Just the same outdated noise of doom and gloom. My tickets are held to watch the show! In fact, if it’s all just the same, I’ll keep adding to my pile.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m just here for the show. I bought my tickets at the counter and I paid a premium for them. Many other investors believe the DD uncovered thus far makes this is a stock to hold onto. That’s the game.
I’m not trying to sour a negativity parade, but If I were looking for a “Savior” - well, I wouldn’t search on a message board.
Just to be clear - I am LONG on this stock. I’ve made purchases monthly since October 2016. The “I’m Just trying to save people from losing their money” mentality is growing quite old.
If you are playing with money you can’t afford to lose, well...

Today, I found a message board that proclaims digital magazine subscriptions are dying... Cant fix stupid! Texture just came out last fall stating they expect 50% growth - now, that’s just money in the bank!

To clarify - Largest Digital Newsstand - Pixel Mags already boasts this; look at their Twitter and Facebook pages.
10,000 + magazines already, add a few hundred more from Texture.
Just for completion - I think it may be Origo that is wanting to buy Texture, just to slide another piece of media into the organization. In a short amount of time, I predict that SPCL will be part of the largest media company in the United States.
IMO, this puzzle is almost put together.
I’ll throw out a guess - The Pixel Mags financials will show up with a Super 8K soon - In my opinion, I think Solaris was purchased as a holding company for all of the Vert Capital investments - and Oreva Capital was formed to absorb Solaris, restructure the shares and give the Vert boys and a few of the good ole boys from HITM - a piece of the action.
“Solaris will work to maximize shareholder value”, Kleinman said. “We are now focused on our core business, proven technology, and business model. Pixel Mags will be the engine to drive the business and create the opportunity for Solaris to grow”. The Vert umbrella needs a money machine for growth - Pixel Mags will provide that revenue. I believe when the financials are published, the data will show Pixel Mags to be profitable company capable of supporting seed money to MME*, and PKG*. I may be mistaken, but SPCL has had minimal dilution while some of the Vertville stocks were substantially diluted in order for Vert to obtain controlling interest.
The SPCL voting rights acquired in June - shareholder approval was needed to acquire the Vert umbrella and sell to Oreva. The STOP sign was put in place on purpose to build this framework - no need to report.
In my opinion, Oreva is the target company to provide HITM the resources it needs. What will we get - One big media corporation with lots of room for growth - listed on the Nasdaq.

A business combination can be structured where we acquire 100% of the equity interests or assets of the target business or businesses. If possible, textbook corporations like Wiley, Pearson, Glencoe, Holt, Rinehart, Winston may jump on board and have PixelMags be the delivery mechanism not only for magazines, but for all classroom textbooks.... I heard about this stock on Thanksgiving from an individual I have posted back and forth with from another board. IMO, the volume on Friday validated the huge upside potential here. My only opinion is that if there is that much upside potential short term then more games will be played by MM's and other false PR's are inevitable for accumulation purposes..

Yes! Sell! But when to sell? Now, there’s the real question we all ask. Probably best to wait till we have more information to make that decision. Someone will sell to me shortly. I’m a buyer soon, it’s that time of the month again..
And the thing is, on January 3rd, I’m still going to be a buyer - I already know how much cash I’m depositing in my brokerage account, the higher it goes, the less shares I’ll get, I’m not complaining, my bag has been loading all year, IMO, this will continue to rise for months.
I continue to add to the pile when I can. Looking to grab more SPCL in January! Merry Christmas - SPCL makes a great stocking stuffer! What’s under your tree this Christmas?
