The listing of our common stock on NASDAQ, something we have discussed before at Vuzix as a corporate goal, requires as one of its conditions a minimum net shareholders’ equity of $5 million. We would satisfy this minimum standard with the cash exercise of all of our outstanding warrants and the elimination of the related derivative liability. Our objective is to ultimately accomplish the minimum stockholder equity requirement with the least amount of dilution to our existing capital base.

does that mean we will have $5mil + when all warrants gone...that tells me we made a 5M$ Stockholders’ Equity in Q3 right?

Südback 2014 great success

Between October 18th and 21st, Pcdata was exhibiting at Südback Stuttgart, one of the most important trend trade fairs for both bakery and confectionary trade in Germany. Pcdata showcased their latest products such as Distrib XE (the Out of Box, Quick set-up Put to Light system), Dock Manager (complete control of your loading process) and our newest product, the Pcdata Smart Glass. Distrib AR is Pcdata’s first application in Augmented Reality, using wearable mobile technology (Smart Glasses).

Südback is considered the hub to exchange ideas, opinions and information, as well as to present new trends, developments and technical innovations. Pcdata’s innovative Smart Glass was therefore a great fit at Südback.

Smart Glass drew a lot of attention during Südback. At the Pcdata booth lots of visitors tried the glasses on themselves. Visitors who tried the glasses were enthusiastic and see potential for the Smart Glass in a bakery environment.

Südback was a great success. Many people visited our stand and the Pcdata products showcased at the Südback exhibition generated a great deal of interest. In addition during a press conference at Sudback Pcdata presented our products, several journalists were interested and came to hear the Pcdata story.
