News is clearly being timed now to maximize growth in the pps. Question is does it get uncorked before or after the October meeting?
$WGAS wants to climb IMO. There have been some setbacks and natural swings but this is clearly on the up and up.
Exactly. Someone making good use of previously presented information to spin a good story IMO. I can't say anymore now the lights have turned green and I'm getting a call from Mason!
My take on the R/S and A/S vote is that WGAS is looking to make the share price look more attractive to new investors and gain more control over the O/S. Was it a coincidence that the news was pushed this morning after a good run yesterday - someone knows but it isn't anyone here.

Any thoughts on what games are being played in the last couple of days with the price movement?
The bid/ask seems to be jumping around a lot in the last hour. I saw .007/.0079 a few minutes ago on the OTC board with .0065/.007 here.
Crap. I think my crystal ball is broken.
Great response from Mr. Mason on blog:

Hi Steve – The Company is acutely aware of these issues and as ever my objective is to take the Company to profitability, and beyond, to build the maximum amount of shareholder return. At this time we are examining ways in which all of the issues you mentioned can be addressed head on and dealt with accordingly. Therefore, as I write the plan is evolving. Suffice it to say significant action is planned. And, behind that plan is the funding plan to develop our onshore, low risk, near term production assets. We will stay focused and on course with our corporate mission as stated on our website. Thanks – hope this helps.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. At this stage in the development of WGAS I’m sure you understand the risk early investors take in supporting your efforts and that is why transparency is critical. As I see it, the pressing issues are cash flow and debt restructuring. I for one appreciate the efforts you are making and would welcome a letter to shareholders detailing the plan forward. We are all together in this as shareholders.
My crystal ball says green close, pre-market PR and gap up for Monday open.
With revenue from I-1, funding for low-risk projects (more revenue) and this CEO I just wish I could fast forward a few months!

Active volcano relatively near I-1 ; ) See link http://www.geocodezip.com/v2_activeVolcanos.asp
Oh and Mr. Mason said the following in relation to hurricanes:
Tony Mason - CEOAugust 9, 2012
The I-1 well platform is a tripod configuration, which is far more stable than the standard configuration, given it has 3 points of contact with the sea bed. I have little doubt this platform is more than capable of withstanding the associated weather patterns in the South Texas portion of the Gulf of Mexico. Thanks for your question and your interest.
Some nice early action this morning.
Who is Jes?
You never know what change you have in your pocket. The last 76s were about 100,000 but it would be nice to see some more of those 500,000 blocks.
What does L2 look like recently? Opinions or screen shots - I'm happy with either.
76s back up.
I like the idea of Hurricane Worthington. Maybe that will form somewhere off the coast next week and I can shout "Beast Mode".
This is what I'm talking about. Some good honest banter with the occasional fact or factoid thrown in for good measure. Sure beats the days when no one says anything ; )
Surely the LONGS in here have plenty of character already? ; )
That would be correct based on his profile information. For now, in addition to the $WGAS specific projects (D-Bar, ST, VM179), it makes sense to me that Worthington and Silvermere might look for new projects similar to I-1 to partner on. Just my opinion.
It seems like TM had a prior relationship with Silvermere before coming on with $WGAS and IMO the best partnerships are with those you know and trust so I'm all for future collaboration if it happens.
Regarding the SLME share price that was just my opinion and others may feel differently : )
I wasn't aware that there would be future collaboration following I-1 but it makes sense. Do you have some links referencing that?
I found this in my fortune cookie: Buy at the ask instead of waiting to get filled on a limit order. : ) JMHO.
Only if their share price goes up based on information related to the I-1 well. Otherwise pointless comparison in my opinion.
IMO the SLME share price is not directly relevant to $WGAS. If Silvermere release new information to inform the $WGAS position great but otherwise I don't care.
The other point to note is that when the price drops to an irresistibly low level the volume spikes and encourages upward price movement especially if the previous sellers hold off and let it run.
If you're worried bout when the selling will end use the 10-Q information and the OS counts to make an estimate. I did last night and I'm happy with where we're at in the process. You know that the outlook for $WGAS is good so have some guts and stop watching the pot boil ; ) JMHO.

This exciting little gem is about to turn from exploration to production.

The 10-Q gives the amount of share issued to Ironridge as of June 30 and the $ amount that ran to. Based on those values and the OS today I think you're right that the amount is almost zeroed out.
Combined with the great financing news in the 10-Q I'm very happy with the current position.
So since August 10 about 18.2 million shares have passed hands and it is possible that anywhere between 0 and about 9,000,000 where derived from newly issued shares?
Set me straight on this one; the OS was about 264,000,000 a few days back and now it is 273,000,000 or so. Does this mean that the approximately 9,000,000 shares has been traded between those dates or is it possible that 9,000,000 was issued to an entity and that they still hold them in their possession?
I asked because I typically get the answer machine on that number. Thought maybe you had a hotline number ; )
What number do you use to call the transfer agent?
More discussion here would help. I picked up on this share about a month ago because the discussion was active and the potential growth looked promising IMO. I know some don't like short term traders but at least they get the stock active instead of nothing doing and longs waiting to pick up more cheap ones when the impatient sell at a discount. JMHO.
Production is too close now and things are looking too tight to fall back now. In my opinion $WGAS is ready to spring.
