That is one hundred percent correct, And 10 million we’re just added back to the companies vault. So those 2 numbers would equate to 60 million all together

You don’t sell you buy more as the ops drop, is called killing the float.
2 years is not a long time for an investment. People invest in there 401k for 30 plus years.
Has to be value there Neil’s
Yes and he has always taken the risks, for all to obtain the reward. 2 million here 400k there. Some people know what they hold but others don’t have a clue. No one and I mean no one has done what Mr K has done. If you cannot see Mr K’s plan by now I don’t think you should invest. I can tell you this Mr K wants think to move faster than we do, so if he can be patient we can too.

It depends on what you think a long time is. A year or 2 is no time.
I think investors missed this mknd
. On September 12, 2017 we completed a share transfer agreement wherein we increased our ownership in EcoGen to 75%.
ME TOO LOL
One word can mean a lot.
amortization
In business, amortization refers to spreading payments over multiple periods. The term is used for two separate processes: amortization of loans and amortization of assets. In the latter case it refers to allocating the cost of an intangible asset over a period of time.
That is the explanation for the revenues
Key phrase
At September 30, 2017, we now own 75% of the common stock of EcoGen.
I guess everyone missed this
During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2017, we consolidated the accounts of EcoGen in our financial statements as we continue to exercise greater influence over EcoGen’s business affairs. At September 30, 2017, we now own 75% of the common stock of EcoGen. As of September 30, 2017, we have approximately $450,000 ($420,000 net of accumulated amortization) in intangible assets related to licenses held by EcoGen. Such intangible assets are being amortized over an estimated useful life of 20 years, except for approximately $50,000 in licenses associated with certain pharmaceutical products which do not expire and are considered to have an indefinite life. This allocation to intangible assets is preliminary and may be adjusted as we complete the evaluation of EcoGen assets.

On the road again,
RedHawk is a mover and shaker!
Just a little while longer.

First person in the world to get one
Very high and shares will be harder to get.
Hopefully need to for cooler heads to prevail.

The needed shares to close ecogen deal.
Look at it like ringing the dinner bell for large institutions, it’s time to eat.
SANDD'S is online and selling.
With what RedHawk is doing right now, 100 million in revenues are very possible. What does it take to get 15 million in tax losses to carry forward.
When the EU License Acquisition is complete, RedHawk Pharma will own approximately 120 generic EU licensing assets and have approximately $15,000,000 of tax loss carryforwards available to offset future profits in the United Kingdom. The Company said it believes this new alliance with IPG will better position RedHawk Pharma to successfully integrate EcoGen and the EU License Acquisition, manage the anticipated growth of this business unit, and enhance the probability of successfully completing other organic and strategic business opportunities in the future.
Move revenues equal earnings per share. That makes stocks really take over.
September of 2018 over 3.00
Yes I agree, there are many subs. The diversity of RedHawk is amazing. It almost like buying in to the S&P 500 when it was brand new. Big opportunity with great investment point because is still on the low side.
I think the cat is out the bag.
Yes just how much is the key. 5% of this market is huge. And on a global level if you end up with 7% that is really huge. Revenues check, now growth and product line expansion check. This is even bigger than we thought.
RedHawk building our future today
The EU is made up of 28 countries. That's a huge starting place and RedHawk is there. Now adding the Middle East and the United States is huge.

Straight from Mr Klug mouth to investors ears.
Right off that pr ken
Klug said most of the company’s activities have been in the United Kingdom, but it is looking to expand in the Middle East, Latin America and the United States. It needs additional space for the expansion to provide avenues for product testing and the opportunity to look at new products.
