didn't help, but audited fin plus moving off of the pinks will be a big step to crediblity in other peoples minds. just one stupid irishmans opinion
ding ding ding...has been the trend here because thats just blows out our volume trend over the last few weeks. Or maybe people are just hearing aboout global and had a planned purchase day of today..lol..who really knows why...have a great turkey day.
lmao...trust me im not buying or selling at these levels..lmao..
rodd talked me into buying..lol...maybe some news is coming sorry i was trying to be positive..lol..
Lebed has been used in the past not on global but im not paying his cost..lmao lmao lmao..just answering a question.
or maybe money wasn't an option to choose or maybe it was..lol...not saying just saying. hey get what you can get its the american way..lmao..
your not alone..lol..
dumb question i know but where are all these new fuels being developed and who is doing it how are they getting paid
you might be the only one lmao....but yes i copy and pasted in a word document just incase you delete the post..lmao...
soft i respect yah buddy you know more about this business then i ever could if i read a book every day for a year on it and i don't want to..lol...some people pray to take away pain and some drink whisky (this is me) we are all trying to go to the same place just taking different routes....i've always tried to stay in the middle on this one, times leaning heavily one way or the other.
soft have a awesome thanksgiving and i appreciate your kind words. i don't know if im back or just had a relapse for a couple days.
thanks she see's it all as a positive and keeps an emotional balance about it, i wish i could do that at times....lol..all though i have gotten a bit better. I have far less emotion about the stocks i buy for clients then i do for myself..lmao..if they call could be the next google.
hope your boy is okay....
maybe i can sell bill smith the patent on doing a "badknees" he buys alot of those..hey im just kidding...
hey hey now..lmao...i think its good to step away and my mistake was saying i would be gone for good as im reminded of..lmao..and why people care if i come back or not is humorious, but i find this fun its gives me a break in a day to read the board and everyones opinion. i've never been an extreme numbers nerd i do enough and trust my gut and i have good and bad days with xpgh but i trust my strategy and if they get audited financials and don't dilute the shares and can continue reasonable growth on sales they have a fighting chance. But moving to big boards and the reporting envolved cost money, they will need to hire more people obviously at more cost. if they by Gen-x there will be a cost of operating or building back that business...lets not dilute the books before a bank or other finanical firm has a chance to see and like them (maybe they already have). this positive stuff is fun.
found out last night that a good friend of mine from 20 years ago has two twin 15 year olds with rett syndrom. i had to research it myself and basically you do the reverse benj. button you start out young and by the time your 15 like her twins are you can't walk, talk, and they just had feeding tubes put in.
I don't brag, ( can be confident ) im humbled and thankful for the opportunities I am given every day to live a dream and affect other peoples lives. Perspective people and i certainly got reminded of that last night.
you can attack me its good because if thats the worst thing that happens to me today or this company flops i think ill be okay.
the neg angle would be to quote un quote pay someone back or provide a pr piece...the positive answer would be maybe they know something we don't from inside the industry. My main concern is spreading to thin to fast before the base is solid enough to support that kind expansion and i don't think it is based on the numbers. If this purchase would save us money and expense with in the next 6 to 12 months i could see it. right now i don't see the need to do it. sometimes its hard to see xpgh clearly when you have that xlpi taste of doing business in your mouth..lol...and im not trying to compare them at all.
Great post couldn't agree more.
The funny thing is i probably (other then rodd)have more shares still then most posting here lol because i do believe this company has a figthing chance once it gets off of the pinks and if audited finanicals happen as stated. credibility is huge and those two things will i hope give this one life.
I do apologzie for buying alot of shares around .10 and selling alot of them at .45 ( being mr. neg of my generation on ihub xpgh board i hear)and holding on to some. I didn't think at the time this would reflect that i didn't like you or didn't have faith in the company or leadership. I just thought rodd came on and was telling everyone all this wonderful stuff ( alot is true so not questioning the info just the timing) and i thought wow here is a great opportunity someone is pumping baby and the worst thing is ill buy and get rid of them and still have my restricted shares left over for the dream...little did i know it was a brilliant idea and made me money. I still love the concepts of the company still will make a crap load of money if this takes off, but was able to trade a pink like one should and make money.....now that i have confessed my sins..i can move on with my life.
stupid arguments over what?.......someone just has to find someone to be just as neg with. was lady and she went away then me, then puppman, now its InvestForProfit13 and back to me because he dares ask questions that are important to him as a shareholder. the internet is or has become the greatest source for marketing and for DD, the website is a pretty big deal.
darn to long i bet you lost interest...gosh my heart is broken,im just going to go do a search on BNI to see if i like buffet or not ( he did buy ge in the $18 dollar rage), or maybe im buying the stock because as energy cost rise i think rails will become probably the most efficient way to transport goods.
now my logic is all messed up...i have to rethink everything now that i've been blessed with guidance of Hdhick.
don't care....if you are interested. consise enough for you. I have enough time on my hands because i make enough money to have time one my hands...your act is old.
i don't care about people or companies...just play the dips and make money you say. sounds like a good business practice. Wow when GE hit 8 bucks i bought a bunch more and today i just sold 50% of my oil and gold positions at 40% gains. I dont' know any of the other shareholders of those companies but i don't think my clients care.
Dear lord i gave you to much credit. One pumper on here is telling me to over pay for my stock to get the price up, hmm why would a former insider tell me to do that? your telling me i should love the company and the people and sell if im not happy with how things are going, and why would i post here and i must be a trader. Well im a day trader with my own money and i invest in youth, innovation, technology, and earnings potentional and projected revenues going forward among a list of other things. Not on that list ( no disrespect to posters) is not so i can be come friends and do a holding hands of xpgh sharholders accross america. smuck.
i've been posting here for years....i don't think to anyone my intentions i've been an open book for all of those years and for those that have asked me question in pm's i've always been upfront.
this is one penny stock not life do what ever the heck you want. just stop playing judge and jury you look like a fool.
who cares why he doesn't sell. why aren't you buying like crazy with your all positive all the time campagin. He's asks a question people can choose to answer it or not. everyone buys a stock for their own reasons.
Why one buys or sells their stock makes no difference to me why does it to you? this is a freakn penny stock if your not questioning something then chances are one will get blind sided at some point (not saying this one will but....). if his questions are outrageous then i could see that. Should we not questions ceo's statements or take them with blind faith with a penny stock. people where saying the same things about xlpi bill smith that they are saying here(not saying this will have the same path at all so don't say im saying that)there have been press releases open to interpretation.
As a shareholder don't we have a right to question the ceo of a penny stock they have our money right? you have strong opinions and i respect them see below but they are you opinions based on how you want to spend your money. imho you can't apply what you said so well below from your platform to penny stocks. Penny stocks are high stakes gambling (duh i know your saying lol). Most penny stocks you play the run ups, theres a reason for them and buy on the dips. the cycle happens over and over again right? you know this because your the negative posting police about the neg posters of global penny stock investerhub its okay its true. lol
this is a tired arguement....when i leave you just move on to the next person asking questions. what is your agenda hdhick. You have blind faith in this one, i do because i've made more then my investment back out of it by a long shot..lmao..didn't matter if i was positive or neg. but thanks all you pumpers love you for it and ill wait for the next one. Its about making money and people ( i did this with xlpi) wait for the home run right up to the point that im using my shares as wallpaper.
i have to go i hope this one does take off it would nice to see one succeed that i've owned..lol..penny stock wise. i enjoy reading all posts but im done with this argument..lmao..back to ihub retirement and i know that will make you happy and others as well. Again i truly apprieciate the time posters put in on DD on this one i hope you are all rewarded soon....I like to think i've always defended both sides and can be a neg. nancy at times but with good intentions.
hdhick you can hate me thats cool doesn't faze me a bit, but with all do seriousness for a brief second i wish you and your family a happy thanksgiving. we don't agree on somethings but i respect your right to your opinion and post it. good fortune and why do i have to keep watching the detroit lions every thanksgiving now, can't they use the flex schedule on that game..lol..

Let me help you out.
CEO's have no obligations to the stockholders. The CEO is hired by and reports directly to the BOD. The board of directors is elected by the stockholders and the BOD has an obligations to the stockholders, albeit a very limited one and this mostly centers around quarterly (if any) and annual reporting. They must act in good faith and with a reasonable degree of care, and they must not have any conflicts of interest. That is, the interests of the company must take precedence over personal interests of individual board members.
BOD specific responsibilities can and do change from company to company, based on their bylaws.
In terms of reporting information to the stockholders at large, not much, except on an annual basis and not in much detail. If you really want to hold them to the letter of the obligations, then you will need the by-laws of the corporation.
Should you find a company to be in violation of these generally accepted bylaws, you should sell your stock immediately and report them.
oh i wouldn't say that:
It's good to hear a reasonable person with some intelligence on this board for a change.
well i wouldn't say clowns i think they have their opinion but it should not get in the way of people expressing theirs. Opinion boards for all sides of an issue. If someone is being neg. the refute them with facts and if someone is being neg or positive the back it up with fact...its simple. i've been both this one has potential to be a flower but still kind of has some stank of a skunk from time to time. One thing for sure it will all be obvious at some point in the future. Its you money you spend on a stock if you want to be a glass half empty guy then thats cool and the other way is fine with me to. Its you cash.
your post or my posts or rodd posts or puppmans post are not going to sway global to do anything they don't want to do or need to do fulfill their plan.
have a great holiday all.
lmao...i lurk...does that still count.
what reason is potential of that company. i've been accused of about everything and everything on this board. why do you have to have 100% love for a company to own it. I love GE the stock hated Jeffery Immelt as he drove my stock to almost $8 bucks in feb of 09. People screamed and yelled as the dividend was slashed when he said it wouldn't be why didn't those people sell wow? why didn't i sell because i believed in their products and their diversification and in time the PPS would reverse and it has and made me and out clients alot of money. Your a smart man HDhick ( and i mean that) but give me a break this is a message board meant to dicuss all issues. Not every post by everyone is neg and not every post by everyone is postive either over time. If your moving off the pinksheets you better be ready to roll and that includes marketing. if you have a public offering then you better have a place people can go to review what you got and it better be sharp.
Rodd your great but the other date you encouraged people to pay more for their shares! kool-aid and not productive why did that not receive the response it should of like the "quote un quote" neg posters get. Thats insane to me.
I truly appreicate the news and the articles you all take time to dig up. I'm kind of done with all that and i hope this one can pull it off, not spread itself to thin (xlpi model), you have to spend money to make money so expense i don't have a problem with within reason. If you want to attract investors you can't take them to buger king and you can't stay at the red roof inn. Perception is everything.
best all...does everyone here thing xlpi is going to take off? does everyone thing xlpi probably is a lost cause? do you even doubt it can succeed? if you still have shares, why do you?
Have a great turkey weekend and we live in a country where we can debate and express opinion even when we dont' agree.
Softtailhog per your request im putting in an order to buy at .50 today..lmao...your rant warmed my heart..lmao..im just joking with yah. Have a great weekend all.
thanks rodd I appreciate your thoughts.
lmao...lmao...Rodd you are a funny man. I thank you for the mention i almost was starting to think i had been forgotten and probably have been by many..lmao.. Even when im not on the board im being accused of something..lol..I'm enjoying reading all your posts. I'm still a share holder and havn't sold a share since around the high .40 cent rage. Im curious to see how this one plays out and yes rodd i still have plenty of shares and im just waiting for the next
i have no opinion just watching...i agree though rodd that fuzzy math won't get you financial backing from anyone. ba by.
it could be anything but it simply might be a dead horse here. i hate to say it, but there isn't alot of reference to xlpi anymore by global (some here and there) but i don't think how we had hoped it might play a role in global. All we hope is that global can create a market through its success with other products for some of xlpi products. I don't have much hope on this one, if any money is to be made i think in the end it will be global.
