My guess is Visser...remember those Husky machines he bought...possible retrofit with Roctool induction element.
Rofl quite an imagination you got there!
Kangs attorney must have forgot to pay their old website hosting bills...it doesn’t work anymore. :)
How Kang got Roctool to do this for him I’m still perplexed.

I hope Roctool doesn’t get dragged into this. Engel should be watching this very closely ....
Don’t forget this from a couple of years ago I shared....

Prism = patent troll
ATI is all Kang...shady as ....
Exactly... if the Liquidmetal name meant nothing and had no value why go to such a reputable firm that has also handled some of the fruit companies litigation.
Wow is an understatement :)
You totally missed the point...
So we went from 6-8 cents before his investment before your 44 cents reference .... don’t forget that part.
:) Just an observation not predicting anything.
It’s interesting that Apple has used aluminum, then stainless steel, now introducing titanium, and then who knows what.....
Not even sure how to start with you. Those are old searches when property was for sale.
If you paid attention to one of your links and easily searched for Brian’s CBRE listings you would find them here.... hmmmmm

Realistically 200k sq ft vs 41k sq ft (minus wasted office space), 4 machines vs 90 plus, and full cycle plant vs limited LF building - makes more sense to use Yihao. Now the biggest unanswered remains how much sales flow will come through for Yihao to produce.
Agreed and your instincts are right on another matter.
It’s possible...
Prometaltech is not related to Lugee or Yihao.
“
(I) As of the end of the reporting period, in addition to the related parties formed by Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc. (United States Liquid Metals Corporation) to purchase products from the company, “ ????
It’s getting hard to keep up with all the IP addresses leasing to the same source.
Plain to see on thoughts or legal agreements?
My bad I meant to respond off post 178458, but you know that. Is that your final answer? Or would you like to phone Watrous?
I sure did poop on that .... because it’s based on public facts. Just because ones name/ownership rights started on deed doesn’t mean things don’t change along the way.
Really? Did the Big One swallow the building?
Since you seem to have all the answers could you tell what % of the “IP” has been “transferred” to China?
So much diatribe on this board .....
Dear “LQMT” could you please go on sabbatical or something?
Ok that was a funny statement I’ll leave it at that
Strange? Wtf did you expect? If Barney Visser had been the American version of Lugee how would you feel? The same way or totally different? Whether Barney or Lugee it has been their money at stake, they are going to protect it.
Property and equipment last 10q were listed at about 11.7 million and building is 8 million of that? So has to be coming from 6 machines and other ancillary equipment onsite.
Put the link on here that proves the RSM property is the proof in the pudding he is leaving or has left as you imply.
Zillow would even refute you...
You know you shouldn’t talk about folks private business if you don’t know which specific piece of real estate is public knowledge that is being sold and why and why that specific property.
You beat me to the punch ...thanks for sharing
Read the part of Engel and picture, plus the over-molding part is issued IP to LiquidmetAl so I’m watching how this can become an issue Down the road.

Been a while since I saw something from Covidien/Medtronic and amorphous metal...

Relax...materions ip portfolio is no where near the size of Liquidmetal/CIP...,and I mean no where
Yes I know bud, but’s is an official reissued patent.
Interesting how this was reissued with amendments to Apple today but is under CIP umbrella
