Well there's some of the same projections... BUT remember the game changer and the largest difference between then and now is MOBILE INTEGRATION! This was the missing link. Plus we actually have confirmed clients integrating Validian into their network systems. And if you've noticed (and I know you have) most of the PR's recently are VERY specific about there technological achievements, each one being a progression building on the last.
I have no more doubts of the "if"... It's the "when"...

Validian Expands its Unique IP Addressing System - Enables Location, Initiation and Communication for Mobile
PR Newswire
March 10, 2015: 07:00 AM ET
OTTAWA, March 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Validian Corp. (OTCQB: VLDI), a leader in cyber-security technology, today is pleased to announce that it has significantly expanded its mobile device capabilities by expanding its unique addressing system to include all 16 possible configurations, an increase from the 8 configurations it was able to offer at the end of Q3 2014. These 16 possible configurations enable location, initiation and communication of data between mobile and/or non-mobile devices regardless of where in the world the mobile or non-mobile device is located and whether the device is located inside or outside a firewall.
The IP address of a mobile device changes constantly, sometimes several times a day, as it travels from one geographical location to another. This constant change of IP addresses causes a number of significant and expensive problems, including the high expense and inefficiency of roaming. It is also one of the reasons why current crypto policies and their encryption algorithms are very difficult and ineffective to implement into mobile applications and mobile devices.
Validian President and CEO, Bruce Benn, commented, "Expanding our unique addressing system to all 16 possible configurations of communications between mobile and/or non-mobile devices represents another important technological milestone for the global mobile communications industry as a whole. This is a feature and capability that no other technology in the market offers. Our unique addressing system now enables the immediate location and authentication of mobile devices and communicating applications, which are assigned different IP addresses each time they travel by a different mobile cell tower or site; and facilitates communication of data between non-compatible devices and networks. Combined this greatly increases capabilities as well as solves major problems within global mobile communications, and potentially reduces expenses significantly for every Mobile Service Provider."

Surwin I appreciate your posts. These PR's are not for us "the investors" as much and more importantly to the IT/cyber world. You can't belittle these achievements.
I agree with you on the investor side of things, as we all want to see revenue. But honestly I've never felt more confident that the company is taking all the right steps to get there.
Time will tell and I honestly if it takes 30 days, 60 days, 6 months I honestly don't care just as long as we stay on this advancing course.
GLTY my man!!
Don't encourage JL. LOL!
Who cares anyway? This PPS will rise like the Phoenix regardless.

WOW!!
Yeah nice find.
I'm telling you the boys over in Ireland are bright, hard working and are figuring out how to market this site so they can increase revenue while lowering overhead.
It may take a few months or even up to a year or more, but this PPS is NOT staying this low for long. Multi-pennies at minimum short term and most likely .25 - .50 in store for this one.
This is why I am long and have only continued to accumulate at these levels. BETS
Now it's Montauk Manner getting hacked by ISIS. What's the world coming too?

The mobile phone market is just ripe and ready for technology like Validian's.

SDS = channel partner (however small they are)
VLDI has many channel partners.
Anyway you shake it. Still great news!
Glad to see you here Hot Spurs. This is a good for sure!
Hmmm... Thanks LTG.
How many other OTC stocks have demonstrated this type of growth and revenue in under 2 years.
These guys dug a hole with the audit fiasco but they are climbing out strong.
Can someone tell my why the past two PR's for Validian (VLDI) are not listed on IHub? There was a PR released yesterday that is significant.
Why aren't the past two PR's listed on IHub? Anyone know?
Just stopped by SDS. The company is real. They are located in a very modern warehouse building. The main tenant in the building is Peak10 (http://www.peak10.com) who appear to be a large data center, which makes sense.
This place was no joke.
Boom!! Get your shares!
I believe this is one of several PR's coming down the pike.
This place is right here in N. Atlanta. I may do a drive by soon to check them out.
Two words!
"Channel Partners"
Read the last PR again. This technology is obviously already in or is in the process of being installed. No way they've missed out on generating revenue.
Bruce is aware of what's going on and I'm sure he's more restless than all of us put together.
$VLDI
Hey Shortround. Would Validian software prevent an attack like this? Man in the middle attack.
http://www.scmagazine.com/superfish-lenovo-incident-sparks-broader-facebook-investigation/article/399706/
Agree Jared. Even though I'm mostly against Gov't involvement in just about anything, I think in this case having mandates will force the hands of these companies/organizations to do something about it.
The future has never looked so bright for VLDI than it does right now.
Hell! Now Uber (WTF?)
http://www.nbc26.tv/story/28226807/uber-data-breach
Check this article out. Now they're saying the Target breach could cost over 1 billion.
Read the last two paragraphs as it references why the breach occurred and why companies like Target should invest in cyber-security now or pay later.

WC I believe you are correct. I think we are very close to a major announcement. I say this and feel strongly about it because of this last PR. The timing of it is what is interesting? The why and when for it are most intriguing. I'm sure this 26 encryption algorithm wasn't something they just finished up last week/month. This PR was for the cyber-security/IT world as one of the final announcements about the caliber and capabilities of the technology. The next PR(s) will be on naming names and proving the revenue model IMO.
Couldn't say it any better!
Agree Gibbon. Folks just need to keep reminding themselves that this is a REAL, tangible, growing money making business in a HUGE industry.
The boys over the pond are straight up, hard working and at least demonstrate to me a sense of pride at succeeding. Trautman and Co in all their foibles also seem to possess at minimum the will to make this succeed and get this ship righted as far as these convertibles. They have too much of their own money invested in this thing to have it fail.
Keep up the good work Gibbon. I'm with you and believe this is a legit opportunity for many of us to make some sizable dough.
BETS
Right? I agree... This last PR I think speaks huge volumes to anyone in the cyber-security world. I think as investors, it doesn't quite resonate the same because all we want to hear about is revenue. I'd love to know what the industry is saying about this company? Is there a buzz?
I wish I knew someone in the know...an insider in the industry who could quantify the magnitude of such an accomplishment?
Target breach has cost them $250 mil (so far)....

Now Lenovo suffers a cyber breach

Good to have you back Gibbon.
Don't disagree Fred. I just think the rubber met the road BIG TIME once the mobile application took off, and that wasn't until late last summer/early fall. So all these PR's tell a story and my guess is Bruce is a good writer and understands what he is doing.
My greatest curiosity is what the cyber-security world is saying about Validian? Maybe Shortround can answer this some?
I've noticed on Twitter that VLDI is getting more recognition from cyber-security bloggers and outlets across the board.
I know the OTC world is dicey at best, but I really do think we have found the diamond in the rough with this one fellas.
You out of most folks invested here know where this PPS lies now is meaningless, except if you want to accumulate more at these bargain based prices. This last PR (to me) seems like a "shout out" from Bruce to the cyber-security world saying "hey look at us suckas!! Look what we've developed"
Awesome news! This PR has significant meaning, especially to those involved in the cyber-security world.
Here are a few examples of where SCS is installed and is being used.
http://secure-city-solutions.melanieburgesss.com/examples.html
Where's Shortround? Haven't heard from you in a while.
More end points to protect (Enter Dracula laugh here....)
http://www.scmagazine.com/popular-dating-apps-tested-over-60-percent-have-medium-to-severe-flaws/article/397990/
Hey Willy. I don't disagree with you... I wonder myself? Here's the thing though. Maybe there are companies or VC's inquiring and making offers? We just don't know? I believe Bruce truly knows the value/worth of this technology and he has yet to demonstrate it fully, which he is in the progress of doing right now with these installations through the channel partners.
Trust me I realise this company looks to good to be true, and it may be? I've told several friends and family members about it and most have steered clear, only because they when they see the filings and long prolonged history without revenue they're majorly skeptical. And I'm not going to pull a sales job on them to convince. To each there own!
I see this as a lotto play! But a good one.... Time will tell and my guess is this will happen pretty soon. (And it's then, when those friends and family members come back to me and say DAMMIT, I should have listened to you)! Oh well!! C'est la vie!!
This is insane! The hackers were able to dispense money out of ATM's at will.
I am amazed! I mean utterly F'in amazed that Validian has not been gobbled up and bought already. How is it possible? If it is true about what this technology can do, then this company is worth BILLIONS OF dollars at least! And it would be worth every penny for any company who bought them.
