Yeah because Nipton is the only place in the entire state of California where you can star gaze and have some peace and quiet. Apparently you have never been to California. lol
ERBB ON!!!!
So now Nipton is the Woodstock of the USA? LMAO! Two months ago it was going to be the Pot Mecca of the USA! LOL Rock bands and thousands of people can bring their MJ. lol I have never been to a rock concert in my life where weed wasn't being smoked at will. Have you ever been to a rock concert? People from all over the USA? LMAO! As far as people from Vegas? Have you ever been to Vegas? Here you go check out the concerts coming to Vegas in 2018.
https://www.songkick.com/metro_areas/8396-us-las-vegas
I don't see people coming from all over the USA to see garage bands playing in Nipton. Because those are the only types of bands critical thinker Shearin would be able to book.
ERBB ON!
Does this mean American Green and Nipton won't be the Vegas of weed?
ERBB STRONG $$$$$
With this great news out today be ready for ERBB to run hard tomorrow. Get in now at these rock bottom prices because lift off is here. We could easily see ERBB at multiple pennies and even silver. With all the environmental concerns and the rising heat temperatures ERBB has now placed itself as the pioneer of a new multi-billion dollar industry. Imagine being in on the ground floor and watching this company grow to be the industry leader in the "Zero-Carbon" community. Load them up! The train is leaving the station for an epic run!Just My Humble Opinion.
ERBB STRONG $$$$$
I just checked out the GNIN iHUB message board and it appears that it has gone dark. No volume an a really low float. Something smells rotten with this ERBB and GNIN marriage. I do find it hilarious though that the "Pot Mecca" is now turned into that "Trash Heap"! Hey at least you can still bring your own weed to Nipton and toke it up. Heck if the wind is blowing right you can enjoy the smell of garbage while your're at it. ERBB ON!!!!
Okay here is what I have been able to find on this latest PR. Johnny Taylor is the CEO of Green Innovative Solutions and they trade on the OTC under ticker GNIN.
http://www.gisolutions.org/news
Back in September 2017 they started a pilot program with a company called Trash Zero which you can read about here.
http://www.trashzero.com/trash-zero-starts-pilot-program/
I guess it is time for Shearin to move on from the "Pot Mecca" and start dumpster diving. lol
I wish I could dig a little deeper but I do have to get some work done today.
ERBB ON!!!!
I have never given my bank card pin to anyone other than my wife. One would have to be a fool to do that in my opinion. ERBB ON!!!
That's not a bad idea actually. You could put a bunch of machines up in space filled with weed. Then all the aliens will be able to swing by and pick up some good smoke. Even the people on the international space station could use it? It is very possible that Elon Musk will be working a deal with American Green to launch AGM's into orbit for alien recreational use. Heck Ya! $$$ ERBB ON BABY $$$
Those machines look like they function like and ATM? No reason why those wouldn't be any less secure than an American Green Machine. Get your card and a pin number and boom you are in business. Just as secure as taking money out of an ATM. I just find it amusing that some posters are talking about ERBB getting contracts with Canada, without any factual proof, yet they post their speculation on this board. I guess it is fun to dream though. $$ERBB ON$$$
Let's add it up! There is no evidence that American Green is making any deal with any country. $$$$ERBB$$$$
I heard that the Canadian government said no to American Green machines because they are junk and don't work. ERBB ON!!!
LOL! There will be no deal with Canada! Pure unwarranted speculation that ERBB will be a player! Plus, Canada will want to buy machines that actually WORK!
ERBB ON$$$$$
ERBB will never ever see a dollar with 17 BILLION shares in the float. The only way ERBB would ever see a dollar is with a massive reverse split. With this share structure ERBB will never see a penny again. JMHO
ERBB ON!!!!
Another day and tens of thousands more shares being diluted. To the pit of misery shareholders! DILLY! DILLY! R/S is imminent with this share selling scam! ERBB LONG AND STRONG! LMFAO!!!!
I agree! ERBB is going down the toilet for sure. Their share holders will be cast into the pit of misery! DILLY! DILLY! ERBB LONG AND STRONG $$$$$ lol
Did you notice how Shearin conveniently left out that American Green cannot grow or sell weed in Nipton because it is an unincorporated town and per San Bernardino law weed cannot be cultivated or sold in unincorporated Nipton.
American Green WILL NOT be growing or selling weed in unincorporated Nipton CA. in 2018
https://www.quora.com/What-are-the-laws-about-growing-marijuana-in-San-Bernardino-county-California
Like everywhere else in the state of California, growing up to 6 plants for personal use is fine (though you might have some onerous regulations to deal with on top of this, depending on where you live). However, commercial cultivation is strictly prohibited in unincorporated areas of the county. This just recently came up as an issue for American Green, which as you may remember bought up the unincorporated town of Nipton, CA, which lies in SB County, with plans to turn it into a cannabis resort. If you live in an incorporated town or city within the county, however, check your local regulations to see if they’ve changed.
http://cannabusinesslaw.com/california-cannabis-laws-by-county/san-bernardino-county/
84.34.030 Prohibition of Commercial Cannabis Activity.
Except as expressly provided by §§ 84.34.040 and 83.34.050, commercial cannabis activity shall not be considered a permitted or conditionally permitted use in any land use zoning district. Commercial cannabis activity, including delivery, is prohibited in all land use zoning districts, as those may be amended from time to time, and no permit of any type shall be issued therefor. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, cause to be conducted, or permit to be conducted, a commercial cannabis activity within the unincorporated area of the County. This Section shall not affect the right to possess or use cannabis as authorized by Federal or State law.

From the provided article.
San Bernardino County also blocks all cannabis enterprises, even as pressure builds from places such as Nipton – a tiny unincorporated community that’s been purchased by a cannabis company that hopes to bring marijuana tourism to the town.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. This ordinance was put into effect just last year. It could very easily change in the future. I wouldn't predict it happening anytime soon though. Certainly not in the next few years. JMHO

Perhaps you should call Gwyther and ask him? But like I said in my post the facts are the facts per San Bernardino County Ordinance 4309, passed---2016 (so this is not "old laws")
84.34.030 Prohibition of Commercial Cannabis Activity.

(Ord. 4309, passed – -2016)
Here is the link if you would like to read it for yourself? This issue has been covered repeatedly over the last several months on this board. The fact is that it is illegal for unincorporated Nipton CA. to cultivate or sell marijuana.

I take it that it impossible to sell any shares you have? I would love to just sell my shares and write of my loss. I agree with other posters. MTVX was the greatest robbery I have ever seen. I live in Kansas City and hope that I get lucky enough to bump into Covey someday.
Here is another link stating that cultivation and sales in unincorporated Nipton which American Green owns is illegal. This is not bashing. This is providing factual DD.

It will be hard for American Green to change these laws in San Bernardino County regarding the cultivation and sales in unincorporated Nipton. Not saying it will be impossible? But,these were just enacted in 2016 so they really aren't old laws.
ERBB ON!!!
It wouldn't surprise me a bit with these incompetent fools. But hey if you don't want to believe the laws that have been provided go ahead and ignore them. Like I said AG have already come out and admitted that the can't cultivate or sell MJ there. Like Shearin said though, you can always bring your own to toke.
ERBB ON!!!
Probably because they didn't know the law? You will have to ask Shearin. But the law in San Bernardino county is very clear as you can read for yourself at this link.

Sorry but I just have to say it! "YOU'RE KILLING ME SMALLS!" lol... ERBB ON BABY!!!!
I totally agree with you! lol I think vending machines could serve a purpose in pot shops though. The question is what type? Does a pot shop really need a machine with finger print identifying capabilities? Maybe something as simple as other machines out there? Time will tell. I think it will be up to local municipalities as well. I could see the industry lobbying Las Vegas to allow vending machines in casino's for example. Time will tell as legalization moves forward. ERBB ON!!!
I don't think times will ever change when it comes to buying cigs and alcohol that you would need a vending machine with age verification capabilities. The tobacco and alcohol industry would never let something like that become law. I could however see where machines would be perfect for buying edibles. Just go into a pot shop and buy your Cheba Chews, brownies, candy bars etc.. right out of the machine. Now there I can see the benefits of having a vending machine in your pot shop. ERBB ON!
A person can buy cigs at any convenience store, gas station, supermarket etc... There is no need for an age identifying vending machine. Just like I can go into any pot shop and show my drivers license to buy weed. Personally I would never buy my weed from a machine. I like to look at it up close and smell that skunky smell. But that's just me. Also, I have been to several pot shops in Denver and long lines has never been an issue. Just saying... ERBB ON!!!!
Doesn't look any different than it did when they bought it. Still an 80 acre dump of a ghost town in the middle of nowhere. And to compare Nipton to Vegas is beyond laughable. ERBB ON!!!
Wrong Lindel! Check out the links I posted. Nipton is an unincorporated town. Per San Bernardino County law it is illegal to cultivate or sell marijuana in unincorporated townships. A fact that has been proven many times on this message board. Again, read the links and see for yourself. ERBB ON!!!
And poor little ERBB won't be able to grow or sell weed in Nipton.

Yeah look at all the volume! Yet this over bloated share pig can't move more than a tick. They need to do a R/S or this pig will never see copper. A few months ago I predicted a R/S in the first quarter of this year. Time will tell if my prediction is correct.

Buying cigarettes out of a vending machine is already illegal. Do you really think that states would allow alcohol, cigarettes etc.. to be sold out of a vending machine? As far "bear" goes? Are you talking stuffed bears or maybe live baby cubs? I will assume stuffed bears which would be perfectly legal. ERBB ON!!!
