"Look at the photo, THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS A PAPER PRODUCT PACKAGING IT HAS WRINKLES "
It might not be paper. It could be prototype packaging from the past, (perhaps they thought about trying this type of packaging before) or possibly a sample package from the company who is supposedly lined up to handle the new packaging.
Whatever the case, even if there is a different package in a photo it doesn't mean that there is a new product for sale. The company says there isn't. If you think the company is lying then so be it.
In the meantime it makes no sense to post ad nauseam to call IR when you're also saying that IR is being dishonest or ignorant. Make up your mind first before calling others out on the matter.
"for 5 years 24/7 "
The real question is why do others feel the need to exaggerate like this?
"After Tomorrow."
Just watch, given that you've said that -it will end up being tomorrow.
"Tom has proven to be VERY unreliable , fact!"
And yet he's the chosen spokesperson for the company. He's only as reliable as the company allows him to be. If he's lying then they're lying.
Just another reason they felt the need to warn against this type of stuff in their press releases... Good thing it's a sticky.
"It's coming and anyone that is a naysayer has a motive"
Riiight. Because anyone questioning a pink sheet company with this history is just not being reasonable. LOL
Maybe it is coming- until then just let the company speak for itself.
IIRC Hands said that Banks is not the supposed new CEO. I'll check back and see if this was in a direct email or if someone else got that from Hands.
IMO it's obvious it will be a CES personality but who knows.
Hmmm... could it be? LOL
I wouldn't be surprised to see the next PR to be about PYCT acquiring the patent. Seems like they've given up CES for now so what better way to "get the story out". (I won't use the "P word")
With that protection there will be no more reason to keep the secrets they have for years.
It will be nice to be able to finally verify the stuff they've been keeping secret. I'm sure we all look forward to that.
He was posting a joke based on the infamous Nigeria advance-fee fraud.
Present.
Either way we're less than 2 weeks from May. They'd better have something solid if they're planning on impressing the masses with their "early 2010" stuff.
Personally I figured they'd wait until the name change before they hit the market. IMO it sounds pretty lame promoting your fem pad product with a company called "Paychest". LOL I think the filings are a concern for them but who knows.
Maybe some day we'll know.
Correct. The point is that the dilution happened even though the Company claimed that it was being funded by others and that it was not going to issue new shares.
Lowering of the OS= good. Issuing more shares when they said they wouldn't= bad. No harm in discussing both points although some think it evil to do so when the facts don't go their way.
Correct. All we know is that the share structure was diluted.
I don't recall anyone saying that they did. But no matter how it was achieved, the share count as reported by the company has increased by 3 billions shares.
Spin it anyway you wish but that's a fact.
Yes, and it's also a subjective term as well. Some think it is, some think it's not. What is your point? I've already made mine.
"I have also verified most of my holdings are fake shares "
Interesting- the theory thusfar has stated that there was no way to tell the fake shares from the real ones.
Now all you have to do is call your broker.
The story continues to be fabricated as it goes along...
"It is not MLON any longer."
No one said it was. The point is that anyone familiar with this stock should know better than to claim that scam stocks do not go up.
"the PPS will never rise on a scam stock, right"
Why would anyone say that? There have been massive runs on scam stocks. This stock is proof of that when it was MLON.
I suppose the term scam is rather subjective. Perhaps people should clear up their definitions.
"I not sure how you know that the company hasent sold a share in 2 years; I cannot find any publc information on this company through any common venues, ie. pinsheets/ shortsqueeze.com/ Nevada... Is the OS/ AS/ Float info available publically? "
Nope. No one knows what the share count is. IR can offer the last publically available information which is the 19B number but with no updated filings we won't know. We do know that after the stock audit the company diluted by 3 billion shares.
When or if the company finally gets around to filing (as they said they would) then we'll know.
And in that logic why would anyone think such action would result in a 40,000% gain?
Fair enough. Makes perfect sense to me.
It must be the ginormous group spoken about here...
An "IMO" would be nice there to clarify. Given that there are no filings to back up any claims.
That's what I expect when someone has no explanation for a theory that just doesn't work. lol
Not mincing words at all. Since when is toxic financing initiated by market makers? lol The companies get that done all by themselves. Once again people seem to tink these companies are ever the victim.
And again I await your comments on how the market makers are going to cover their short positions with fake shares. I'm not mincing words there either.
And my position is considered FTHOI.
"They need to buy the shares back and throw them in the garbage. They are offering financing in exchange for free trading REAL shares."
Good lord- now which is it? They need to buy back fake shares to throw away, or real shares? Once again... which is it it? lol
If this theory was based on any facts at all then it wouldn't be contradicting itself.
This is why you're best suited simply talking about the company.
"They need to buy the shares back"
LOL - according to the theory, the shares do not exist. How can they buy back something that doesn't exist?
If it's considered discrediting to ask someone to back up their theory the the theory must not be so good.
And I've told you before, I'm not a fan of people trying to post misleading information.
"has been getting multiple calls "
No, that is an old story- it's run its course. Or is the company claiming that these calls have been going on for years now?
Oh, here's the answer to that...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=37457209
No Jr., Brad and I are not the same poster.
I'm sure though, that we'd both be interested in your explanation on how the market makers plan to cover their short positions with fake shares that they sold everyone.
Do non-existent shares actually cover a short position?
How do you figure that? I look forward to seeing your data on this. Have a good night.
And again- what exactly are they covering with? Those shareholders who bought in the past 5 years (including the 100+ in your supposed 'group') now hold fake shares. This is according to you because all the MMs have been doing for years is selling fake shares.
And you think the market makers are going to be desperate to buy those fake shares back from you to cover the short made by selling the fake shares in the first place?? LOL Not making any sense.
While the last reported share count was indeed 19.7 I don't believe it's a fair statement to say that they "lowered it to 19.7 billion".
They actually lowered it to 16.6 billion, then added over 3 bilion shares all the while they were supposedly funded by Genfin.
Maybe they will, unfortunately they're already behind schedule.
"Well, what is your explanation of the BID magically re-appearing the day that the patent filings were complete on March 30th?"
What's yours? You seem to be implying that it's the market makers wanting to cover, yet you're saying that they have no reason to cover. Make up your mind.
" THEY CANT COVER BILLIONS OF SHORTS UNTIL THOUSANDS OF SHAREHOLDERS WANT TO SELL THAT MANY"
But the theory is that they will be forced to cover. That contradicts the theory that they can't cover until someone decides to sell.
Also, according to the massive Naked Short Theory- the market makers have been selling non-existent shares to buyers for the past 6 years, therefore, the sellers will just be selling back the non-existent shares to the market makers.
So how do you figure that the market makers are going to be covering their short positions with non-existent shares purchased from people who don't really hold shares in the first place?
And how are the market makers going to buy 100 billion real shares from the sellers when there aren't that many real shares in existence?
Look forward to your input on this.
LOL- your claims are that the moles have reported reasons for them to cover- and the huge forced short is the reason to buy.
Are you now saying that these things are not real?
In order for that squeeze there needs to be filings in the future- and a lot of them. The company has failed to follow through on what they claimed last year and has not updated at all- they haven't even offered an updated excuse.
It would be interesting to see if PYCT has begun making the payments on the $5,000,000 they owe like they said.
I forwarded you instructions in a PM. If you have any questions I'm sure anyone here would be happy to help you out.
If they were terrified, they would be lined up around the corner, not sitting at .0002 IMO and the only thing that the supposed short market makers would need to be afraid of is updated filings. They claimed they'd have them up to date almost a year ago so now they're almost another year behind.
I do agree that April will be a month for news though- that's something.
