One of the most common short tactics is to promote a stock when it has the potential to nose dive hard and then short it so they can get the maximum profit!
Whoever buys the company, you think will give the commons a free ride and not cancel the commons? You are clearly speculating. the reality says it’s best for commons if the company remains intact with a debt reorganization. Otherwise commons are toast with a buy out.
You are clearly joking about the numbers and potential? This company is in BK in the process of being sold and liquidated with zero recovery for common shareholders.
Are you on the legal team or married to someone in the company’s management team? You seem to have insider info!
Buyout of Q’s is the worst since the new owner cancels the commons, I hope that doesn’t happen here!
Breitburn’s assets was twice its debt but the judge never listened!
This is who you are and you can delete it if you want.

Then I will re enter to make more money!
I hope you got in early so you have room to get out with profits.
Breitburn, sand ridge, sun Edison all saw claims of value by commons but at the end all got wiped out.
One more time, it’s Friday as a rule traders or whatever you want to call them are not going to hold onto a risky trade going through the weekend.
It’s Friday, flippers/ traders/profit takers, will not hold onto this!
I bought and sold many Q’s like sand ridge, vanguard, sun Edison and many more, while people talked big about the value at the end every share was canceled with zero recovery. You shouldn’t hold onto Q’s you trade it.
This is what’s happening here, those who got in early telling newbies to buy and hold while they are unloading their shares making money, nothing wrong with taking profits, I bought and sold for profit too but I will never tell anyone to hold onto this because it will go to .50
I thought so buddy, it’s called manipulation/ promotion/ pumping.
And where is the evidence? Any links would be appreciated.
Not until the DIP is confirmed and not until next week. I rather chase this then hold the bag!
You got in early so you should be good I was talking about those who got in today and since tomorrow is Friday it’s also sales day in OTC land!
New bag holders?
Not a good time to buy again until the dust settles.
I do not value any board member’s reasoning about the debt and company value, since the last word comes from the professionals/ lawyers and the presiding judge involved in the Bankruptcy case. I heard this argument a million times from board members that company assets is much more than its debt.
In any Q situation creditors have priority over commons. It’s the creditors and others including lawyers that get paid in full, and there is no guarantee that there will be sufficient funds left to pay commons!
I will buy this once I’m certain that DIP went through! I’m done gambling with my money.
Breitburn energy was the latest Q that canceled commons with zero recovery.
Where you seen this statement that commons will be getting $0.50 for each share? Or you just being funny?
Wow you sound like a kid behind a computer in mommy’s basement!
I bought and sold Q’s before, 99.9% cancelled commons!
unwise to buy now before the DIP confirmation, I have seen lots of Q’s cancel commons!
Where is the link to prof?
I’d rather chase after DIP confirmation than lose lots of money!
The moment of truth is approaching, let’s see who has the guts to hold on to this until tomorrow’s DIP announcement?
No sir, DIP is a real upcoming event while other talk is speculation!
DIP announcement will come tomorrow, if yes this goes much higher if no then it’s death spiral!
Big reward vs big loss
Option # 2 will be bad for commons! I hope it doesn’t happen.
Putting more good money into bad money is a bad experience that I have already tried and failed miserably!
You guys took this from $0.05 to $3 and that was an amazing accomplishment, job well done! but future promotions will be very though sale, since many newbies lost their shirts including myself!
Not going to happen!
I bought at $2.90 and lost over 70% of money!
