Thanks! Back at you!
LOL, yea, I suppose, but they're all over the TA's site.
No, I don't, but then I'm not placing large orders. It depends on volume and the circumstance. I too, had, a long time ago, a 5 mill order on a sub penny stock that the MM filled 5000 shares. Oh, I think the price was around .0007 or so. The stock dipped for just a moment and the mm probably needed some lunch money. I'm sure he laughed about it, but I didn't think it was particularly funny. Check with your broker, you might be able to break up your large order into smaller blocks and just pay one trading commission for what ever closes in that day at the same price.
And by the way..EVERYONE, make sure you mention FRTD in your posts like about 5000 times. At least we can make the IHUB Buzz cloud! We need like 2000 posts here between now and Monday AM.

I'd be willing to bet FRTD were in during the last hour, and it wouldn't further surprise me to find out FRTD picked up more like 10mil today. Cheers, have a great weekend, I'm very much looking forward to a great MONDAY.
Yea, me too. That's why I use the "All or None" feature religiously. And by religiously I mean buy, then pray. Buy, then pray...
Also, regarding the Chill order, their transfer agent shows no chill on their stock. You can see for yourself: KNSC is simply listed as "Pink Current." MANY other companies have chill orders, as you can see by all the different warning signs. Here's the link. Now if you have a link to some other data that proves a chill is in progress, then please post it and let me know. Thanks.

Ok, I just tried the link my self, and other companies with flags didn't show up. So go to the OTC market website, plug in KNSC, then down the right hand side you'll see a link to the TA. Click on it and go to page 2. KNSC will be there. GL
Re: Freeze, I had no problem buying in 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks ago using TD Ameritrade. Just FYI, so the "Freeze" couldn't be that serious.
Yup, Time to load, IMO. I did; I added to my position at .0185 to bring my ave down to around .023. The volume has been increasing nicely the last 3 days, price hit bottom, .0175, just .001 above the support I mentioned yesterday... But in looking at the daily chart, one can almost draw a straight line at the LOTD on days 3/18,4/15, 4/25 and today. And that line has a nice gradual incline UP!! If today's volume had been lower than yesterday's then I'd say watch out. But today's volume met yesterday's and exceeded it by another 70% And over 90% of today's 16 million shares TRADED IN THE LAST HOUR!!! Take that hour and multiply it by a trading day and you have 104 million shares.
I think Monday will be a great day. We'll only need today's volume plus about another 30% (witness 4/25 & 4/28) for a couple days to achieve a nice run back up to .03. As far as the price being below the 50ma, So? I'd rather look at the volume and support levels. Sure the 50 is a valid tool, but I'm learning that it's how one uses many tools together that counts.
I believe the experts are watching from the sidelines and have been waiting to see the indicator that we saw in the last hour of today. And it couldn't have happened on a better day. We now have the weekend for the word to get around. FRTD is about to POP.
Hey Tammy, when you get another tip like that, could you let me know? I'm putting away for my grandson's education! TIA
I had to take off earlier today, but picked up some at .0185. Had I waited just 3 more minutes!! Good trade to you!
I feel the same way. I'm trading only about 25-30% of my core holding in this stock,; with a little luck it's how I've been able to increase my position! I'm keeping a heavy remainder in position for the inevitable surprise! GLTY Go FRTD!
So I've been watching Clay's charting; and have been taking notes. I'm looking at a 30 day chart and see that the L on 4/1, the day of the first spike, was .0151 Then, the L on the day of the first bounce, 4/15, was .0154. We got a reversal on 4/25, the L that day was .016. Tomorrow, I really doubt it breaks below .0165. But I think we'll see it test that before it trends back up.
On the high side, we've hit resistance at .0329 on 4/21 and .033 just last Monday (4/28).
If it tests the bottom support, then the longs will add to their positions. I doubt the MM's would try to take the stock lower than that. But expect the shorters to re-enter the picture somewhere above .03. they'll surly want the support of the day traders who would be planning to dump at the level.
I think we might see a run up tomorrow, especially if it test's the bottom. We may see an early spike during amateur hour, then it'll crash to the support level, then perhaps take off to close around .025, and then test the resistance by next Wed or so.
Now I've just started charting this month, and I'm not giving or making any investment advice. I may decide to accumulate or distribute at any time. GLTU
So if there are any knowledgeable chart persons out there, what do the MACD RSI and what ever else you like to look at say? Thanks, GLTU.
At this moment, it's all up to us.
That's exactly what I was thinking. But a company of that size would eventually create their own sources.
Looks like we're starting to come back alive now. Bids are picking up.
See this? Walmart going into the pot business..
http://nationalreport.net/walmart-sell-marijuana-colorado-washington/
MINE is recovering nicely. If the trend since this morning's dip continues we'll close somewhere between .0257 and .03. We may even test resistance at, where was it, .032 or so? GLTA
Thanks! eom
Thanks very much for your reply. I am absolutely holding a portion of my shares for long term. If I don't, I'd be destined to be out the day of the explosion and rocketing of pps. That being said, I'm also determined to get much more experienced at reading charts, L2, etc. and most of all, public reactions to price movement. The best advantage of surviving I have now is knowing I don't yet now enough to risk very much. I'm not ashamed to admit that when I do make a stock investment, that it's probably less than what some of the larger players here would spend on dinner. So I'm playing with very small amounts until I'm confident I can call the right plays with a solvent amount of consistency. And I'm doing better! I will get this.
Cheers
I listened to the CC. And when the stock started to fall, and there was literally no bad news i might add, it reminded me of a live Internet shareholder update I saw about 12 years ago. A company announced they would have a live Internet video for their shareholders. I tuned in early. The camera went "live" about 10 minutes before the event. For that 10 minutes, all one could see was an empty, cheap folding table, like those you'd see at a public recreation center, with a few empty metal folding chairs around it. In the background was a chalkboard. The room was very plain looking.
Within 2 minutes the stock started to drop. In 5 minutes it crashed 20%. By the time the meeting started, the pps had fallen 50%.
I think today, perhaps folks just didn't like the "vibe" for lack of a better word. In my opinion, the first speaker sounded a little nervous; like maybe he had stage fright. And hey, I know I would have!! I had called in just 2 minutes late. By then, the lines were at capacity and I was resorted to a web link. I had no trouble getting onto the call and heard it very clearly.
But I was way more impressed with the second speakers elocution. He sounded very self assured and confident. The first, even though he was very well intentioned, just sounded nervous. I think that could have been the trigger for the sell off. It only took a few at first, but then, once it was noted that the price was going down instead of up, then the lemmings followed suit.
GLTA, I'm very confident about the future.
Thanks for posting, but that's the original interview.
Thanks!! It took some time to complete your notes and that's appreciated. I'm hoping a poster here, one who has some notoriety, could link your post to the other appropriate IHUB breakout boards? I think the word needs to get out.
It looks to me like the sell off today was staged. Funny, the stock crashed during the first speaker, then as soon as he passed the mic to the second speaker, the stock started to climb, almost to the minute. Then when the second speaker handed the mic back, the price started to fall again.
Can you post a link please? I did a couple searches and for some reason it didn't come up. TIA
.025's now in play, bids stacking up. Playing the bounce.
I just filled at .0234; anyone else think we're at the bottom?
Would you post a link please? Thanks
50K & 100K blocks hitting the ask.
The company, to make their target, will have to buy roughly 32million more shares during the next four days, including today. If they haven't started buying yet, and if they plan to, then they've got about 45 minutes to pick up 8 million shares or so. This should be interesting.
But who knows? Maybe they'll wait and get them all next Wednesday? Or, maybe they won't make their target? Hope they do. I think they probably will, based on how great they've been doing so far. GLTY
I'd like to propose a speculation. Here's the data I'm looking at: "Hostile merger of a recently halted MJ company in the works" announced on Twitter. Now why only announce it there? Yes, the company knows they could have spiked the stock price by going big public with it, so why didn't they? My guess is that they have the funding they need already in place and are interested in or are going to or are already buying their own stock back from the secondary market.
In addition, another poster had a point, a person gets interested in the stock from a PR, but then once in, keeps up on the scoop by hooking up with Twitter, etc. Well, I'm sure the company knows this. They just might (some of you will laugh at this) have had a soft spot for the share holders and therefor wanted to give US the heads up on the takeover without causing a great commotion. We are, after all, the few that have been supporting them.
You have no idea how relieved I was when I read that tweet about the takeover; weren't you? But not going big with it has allowed us all to increase our position, and those who wanted to did, as well as tell some of our friends about it. Ok, so maybe I'm a fool for thinking the CEO actually cares about us, but then, maybe I'm not. I don't think we have long to find out.
There are reasons for everything. All you need to do is to ponder about what would the benefits be to someone's actions?
The other side of the coin would be that they couldn't afford a major news release? But that's foolishness. What's a release cost? $500? Just my WAG. They could make millions diluting on a release of that if that were their intention.
I think waiting to announce until the deal is locked in is a good idea. At the very least one can not accuse them of publishing fluff. And I don't know, maybe they ARE planning on an eventual diluting. I sincerely hope not, I just don't know. But I do know from my experience with other companies that do dilute, is that they take EVERY opportunity to do so. JMHO.
Yea, I don't think the company is asking him to post, I think he's taking it upon himself to post based upon data he's able to get. Thanks for your reply.
There's 2 sides to using the "ignore" feature. Yes, you can rid yourself of a lot of needless idiotic aggravation, however, the more you guys "duke it out" the higher our post count gets and the more attention we get and the more "buys" MINE gets. So keep it up!! "MINE" is in bold green letters on the stock cloud getting LOTS of attention.
Goodnight, see you all tomorrow.
You're welcome. My pleasure. eom
Thanks!! Just connecting the dots, AND reading lots of posts. I couldn't read all 900 of today's posts, but I did start today's reading from about 3PM. I finally saw the tweet posted and so went over to Mike's page and clicked the follow button.
One can read all the hype he wants to, but actions, and in this case Mike's actions truly speak much louder than words.
Good luck with your investment here-- not that it's needed (snicker).
NRS
Ok, so it's like this: Mike Rotondo, the guy who posts on Twitter a screen shot of his trading account showing he bought over 232 thousand shares today, says there will be data about the CC. I guess he's got an "in". So this is the data he gets from maybe someone over at MINE, or maybe from someone else who's in the "know". OK, so Mike get's this data, he posts it, because this is what he was told. Ok? Just my opinion, but it makes sense to me. The best part, and the part that gives me the most confidence, is that he added to his account today. And that's all I need to know. People who know are buying.
All CEO's should do this, Pink Sheet or Not!
What this would mean is we have a company here where the CEO is honestly working VERY hard to CREATE a company. Too many times I've seen other companies, who also trade in this neck of the stock market woods, who think absolutely nothing about issuing their stock price into the ground and ruining their name. It's very apparent to me that there's no lack of integrity with this particular CEO. Yes, he may have had a little trouble predicting how long it would take the first VaporVite order to clear customs, but at least he was right up front and told us about it. And HEY!!! ATTENTION!!! The shipment is now IN THE COUNTRY!
It's all coming together very nicely. have a good day. See you tomorrow.
That being said, and along with yesterday's news, now we know who, for these last few trading days, has been doing the end of day buying to keep it green. I'm really starting to like this CEO.
6X Spike in volume today.
From the 2014-04-02 FRTD news release: "VaporVites, offers a unique herb vaporizing system that can be used with a wide array of dry herbs. The portable devise fits in your pocket and is ergonomically designed with a convenient storage compartments for tips and paraphernalia. The advance temperature control system with its surrounding ceramic heating chamber enhances the overall vapor experience."
Contrary to the belief of another poster who thinks this unit doesn't exist, it sounds to me to like the CEO has actually seen it. And I can deduce an approximate size of the unit from the above description, can you? The other poster says the unit doesn't exist. Ok, so what's his proof? I demand he post it. What single shred of evidence does this guy have that this unit doesn't exist?
I put to you like this. What CEO would go so out of bounds to make such a claim to the existence of so many thousands of units, that if weren't true, and who also would make the discovery date to the lie so close at hand, thus shorten his career? Why not say, "I have a million units I will deliver in 6 months?" I'm sure that the CEO surely knows that to make such false claims would end him up in a Federal Prison.
Does FRTD have the units? No, they shipped them. Do I know for sure? No, I do not, but I won't have to wait too long to find out whether or not the poster here who claims the units don't exist has committed felony fraud himself, which would make him a criminal. And everyone knows it's virtually impossible to reason with a criminal. His envisioned job here is merely to antagonize others, that's it, nothing else. So don't let him trap you into getting into a debate, as it's pointless to try to reason with someone who's obviously so confused. And just watch, his reply to me will undoubtedly prove my point.
Goodnight.
