I think it's pretty early to say the longs have won anything. It sure would be nice for this to finally come to a complete finish one way or the other, I've had all the entertainment I can take.

What is so hard to understand in that sentence? The 703 billion includes the 300 billion shares held by the 2,032 shareholders of record AND the 400 billion held by CEDE & CO.

Vegas trip update

Well I'm back from Vegas and don't have any good news. I wasn't able to get any answers to the questions GoldMonkey sent me because there was nobody from SSWH/AMVS in the building to ask. The few pictures I took are here http://cears.net/amvs/ They are a shot from outside the building, and all the companies listed for Suite 500. The website states they are located on the 5th floor, yet no such listing for either SSWH or AMVS was on the directory board in the lobby. I thought I might have had the wrong building and nobody was at the front desk so I left, verified the address and floor that night, and went back the next day.

Nobody was at the front desk again, so I just went up to the 5th floor to talk to whoever I could find. There was a receptionist at the front desk there, and I told her I would like to see someone from AMVS. She didn't know who they were, so I said "how about SportsWheels". Right away I got the wonderful "they are at an off-site meeting" response from her. I then asked if I could at least see their office to make sure it even exists. She wouldn't let me, saying the floor was full of executive suites and people weren't allowed back there. So I then asked her who exactly "they" were. She gave me an odd look and so I again asked "who exactly is it that's at the off-site meeting right now". She said she didn't know there names, so I asked if she has ever even met anyone from the company, and she said "no". I asked if they would be back tomorrow, and she said she couldn't tell me that.

While I was there she answered the phone as HQ Global Workplaces, which is the main company listed for Suite 500, and 2 other companies. It appeared that when the phone would ring her computer would tell her what company to answer the phone as. I had called the number listed on the AMVS website earlier in the day to verify the suite number for SportsWheels, and she was the same woman who answered the phone. So to me it seems like Paul and Jerry are paying an answering service to make it appear like they have an office in an upscale building in Vegas. The only real reason I can see them doing that is to have the HQ in Nevada with it's lax business laws compared to other states. That's MHO of course, but after this visit I no longer have any faith in AMVS or Paul/Jerry. If anyone has any questions feel free to post them. Sorry I couldn't get more info.

Honestly 90% of the problem is how the "negative" angle is posted. Most of the people posting opposing views come in and pretty much call anyone invested in the company an idiot or sucker, and then expect those people to be receptive to their postings. I have seen plenty of negative posts towards various companies not get deleted here.

The only interesting thing about that is the lack of paragraphs and coherency. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

For a company that's supposedly a complete loss, there are an awful lot of people wasting a whole lot of time still posting negative things. Has to make you wonder why.

Yes we have had numerous days with no volume in the past year. I wouldn't worry either until you see something from the SEC or the company stating a halt. Hell I'd only be out about $200 right now if this did get halted permanently so I'm not too worried. All the damage has already been done. I'd rather have 0 volume and no more drop in the pps than a little volume and having the price go down even more.

I plan on stopping by the Vegas offices while I'm out there the 2nd week in March. I'll get some pics if my digital camera decides to cooperate, it's been flaky lately. I will post an update when I get back on the 10th.

It is illegal to leak inside information to 1 or 2 people in order for them to pump the stock, and then dump shares into the market to make a killing. Then they do a R/S with no explanation whatsoever and are probably ready to do it all again this spring. I appreciate the positivity you bring to the board steaks but if you can't tell why people are so negative right now you really need to open your eyes. Not one investor in this stock has a reason to be positive about it right now, and personally if I ran into Paul or Jerry right now I'd probably end up spending the night in jail. JHMO as always.

Actually I was able to find it again, she's the president/CEO of Transfer Online. The website is http://www.transferonline.com but it appears to be down.

I did a search early last summer when the website first went active, and Lori Livingston was listed as the site admin back then. Doing a google search brought up a Lori Livingston that worked for a transfer agent in Portland, so I assume it's the same person. I don't remember what the name of the transfer agent was, but I'm pretty sure it was the same one SSWH was using at the time. I called to try and get the O/S verified but they wouldn't give out any info, said to talk to the company.

Somehow that doesn't seem like a good deal from where I'm standing :P

Maybe if CMKX ever takes off we can all pool together and buy a controlling interest in the company and get some new management in place.

Pdogg are you new to the pinky market? There is a bid and an ask. Investors buy at the ask, in this case .0002 on CMKX. The MM's will buy shares from you at the bid, which is currently .0001. That's how they make a profit, and how the system is currently setup. You aren't supposed to be able to sell at .0002 right now, or buy at .0001. It has nothing to do with being a scam or MM manipulation.

Gold, they have had that address for a long time now. It was PR'd last spring/summer sometime about them moving to Vegas. Paul and Jerry are still working out of Washington from what I've seen though, I don't know who or what is actually in Vegas. They probably just opened that office because Nevada is where most pinkie scams are located, JMHO of course. I will be in Vegas March 7-9, if I have time I plan on swinging by there to see what's up. I'll let you all know what I find.

You can't, after they released the wonderful R/S PR someone went on and flooded the board with negative posts so they just locked it. Nobody can post on it right now.

steaks, would you be able to share with us what news you are expecting to be in a PR soon? You seem to be expecting something pretty specific. I'm not asking you to guarantee anything or make claims like optidoc's "take it to the bank", just let us know what news you think is coming. At this point any positivity would be nice. Thanks

janice, if you had bothered to spend 5 seconds doing a search on google you'd see that The Dove Shack is a rap group, which makes a lot more sense than "Love Shack" considering Snoop Dog was also mentioned. So take your foot out of your mouth and move along.

Until we get a PR talking about why the R/S was done, and they get a decent website instead of what's up there now, I don't think you're going to see too many people jumping in here. I think any shares you saw traded last week are people already holding shares that still believe in the company and are buying more, I'd be surprised if many new investors are buying in here right now. These guys really need to get their act together or the price is only going to go down from here. All JMHO of course.

I'm thinking we won't see a big run until this R/S mess is cleared up. It's nice to see some kind of ordering on the web after all this waiting, but I'd really like to hear their plans for the R/S.

Grumps the website originally said Dodge, it was changed to GM last night when I checked it around 11pm cst.

I can't really see Paul and Jerry being "innocent" in the Optidoc pump last year. He was getting info from somewhere, he made more than a couple "take it to the bank" statements about things such as when PR's would be released, and the only people he could have been getting that info from was P & J. At best they are guilty of bad judgement in who they trusted to give info like that, at worst they were part of a pumping scheme and sold into the run to make a nice profit for themselves. We really won't know what kind of people they are until we start getting some solid info on this R/S and everything else supposedly happening with the company.

There you people go again acting like you know what the O/S is. Try saying that it's your opinion before you state the O/S, rather than applying it just to the last statement you made. You have no idea what the O/S is anymore than anyone else here.

Chadman, have you tried calling the number at the bottom of the PR's? I did not too long ago and Andrew answered immediately. Of course this was before the R/S announcement so he may not be so quick to answer now.
