Why can't the cell phone developers just get it right and give us a phone that does everything already? They can't possibly be making money if they keep having to upgrade cell phones, can they???
JR30...the problem with your example (above) is they MAKE MONEY while evolving to the next technology level. They don't lose money on each product and stay stagnant QOQ. Of course upgrades are needed. However, we are light years ahead in a 600% conversion initiative.
Remember, it was initially V1 that gave us that 600% conversion stat. Where was the revenue from that level...8K???
I am sure cell phones made companies profitable, then upgraded and made them more Profitable in the subsequent year. Not nearly Zero from the start with a quoted 600% conversion rate..then ZERO % QoQ!

From what I have seen on some of Dennis's training and demo video's there is a lot of clicks and functionality to make the Walk Out work. I believe 12 steps. This is not a 3 or 4 step function. People are Type A and want something easy. Oracle has all the Geeks and it is going slower than a Snail Climbing an Icy Hill. Now consider the less savvy techs and other users in social media etc..
I know this newer generation can complete the process..if they want to!

There is no way we are light years ahead. V1 was supposedly Light years ahead and got dropped abruptly in a few months. Than V2 was the new technology that everyone will be clamoring about. Dropped in a few months. Now V3.
The problem is, each one of these "Light year Ahead Versions", did not produce...now we wait for V3 and maybe V4. I don't mind the upgrades, but can the first disruptive break through create cash flow as we continue to evolve?

I am just speculating now, but based on my experience with organizations of similar size these types of delays are common because they are very careful in rolling out products associated with their brands.
Your above statement is now Obviously the case. These forward looking in sights should have been realized in March and forecasted as such.
Rory should have tamed down expectations and went with a far more conservative sentiment, that's what great CEO's do, they under predict and over Deliver. We are not just missing by a little, we are missing by A LOT!
Knowing How Large companies are stratified and organized, A CEO close to the action needs to understand the hurdles ahead...not in retrospect.
He has lost a lot of credibility going forward with the other CRM's he is alluding to. He is also behind on them as well. First it was 90 days from June that most CRM's would be on Board..Now the EOY. (another miss).
Heck, it may be June of 2019 if we are not too late with competition on the prowl.

What ever happened to Concenterus? What did they do for us. Maybe after they failed in delivering V1, they were the entity that told us V1 was not good enough and needed V2...Now unfortunately V3 (another miss).
We are Buying this company with pure Dilution. We have no Revenue..Just Shares of .20 to .40 to buy a company with 15 Million revenue. NFUSZ with 80K per year buying a 15 Million per year stock makes ZERO SENSE!
FUSZ will only bring in 10K on Q3 and 30K Max on Q4. This is all backwards and Bizarre to me!

Sound Concepts will have to adsorb 3 million per year (minimum) in nFUSZ expenses. NFUSZ will only create 80K in revenue. Do the math.

So if this new company grows 1 Million, they will be set back 3 million.
30 employees with an average salary of 85K and benefit packages of 15K = 100K total compensation..or 3M per year.
NASDAQ will look at losing book value the same way the OTC does...Not good. Prove me wrong on this, I am prepared!

The reason Former Employees left, like Cho, is they were not seeing Traction in the technology..far too many Clicks and far too much resistance to adoption>
Oracle knows they have first mover advantage, but due to a lack of interest and Sense of Urgency, they continually push back the training Integration.
People said that Oracle is a testament to nFusz technology, now that they are NOT adopting, the Testament Theory is reversed.
Even without Oracle, the last 3 to 4 months of smaller and Mid sized companies should have produced over 8K in revs, plus the repeat order base from Q1 ..Ignite Visibility, Schools, Largest Auto Dealership etc...
I guess this may be why these mid sized companies are not PR'd "IF" they are occurring. They don't add squat to the bottom line!

33 employees X 155K average (benefits included, travel expenses)) = 5 Million per year! Even if half that number...2.5 Million per year!

What does NASDAQ uplisting mean when the new company will not have any more revenues than before but a lot more baggage and expenses.
Everyone thinks Uplisting is the ticket...there still needs to be additional profitability and Performance. Nasdaq investors will be watching expenses and revenues!
