News outs!! Nothing any really "new", re-iterates whats on the IHUB page for SIRG, BUT...it has todays date and still places a connection between OROT and SIRG and the definitive agreement to buy the mine. For super dirt cheap too! It's not the news we want, but its at least a current UPDATE that there is still an agreement and connection.

And lets not forget the so called missing "600million shares"
....that just no longer exist. 300Million O/S

Yes, I'm aware it was from 2013. point of it was to show that it stated...as well as what the court documents stated from June, that SIRG owns 100% of the mine.
And, also, as we saw from Friday a fake pop-up on OROT's site, that these people are, for whatever reason, being haunted by hackers releasing false information about them which was also evident in that one PR
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/sierra-resource-group-cautions-investors-2013-05-31
Here's also something that people should take into account. This PR may be old, but apparently isn't the first time material information important to SIRG has been hacked and used for a negative purpose. Also, even in this PR, claims that SIRG owns 100% of the mine. So where people are getting SunBurst owns it, is beyond me.
As well as this note from the PR:
then why keep bashing the stock? That bad lunch must have put you in a bad mood lol. how can anyone argue what the court documents say? Stamped by a state judge a definitive agreement between SIRG and OROT. No mention at all of Sunburst. If the infrastructure is damage or out of date, it clearly wouldn't take much to bring it back up and running. It's not like OROT or SIRG would have to start from scratch. Isn't that CDM or whatever that engineering firm stated? Surely a good bit of research and surveying had to be done to determine if the mine is salvageable to be brought into production. Too much revenue under that ground to let it go to waste.
so whats your buying target? .0008?
show proof you have no shares, and then move on
between the court documents spelling out a relationship between SIRG and OROT and FINRA lifting the Q, I just don't see how this could all be a sham. Surely a court document straight from Pacer isn't a lie
next time you drive by the SIRG mine, go see if you cant grab a phone number off some equipment and give them a call...or post it here so we can. Apparently we have people who have no problem harassing and hounding SIRG and OROT for information.
OROT has issues with tax evasion, not SIRG. If OROT is THAT large of a company and all it cost was $1.1MM to buy the SIRG mine and bring it back online, do you think SIRG cares about tax evasion? It's in a different country, different laws, and the SIRG mine has the revenue potential in place to begin bringing in the money.
From the emails we saw from Burdman and Jorge, shouldn't they be meeting in Vegas this week? I think I recall something about a meeting happening middle of September. So that means we should see news end of the week? Maybe beginning of next?
this board sure has gotten quiet. 3 days worth of posts all on the first page of the site...yikes! =/
So now it seems to be game of "IFS". IF the deal is still solid, we should see an update soon from SIRG and on OROT website. But Jorge may also not be ruling out a scenario, and as you stated, the possibility of the deal falling through, so the only way we would know...is if it shows up on OROT website.
Court docs point all fingers to RM...as well as FINRA lifting the Q, but nobodys heard anything from SIRG in a while, and it seems Jorge is a bit frustrated from the flood of emails, so either he's playing mind games...or theres a possibility the deal fell through as the court docs only really seem to point to a LOI am I correct?
This "IF" and guessing game sucks. =( Why cant they just release the kraken already?!
what a turd stock...nothing more than an ATM machine for traders. Can't hold a green day to save its life
what makes this one more unique? Isnt this how RMs work?
Who would go through THAT much trouble to create and send out fake emails from Jorge Whoever would, would also have to have all the emails sent to investors. The "reply" button as I've seen emails from SIRG CEO's to investors with CC or Jorge in it. Surely someone isn't THAT desperate to keep a sub-penny stock down like that.
Someone is playing a dirty game. He claims to have no connection or dealings with SIRG....yet the court documents say otherwise with his signature on it? This is what happens when people bombard a company asking 30million questions.
take it this isn't your first rodeo? Never been in a RM before, but even common sense with all the DD everyone has done as well as the court documents lends to whats happening here! exciting times!
I'm on my knees looking up to the reverse merger gods and praying =)
Millionaire would be great!! But I'd honestly like to see just .10. Make a couple hundred grand so I can get this $100,000 student loan monkey off my back and be debt free at age 31 and still have enough to maybe build a decent house (land and construction is fairly cheap in Louisiana). Debt free in less than a year of being in the stock market would be a pretty good feat!
is 6 million shares enough? lol. I took advantage of Fridays big dip and picked up 2 mil more
I actually wasn't the one who started the tax evasion conversation. I'm curious as to who else out there may have some more info and insight on that. IF though, that being the case, puts pressure on Jorge to secure this deal to continue business. Its a good strategic move
I have a contact in Ecuador who worked with Jorge in the past. He hasn't been successful in contacting Jorge recently, but again...to everyone else on the board, its all he said/she said. If I knew how to post the text conversation, I would.
If thats the case, under no protection or was suppose to file under chapter-7...why would the court doct not state that instead? They stated instead, a definitive agreement between OROT and SIRG. No mention of protectionism or the BK being moved from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7. I'm no lawyer...i hate lawyers...so I have no idea about that kind of stuff.
Yes, Jorge is in a bit of jam with tax evasion in Ecuador. This is coming from a contact in Ecuador who also owns his own mining company. A smaller one obviously but has done business with Jorge and knows him personally. Will not reveal his name or contact information out of his respect for privacy, but it is he who told me about Jorge's tax issue roughly 2-3 weeks ago now. Orot is suspended in Ecuador till this matter is resolved which means they can no longer export gold to Miami or other metals out of country.
So I agree 100%. In order for OROT and Jorge to continue with business and make money, acquiring this mine is his best bet. A tax shell is what he needs and a tax shell is exactly what SIRG is. Too many benefits for Jorge and OROT to not capitalize on this. It's a no brainer!! If all it cost was $1.1MM, i'm sure Jorge could front that out of his own pocket! That's chump change to him.
what have we figured out about the pop up?
SIRG is alive?? well you sure seem to be bashing it and saying its dead and its all a fraud. What side of the fence you on here?
It's clear Jorge has tax issues in Ecuador and OROT has been suspended from exporting. The only logical and possible solution for Jorge and OROT to keep in business is to take this deal. Its a large mine, with great revenue potential that he would be getting really really cheap, and allows him to take advantage of several tax write offs here in the states that dont reflect his tax issues in Ecuador.
As many people have stated....SIRG is the shell! It's the only way Jorge can stay in business. I'm not sure though, how having an out of country business will affect the tax issues he may have at home. If it's run anything like the states, wouldnt it be pretty much like having a cayman bank account? Different tax laws and his profits would be kept here in the states. OR, he could take advantage of the tax break and capitalize on it to pay off his tax evasion issue in Ecuador to keep OROT running there as it's obviously a large established business.
Basically....OROT, with its tax evasion problems in Ecudaor, would cease to exist unless Jorge makes this deal and uses SIRG as a shell. Unless, by some miracle, he becomes current on his tax payments to Ecuadorian government. He's in a bind, and he has to act fast or he'll be dipping his toes in some pretty hot water.
If Jorge reads this board, then he would've/should've picked up on the benefit this deal would be to him by gaining a large revenue mine for what appears to be pennies on the dollar, tax incentives by bringing a foregin business to US soil, tax write offs from SIRG's debt, and also future business opportunities in the states and acces to US capital (banks). It's a no brainer for him and would be very very wise for him to keep this deal. This is business for him, and to read the negativity on this board and speculation from the bashers/traders...should be taken with a grain of salt. Because a few people run their mouths and talk trash about Jorge and Sierra, it should bear no reflection on the business deal before him. It's simply a really really cheap win-win for him and OROT. He doesn't even have to hire new workers or bring workers from Ecudaor to the mine. SIRG has everything in place...Jorge would just simply own it.
I this is a different scenario. I haven't done my DD on that stock you were in, but here we have an actual court document...signed and released by a judge, stating a definitive agreement between two companies. One, obviously being much much larger and more successful. I've seen many stocks like the one you described. Release a bunch of PR's to get some hype going while the CEO dumped shares. This is way different.
yea, shorty been having a field day with this stock past 2 weeks
My god what a turd this has become. 71% gain wiped out in 1 hour?!?! I think I'm going to turn into a basher. Stay quiet on the run ups, switch usernames and scream scam to bash it down 5o buy cheap shares and keep left over profit. This is ridiculous.
Several of us also have emails personally from Jorge stating his interest in SIRG and a planned meeting in Vegas beginning/middle of September. For all we know, they could be in Vegas this week and have already signed the deal to make it official and we get a PR next week, or end of the month. But third leg is right....the judge wouldnt dismiss the case, especially one for $20MM in debt and FINRA wouldn't drop the Q unless someone had bailed them out or some major material event has taken place. I wouldnt say the short attack is orchestrated, but it's certainly being taken advantage of and I picked up 1.5 Mil shares today to add to the 4.5M i already had. I started in this stock with 2 Mil, flipped some and kept adding. So if the scenario we all hope for is true and this does rocket to .25....those extra 1.5 Mil shares would bring me an extra half a mil in profit. ....at just a quarter!
Something is brewing and all found out real quick that the OROT site had been hacked with that fake post which plummeted the share price. That was clearly for someones personal gain to acquire cheap cheap shares.
I say let them miss a huge run. I'm keeping quiet on the info that I have and contacts that I have. I'll just wait for after the deal goes down and smile with the "I told you so" look on my face.
of course he is....his whining and crying for cheaper shares paid off from all the dilution and was able to buy back in cheap and has enjoy a nice 150% run past 2 days. wash, rinse, repeat
Yes, if Ecuador is cracking down on exports or those taking advantage of the system, Jorge and other business ventures in Ecuador who export products will need to find business and revenue elsewhere, tax havens even. Here in America, our government is the easiest when it comes to setting up a business, especially tax breaks to foreign businesses. Jorge could take advantage of this.
1) gains a $140MM mine for only a small price of $1.1MM which is probably $10-20MM LESS than it would cost to start from scatch
2) gains advantage of $20MM in debt write offs from acquiring SIRG's debt problem. Turns into tax breaks over the life of the mine or until debt is paid off
3)Jorge would then gain access to north american mines/future business opportunities as well as american capital (banks) and investments for expanding OROT as a whole.
how is it they "needed" to do this? the short selling you were referring to.
no, the website is possibly real, there was a hack this morning that stated that there is no dealing between SIRG and OROT. Which is false from the court documents. It was a simple hack that someone created to cause panic to drop the price
We got word from The CLAW, who everyone here should know as he is well known here, that the site is registered to a Alamiro Gonzalez, NOT OROT. In the works now to find out if Alamiro is the web designer, or someone who made a fake site for personal benefit.
well it looks like you switched teams huh?
