true, i can only find mr. henry's comments as of now, but given a comparison of the speed at which they get things done i am expecting more comments to show up on their website. in either case i don't think it's to hang mr. henry out to dry because of the accusatory tone, otherwise most of the letters they get would be followed with similar persecution. i like that guys opinion on things, and i think there will be more comments from investors posted on the sec's site soon enough. we'll see tho and i am usually wrong so all the above is fwiw.
they log every letter they get on public database i believe.
i have found some of mine from wayyy back using google's search engine.
is that a buy recco for ZAPZ ??
Churak .. blatantly an intellectual giant
yes i would give my soul for large hooters. god has cursed me with only a size A and i am VERY pissed. thanks god for the miracle of modern science !
if my spanish is still on point i think what he said is "with gvrp patience is very important" but he could have said lets get these mofo pigs and phuckin tar n feather 'em and then nail them with huge objects in all orifices. who knows...
personally i like option 2 better.
the markets we play are riddled with scam. the tables have turned on the ignorance of idiot sellers of gvrp insidrs. hatemms is da man in my book. i only peeled off 420 million. still own the company many times over though. regulators are obviously baffled beyonbd belief on this, but yes bottom line is that if market integrity stands they must provide all traders with due bill owed shares.
i forwarded them an email from my broker stating they owed due bills on the second day of trading. they cannot claim ignorance. lets go after the insurance agent then. somehow, someway, but the traders/buyers are owed shares . market integrity should not be taken lightly, and i do not think it will be.
i like it if i get to keep and take out my money. however thats not what a politicail or pr relations person would say... but a tender at .0001 means the insurance agent going to fight that one because that is a lot of money... and what about the folks that bought at .0002 or higher ?? lunacy all the way but should they be forced to sell or get bought out at way less than what they paid ??
issue them all ? = insider keeps profits and shares = essentially uber worthles = great for the sellers pre suspension but the rest get shaft. hmmm. i'll take it but not exactly the most fair solution. however everyone seems to think EVERYONE should walk away with ridiculous profits, and i hope so, but its probably just no feasible. where is the money going to come from ? i hope the insurance agent. well maybe if they issue the shares and we get a funny car and a tv station... maybe we could all get out... i hope so !
imo nobody is short squat in gvrp except the insiders potentially, except the regulaors realize that even they can never cover the short they have created for themselves. as per a solution that holds market integrityu intact, thats another matter. since the insiders can never cover its a difficult matter. it seems less a possibilty that they will rewind all trades as time goes on, but still a strong chance... but i certainly hope not. i think that would be a huge injustice because if i sell my car inadvertantly it's TOO LATE i sold it. if i sold it for $5 and meant to sell it for $5000... well too bad pontius ! tender offer seems the fairest solution, and the premium the TA pays for insurance should sky rocket to some orbital amount, and the insiders should take the series 7 20 times to learn about ex-dates.
have you tried the babes approach. it's money in da bank !!
gvrp still going strong. stop the insanity !! rofl
nice to see some progress occurring.
i'm still silently making noise as i can. the end has to be near. it's looking pretty good as things unwind, but we'll see...
GVRP TO THE EDGE OF DA UNIVERSE AND BEYYONNNNDDDDD. GONNA BREAK ON THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE. NASA JUST CONTRACTED FOR RESEARCH THE GVRP VESSEL TO STUDY WHAT SPEED COMES AFTER LIGHT SPEED. IS IT REALLY LUDACRIS SPEED ? ONLY DARK HELMET KNOWS FOR SURE, TILL NOW.
WHEN GVRP POPS OPEN THE NEXT DIMENSION AND LEAVES OUR UNIVERSE, THE HOLE MAY BE TOO BIG TOO FILL WITH ANY OTHER STOCK, (unless property inflated like a doll to be used for anything but life preservation) AND THEN THE BALLOON EFFECT WILL TAKE PLACE ON OUR EXISTENCE. SUPPORT GVRP !!!!!!

i'm off... weekend has already been delayed. be well Pat !!!!
hey Mark,
I didn't play it but not all r/s are bad... just most have been so they have a bad reputation. ie that MTDX one was great as it ran wild post r/s. others are too, and sometimes they are a necessary evil in order to allow a stock a chance to move easily.
Earth breaking batteries could do such a thing to NNGY to a stock with a lower float giving great moves as OSFT had issues breaking clear of .01 i think on its shares. I am a cynic and I do expect them to be doing this to make money and sell more shares again, but they probably will want to run it as high as they can to make the most of this play. Good luck Mark.

IIJI on bounce watch
aliens abducted me and forced me to make a few losing trades in my account from last week to last year. this has left me in despair, but low and behold then my dog who was keeping a watch over shit made a couple of winning trades and saved the day. it seems unfair that trades that these aliens made should stand, and my dog agrees. i want the the brokers to reverse those trades END OF STORY. bottom line i wasn't involved in any of this mess so i will claim winnings ONLY. thanks to all regulators and brokers for hearing me out, and my dog thanks you in advance for complying to these demands.
i think that's how the market works, well in any case... THAT'S HOW WE (me, the dog, and the aliens) DO IT !!

Corporate Compliance
i did not have a complaint filed with the SEC. i was p/o'd and fired that email off. it seems a lot of people would be happy to sweep this under the rug, and i'll be damned if the company can put out bullchit pr after bullchit pr painting themselves as innocent little angels, and i sit here without having at least my opinion voiced. all i did was express my voice and opinion, and i felt it was reaching a point where i had to do that. apparently they opened an investigation, and will mail me something, only problem is i won't get it for a couple months if ever. nonetheless it felt good to get that off my chest, and now back to waiting. i may file a complaint with the NASD, i'm not sure yet, but if they get many emails/complaints, and pressure is applied, they may view things our way a little as well. this is reaching comic levels, and political jokes seem like serious shit in comparison to this monsterous joke of a situation (joke, but not literally). if they want to forget about the rules, i think the more that we remind them, THE BETTER. on that note, I'LL BE FORGETTING THIS FOR A FEW MORE DAYS AGAIN, but i will apply pressure in my own way...
i would recommend to others to voice their own opinion in whatever way they can, whether they coincide with mine or not, because the company has taken the liberty to fluff shit out out left and right, and all sides must be heard and we must force them to listen in my opinion, otherwise they may think we don't know or care what the final outcome is. we are not naive, and we are not stupid people. again i'm a troublemaker and a shitstarter, but that is how i feel.
well, i got another email from amtd, and since i am feeling frisky here's what i replied with... and i cc'd enforcement@sec.gov ... i would recommend to other amtd'ers in the same boat to follow a similar path of noisemaking but i don't know shit ... i'm just sick of this shit.
Dear Eric Bildt,
This is become a shamockery and I have spoken with a few legal minded individuals who have stated that Ameritrade has absolutely NO legal right to freeze any funds from LEGAL trading activity. The trades were validated when the SEC resumed trading!!! The people who I have spoke to have stated that you have absolutely no legal grounds to freeze any of my funds, and the bogus pr from the company is just that, BOGUS. I want to know on what LEGAL basis you are freezing any of my funds, and not just because of a whim and a ridiculous press release put out by a scam of a company (GLUV corp.). I do not want to begin to make a lot of noise but this story has dragged on for far too long and it appears I am being left with no other recourse. If the funds are not released withing 48 hours I will spend a great deal of time filing complaints with the SEC / NASD and will begin to pursue legal recourse for a resolution to this story. I have cc'd the SEC on this email, and it saddens me to follow such a route, but I feel I have no other recourse to such blatant violation of my rights. The stock had a legal forward split, the company was notified NUMEROUS times of this, and in fact if they did not know it, it does not matter. If I were to make such a mistake, I would be held liable. This market is not a flea market circus bazaar in some third world country, this market has RULES, and if the market rules are free to manipulation then the term "market integrity" is nothing more than a hilarious joke. As I have already mentioned, I was told by you had shares from the DTC, and I was also told "the shares are yours, you are free to sell them" and according to all legal rules and regulations, THAT WAS THE CASE. I await your response...

Dear Valued Client:
Thank you for contacting us today regarding your position in GLUV Corp. (GVRP). At this time, Ameritrade is still not allowing transactions on this security. Due to this restriction, proceeds related to sales or transactions in GVRP are also not available for withdrawal.
We are aware that the SEC's suspension of the security has expired, however we are awaiting further and final confirmation relating to the status of the shares prior to allowing transactions on the security. Unfortunately, no specific timeframe for receiving this confirmation is available.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have further concerns or inquiries, please reply to this message.
Sincerely,
