stop with the bets....
i saw this a time before...and now liquid owes Serfdom one thousand dollars.
there won't be Bid/Ask..
no MM's therefore, no proprietary quotes.
EDIT: i bet you it is moved off-shore...
because he must have known the hammer was being dropped when the suspension occured. probably before the suspension when he was being questioned by the SEC. if he could pull this heist off, he probably, IMO, had a shelter for his cash.
EDIT: it might be in his wife's name.....he has a wife, right? criminals tend to use their wives to hide assets. you think that it would not matter, but it does.......
Dan
Perhaps, but he is currently under the protection of the professional corporation.....if this is criminal, which, by the actions of the FBI, it seems it is. This is not just a crackdown on the company, but Jim Plant himself. Therefore, I would think HIS personal assets may be seized, and perhaps the company will be re-organized. Just some thoughts.
IMO, they will have to go BK....
or face some serious legal action by shareholders duped by the blantant lies by company agents. I highly doubt this company will last a month, IMO.
Dan
no second baby yet....
cute? not my taste....looks stoned IMO.
i have not been in any penny stocks lately, i will tell you that. strictly big board for the time being.
hope all is well with you my friend.
Dan
can you imagine???
"What, we didn't get paid 20 million a year ago? Where was I?"
Now that was a bullsh-t lie. he didn't know that his company NEVER got paid 20 million.....for god sakes man, what does JP take us for? Oh, that is right....he takes us for idiots, and why not....we actually bought his worthless shares.....
at least I sold BEFORE the suspension.
I thank this board, and the "FACT N FICTION" board as well.
Then of course there is the "consultant"
that needs to go away for a long time, IMO, but Taylor is a slippery sucker.
ya....i bet
the motherf-cker remark was the ticket.....
i want to see another CEO get arrested also...but he is traveling the world on the shareholders dime.
he might be in Somaliland right now>>>>> LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot wait until they convict his ass for securities fraud.
uggh!...well that is a prize...
here is a link to RIGATONI's post...
Jim Plant was arrested on 3/13/07
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=17922579
lol....where is my OJ prize? eom
PENNY......
bubba gunna have a good time!
now...how about a lawyer and some civil action before this guy runs out of the country? lol
i thought yesterday....i will check....
word is just spreading now on CKYS board.
Dan
Jim Plant arrested by FBI..eom
there were many that were buying more..
yesterday..
Woof
you got one from me! eom
CKYS: pennyland....jim plant was arrested...
for securities fraud. did you see it yet?
wow...
wow....there is a real crackdown going on...
in pinky world. i guess that is why many CEO's tend to open up shop in canada......i guess it did not pay to stay in utah.
this will get even more interesting as the days go by. anyone that bought based on jim's words on SCEmotion and on his website, including the share count, can sue with ligitimate grievances.
it looks as though many will be going after their money since they were allegedly lied to by the CEO, Mr. Jim Plant. curiouser and curiouser.
holy crap!!!!!!!!!!!
jim had integrity?!? i guess not!
109 mill shares traded today...
pps at .0015. big jump up. hope a retailer sold at that price vs JP and his cronies.
98 mill and counting eom
sorry for your loss fenian. eom
that is why they don't mind selling to retailers..
willing to give them money. IMO, this is the most risky of risky stocks right now. this is like walking in a casino, handing the money to the pit boss, and walking out, IMO. buyer beware.
Nice to see you here.
i love this company, but the stock has been so damn depressed, that it is hard to hold on to until the next big news comes out. I believe a dollar is the low, and i believe the only direction this will go is up.
good luck and i will try to bring any and all currently news to the table.
Dan
ya....this was a bad beginning of 2007 for me..
a placeholder in case it gets deleted..

didn't someone challenge..
another poster to a thousand dollar bet that this would not open on the greys?
was that paid to serfdom yet?
manipulation?!? this is the grey sheets...
there is absolutely NO regulation at all here.
what should we suspect?
that is my point...but it seems that..
the posts i am reading are all about BUYING...
no one is mentioning that they are selling, or were able to sell.
perhaps the first or second day after suspension lifts, selling could happen, but at this point, you will have to just about give them away to remove them from your portfolio. We must be clear on this if we are to make sure unsuspecting investors do not get caught up in any hype. this is important guys and gals.
this is not a stock that one should consider buying..IMVHO.
be careful. if you are patient, wait for the story to be told.....wait for it to be back on the pink sheets, and then still be careful. we cannot allow newbies to think this is something to buy....IMO. what kind of Americans (or people, in general) would we be if we allowed those that don't know any better to get involved in such a risky stock?
again..there is much talk about buying...
has anyone sold this during it's stay in the greys?
if selling occured, did you have to put a limit order in much lower than the current PPS? this is important for those that WANT to be able to trade this. We can buy, but we should make sure we can SELL also.
Anyone have anything to share in this discussion?
Dan
question for board:
Has anyone actually sold this at a higher price than the price that was current at the time of the trade?
I am just curious as to the sell-ability of this in the grey sheets.
TIA
Dan
well yellow...as long as you have the cash...
have at it.
I am just saying, beware. This is not a place to dump money into when there are so many other good stocks to invest in, IMO.
You may have convictions, but they may also be wrong and cause you harm. Please be careful.
Dan
no..eom
VIRUS....i am trying to understand the situation...
are you an acquaintance of JA? or did he send this at the request of you as an investor/potential investor. i am just trying to figure out why he would send this out.
there is a greater story behind this action, IMO. i am just curious.
Dan
VIRUS: Thank you..where...
did you get this letter? TIA
yep..looks like we will get nothing for a while..
then a reverse split to another "company"
an MM needs to file the form 211...
but if they don't, it does not matter, it will still trade.....
just a different way of trading. you will also not have a published bid, ask, so basically, you can bid and ask anything you want, just that someone on the other end has to accept your price and voila, you have a trade....as long as your broker is doing it's job.
righty, did he not know about...
the need for MM's to file form 211?
kermit...right now, the situation is...
what it is...
now, the only thing investors can do is wait. the greys will be ugly, but you WILL be able to trade this. It takes some time, but you will be able to get a bite.....you will have to watch closely but don't freak out......you must make decisions that are in your and your family's best interest.
As for the SEC....f-k'em. They will do what they will do, regardless of any middle class investor, like most of us, wants. I hope you come out ok in this, but I don't know what you can do about the SEC.....
I guess the question is (and it is rhetorical)...how much money and time are you willing to spend to take on the SEC, the company, the DTCC, NASD....whomever?
Good luck man...back to lurking....
Dan
