COIN ready for breakout!
COIN ready for breakout!
Anyone on here know who all MM UBSS, UBS Securities, fills OTC orders for, other than Scottrade?
Anyone on here know who all UBSS, UBS Securities fills orders for, other than Scottrade?
Do you have a case link? Or are you talking about the PTSD issue in ASA v. DEA?
COIN is about to breakout. Up 10% to .0022, resistance at .0025.
Are you selling your 0022s? Haha
After 0021s, hello 0025s!
All part of the game. Just an opportunity to add cheaper shares and build a larger stake.
No argument that MJNA doesn't have better products, but MJNA also DOES carry more risk. For example, in the event of a more severe crackdown by the FED, MJNA stands to lose much more because, by the letter of the law, MJNA is distributing a Schedule 1 controlled substance. I'm not saying that I agree with the scheduling or any of the marijuana prohibition bs, just that MJNA has more to lose, in that regard.
MJNA and CBIS have two completely different business models. MJNA has several products that are currently being sold. CBIS is much more of a research driven company. MJNA has had a better run up to this election, while CBIS has also made intelligent investors/traders lots of money with the right entry and exit points. I have owned and made money on both.
Thanks, Badali. GLTA, regardless of how you choose to invest in this growing sector. There is plenty of $$ to be made across the board. There is no need for petty bs arguments. Time is better spent discussing pros and cons and industry news rather than typical pumping and dumping/bashing often found on these types of boards

PHOT should be added here.
Agreed. How can I argue with Kenny Rogers? ; )
Why Do Mainstream Media Outlets Try To Spread Anti-Marijuana Propaganda?
http://www.theweedblog.com/why-do-mainstream-media-outlets-try-to-spread-anti-marijuana-propaganda/
Yes, sir! There is definitely a lot of GREEN to go around with a number of the plays here. Elections are just the beginning. Hopefully we will get word from the ASA v. DEA case soon. Rescheduling is key for long term success. The sky is the the limit! (literally with vertical farming!)
Thanks Doc, while I admit that I'm not a big fan of the cinnamon flavoring, I can say, from personal experience that the dew drops work. They're not as effective as simply using what they're made from, but as a legal alternative, to many, where the other is not a viable option, the drops are better than much of the Big Pharma BS that is currently out there. They're pricey, but so are most pharmaceutical products. GLTA!
Thanks! And again, good luck!
Hopefully this board won't get overwhelmed with bs spam and mods who delete posts about relevant stocks just because they don't own them. Thanks for starting a new board!
COIN owns patented vertical farming technology used by MJNA and has active licensing agreement. Nice day today, poised to go higher! GLTA all in the sector!
Be careful what you wish for ; )
Desert Storm: I can't speak for Maestro, but can promise that I'll be around long after we hit .0031. Good luck!
While I tend to rely more on fundamentals, especially in pennyland, I agree that the technical analysis looks favorable for COIN also.
Maestro: I agree, AmericanBulls was wrong at .0016, but hopefully spot on at .0020.

JJ: So you, too, believe that Jackson erred here? Clearly, well I'm assuming, that it was preserved for appeal, but I have to think that a favorable verdict and reasonable royalties will prevent an appeal from either party. GOOG will not want to readdress the laches issue, while VRNG likely just will be happy and want to avoid litigating everything over again risking all gained to this point.
I agree. You have presented a common sense overview that is not overwhelmed with legal jargon. Good luck!
Some were canceled yesterday also.
I did. We still seem to agree, except regarding the justification.
Ok, thanks!
Valuation is based on more than this trial outcome. My grass is getting long.
Is this just based on that predicted verdict? What about NOK patent portfolio, or is it figured in. Sorry for simple questions. My mind has been elsewhere today.
Precisely. And exactly why people shouldn't post bs if they don't currently have a dog in the fight. I've made money on ups and downs also, but I have never gone negative here, or anywhere else, just to get shares for a few pennies cheaper. To each his own, but I really don't think that your defense of his actions are warranted. Just my two pennies worth. GLTA.
Agreed. Nice analysis and holiday analogies! COIN just might make for a happier holiday season!
The VRNG shares were acquired with a mere 500k investment. The exchange of the VRNG shares reduced outstanding debt, postposed dilution and got COIN back over 1 billion warrants to purchase COIN shares. While The VRNG deal may have seemed negative at first, now it clearly was an excellent transaction for COIN and shareholders. This holds true regardless of the ultimate outcome in the I/P v. Google litigation. Don't you agree J4P?
Hopefully the volume will increase again here as we approach the close.
I see that a number of the "1-post wonder" profiles and individual posts from yesterday are no longer available. Given what we know and where we are, their motivations are pretty evident. Longs should have some finality, at least with regard to GOOG, very soon.
GLTA
You are correct about name and address. But that information is readily available through various. Other filings. I'm not sure where you are, but I am sure that I feel much more secure here in the US. I've been numerous places around the world. I do trust that you are following whatever guidelines that you are required to.
WAS, is the operative term there. Alternatively, even if this were still on the NASDAQ, the 10% requirement would not change, in the US, where the company is headquarted. I am not a foreign investor, friend. I am clearly in the US. If you feel that anything that I have posted in inaccurate, correct it.
Additionally, all of the information that you listed is not public information. The public does not gain access to your SSN and account #s simply because your own 10% of a publicly traded company. Don't "nice try" me, unless you know what you're talking about. Thanks.
This is not traded on the NASDAQ. I'm gonna have to call bs again, unless of course you can provide a link to substantiate your 5% claim.
