Your continued enthusiasm has stopped me from what I was about to post. This is good news for all. For what it’s worth I tagged you for a follow. SPOM aside, your posts on other boards deserves a follow.
Good luck to you/GLTA
I believe that has changed. Read the annual that was just released this morning.
Annual out!
I noticed on OTCMarkets that the market value has been updated to $4,282,093 on March 30th, from $2,635,134 on March 22nd. All other information has remained the same.
I interpreted the March 27 PR that the new entity being formed in Colorado and ONCI will merge. Not that the new entity will be a subsidiary of ONCI. If this is the case is it possible that we get a name change for the merged companies along with the new share structure? Not sure if any of that matters; just thinking while we wait. .

Confirmation of what?
This is bigger news than Korea, Japan, and Indonesia. This is the beginning of ALL auto manufacturers and insurance companies seeking to employ “distracted driving solutions” as an industry standard. The trend has begun. This is HUGE!
ONCI!!!

Fantastic Mary. Glad you are here. All sounds promising.
I agree. It is something I regret. Should have kept it more professional. That approach is out of character for me. I should have emailed a few days earlier when I was less bothered with the situation. Broke my own rule regarding emails of importance; write and save, wait a day, and then reread and edit before clicking send. Had I done that then the last statement would have been removed.

GDGI looking big and green on the Ticker Buzz Cloud!
Was this directed to me?
Thanks for sharing. We need to get Dukes attention and make him do what we want/need. Collectively we own him. I already have my next email to him saved in word doc if he does not respond as we need him to. Trust me, it will get his attention in a very meaningful way.

Email sent to Owen Dukes
You keep stating that SPOM is undervalued. It will remain that way until you start using avenues other than OTC Markets as your sole outlet for PR’s. Trust me when I say that shareholders know better than you regarding investor awareness. Your failure to use multiple outlets for PR’s reveals a level of incompetence on your part.
This is more than just a request on my part; it is a demand. You have an obligation to shareholders to do your part to promote Spo Global and advance the visibility of the company to potential investors. This can not be achieved by only using OTC Markets.
It is my opinion that if you continue to ignore shareholder request to promote Spo Global through multiple outlets you are negligent in your responsibility to shareholders. At some point in time you will be held accountable. If this issue is beyond your ability to understand then assign someone on your staff to address this issue.
I hold out hope for the success of Spo Global, but for now you have proven to be the negative factor in the equation for success. It doesn’t matter how many deals you make if the masses are unaware of them. Seriously, get your head out of your ass and start doing what is necessary to generate investor awareness.
I tend to think the same. Curious how Berman’s shares with tx*m benefit ONCI shareholders.
TIRED OF HOLDING? But on January 13th you posted “Feels good holding 6 mil shares. Feels real good”. Followed on January 24th with “Why is stock not moving? Why?????”
Did you expect quick fortunes?
I’m with you on that. Not sure if we want to know what the float is. At this point I want names of companies and BOD’s. Do they currently or near term plan to attend MJ conferences? What’s the business plan? Etc. Time to start revealing.
I’m hoping AW released the bad news (share structure) to us first, and what follows will all be good.
Also, gave you a follow.
A lot of questions to be answered that’s for sure.

But I like the lightbulb….besides that bulb is all we have at this time. URGH
GLTY
That’s a good sign. Maybe we’ll soon know what we have here. Even with the bloated O/S I’m still staying positive.
Outstanding is 8.1 bil as of March 17th
Good to know. Too much potential to ignore.
GLTY
Could not agree more. Just added BeardedBasterred to my follow list. Intelligent poster.
Obviously there are two camps here. Those that believe and those that don’t. I’m in the believe camp; however, Berman has to start delivering on past statements to regain trust in shareholders.
The reduction of the O/S would have the biggest impact on shareholder perspective. Domiciling in Colorado should be a quick and easy accomplishment and offer indication that MJ is still in play here. IMO these two objectives should be priority.
I think if these two issues are resolved then we can all get back to being a collective force moving forward. Those that continue to complain simply don’t get it and will never be satisfied regardless of what Berman does and should be ignored.
Hopefully soon we’ll get the results on the FMS beta test launch involving the Food & Beverage distributor and large Taxi fleet in the North-East USA.
Just my opinion. Good luck to ALL.
GLTA
Safe trip katano. See ya next week.
Hey ArchieH, IMO .01 is easy for ONCI. A lot in motion to get us there.
GLTY
We’re good here. Marked you as well. Good luck to you!
Regardless of who you may or may not be I gave you a follow. Good things ahead for ONCI shareholders!
Loaded and holding long here. No fear. Berman delivers. Enough said.
GLTY
Huge buy volume today. More updates on the way. GDGI ready to rip. Holding tight to my shares.
GLTA
Agreed. Gregory delivered on his promise to become current reporting. Next is to get the domains up and running. Which according to the November 8th PR “the first quarter of 2017”.
Looking good here!
GLTA
Absolutely agree Mary! All great news and updates today. Berman delivers. Patience rewards with ONCI.
Curious question; Wonder if there are still plans for On4 Communications Management Inc. domiciled in Wyoming with 10,000 shares?
GLTY/GLTA
Hey LastOne, Just gave you a follow. Actually thought I already did that awhile back.
GLTY
IMO whenever a company starts releasing quarterly, bad or good, it at least shows activity and progress. I think they will work quickly to become current.
GLTY
Thank you!
Hey BK, good to hear from you.
That’s a question I wish I had the answer to. Without knowing the companies involved it’s difficult to say if success is in their/our future. My expectations of what I think EEGI is developing may be far from reality.
You asked for my honest opinion; yes, I think they have a good chance to be relevant in the MJ and indoor grow industry. I base that conclusion on my interpretation of the PR’s, and my belief that those currently entering the MJ industry are more prepared and realistic than most that preceded them.
You are so right about very exciting times ahead for MJ.
GLTY
Hey Bleezking, I understand what you’re saying, but IMO it’s more than just bulbs. These light units range in price from around $200 to over $2,000; depending on application. Check out California Light Works or Black Dog LED. Both of these sites also have good information on grow lights in general and grow operations.
The grow lights are actually quite complex. The light needs to emit different bands of color at different times for the different types of growth. Example: blue end of the spectrum for vegetative growth and red end of the spectrum when flowering the plant. Of course, wattage and brilliance of the lights are also key to proper plant growth.
The mj and other plant grow operations have lighting requirements down to a science, and it’s still evolving. The light manufacturers must stay in step with the demands of growers. In the end it will be the growers who will inadvertently determine which grow light manufacturers remain relevant in their industry .
I was researching LED grow lights prior to finding EEGI; which I found by accident. I wanted stock in a grow light company and now I have some. What’s left to be determined is do we get a company like the two I mentioned or do we get one with great aspirations but with little to offer.
Let’s hope for the best
BTW, I gave you a follow

By the wording in the Feb. 3rd PR I’m under the impression that an R/S is not part of the plan.
“Our goal is to keep the number of outstanding shares as low as possible while closing our transaction, and then to use all of our resources to pay off outstanding debt and reduce the OS as much as possible.”
“As for the authorized shares, we plan to finish what prior management started and get the company domiciled in Wyoming first and then file an update to lower it.”
From those statements I’m more inclined to think that a share buyback is more likely than an R/S. Or at worse, a combination of the two.
As far as the finale makeup of the company, wording in the Feb 3rd PR: “Acquisitions”, “lighting and irrigation systems”, “substantial in value” “creating a new project from more than one existing companies”, speaks for itself.
IMO at minimum we get an LED grow light provider teaming up with an irrigation system provider to cross market their products and offer growers a complete package to satisfy the two main aspects of their operation. A good complimentary addition to this would be the addition of an MJ grow consulting business. The maximum outcome would be to also bring in companies that address all the needs of growers. IMO this is the direction that EEGI is heading.
Consolidation of companies and services in the MJ industry is becoming an unavoidable aspect of survival. Companies that recognize this now will be those that are around later. EEGI is an early entry to adopt this mentality. Also, this is not just about growing MJ. The indoor vegetable, herb, and flower grow industry is just as viable as the MJ grow industry.
Compare the indoor grow industry to others. With personal computers you have about nine (9) main manufacturers to choose from, and then you have the “others”. With cell phones you also have about nine (nine) main manufacturers to choose from, and then you have the “others”.
Excluding major light manufacturers such as Cree and Phillips there are approximately thirty-two (32) LED grow light manufacturers. Currently that number is divided about equally between those that currently have the upper hand on the others and those that are sitting or leaning toward the “others” category. I’m convinced that EEGI is taking the necessary steps to make sure they do not fall into the “others” category.
I know that if I was growing a crop of MJ, vegetables, herbs, or flowers, and my livelihood and that of others depended on the products and services I employ to grow my crop I’m not going with the “others”.
Just opinion
GLTA
Agreed, no sense moving EEGI to WY but I do still check. I spoke to the WY site yesterday and asked if there is a way to search by date; answer was no. Thought I might find something that fits what EEGI is to become. Also been checking the NV site to see if EEGI goes inactive.

From December 8th: Gregory added, "We are also working to bring our financials current in the near future."
That was 92 days ago. Hopefully these will be released soon along with a PR that reflects current progress and achievements of GDGI.
GLTA
I’m still here BeardedB. No plans to go anywhere.
