Yea, im hip to that. Just visiting here occasionally to see whats new.
Thanks for the links, am looking into it! Subject that is important IMO.
Does this quote from 10q indicate that his agreement expired today or on 30th?

In consideration for such services, the Company agreed to issue 100,000 restricted shares of common stock of the Company. On May 30, 2012, the Company issued 100,000 restricted shares of common stock. "
Thank you, good to know.
I take it that data is regsho info and not short interest?
Out of curiosity, if a 10k or 8k is filed; would we be able to see it same day filed or is there a review by SEC before hand?
That's not unusual with them/him.
10q is out
That is very interesting subject and cool find! Mdce,s Medsuite and Telehealth suite, I wonder if it's software they are still developing and do they have like copyrights or patents on those 2 things?
I did find that there is a Medsuite software by Siemens out in informatics land.
Medical informatics in China all kinds of opportunity I read.

I keep getting a stronger feeling your more right about that than some might think for want of better words. It is sure looking like a USA before the big grouth era way back with the same potential. No hurry!
MDCE
My guess is they may know more than me on fertilizer market in general, Id say make what you will of it; just a bit of info to chew on re: fertilizer market. If you would post something more accurate or link that covers the China fertilizer market it would be greatly appreciated!

"Using the fact that the rural tax reform
implemented since 2000 created an exogenous variation in family income across regions and
over time, we explore a causal explanation for the income gradient, and find that it has a very
strong independent causal effect on child health."
Now this is an interesting study on income levels and childrens health in China. Looks to me like an urban location to startup a kids clinic as a start was wise, to get established IMO.

"These days, there are new health and safety issues for parents here to contend with: clothing containing cancer-causing chemicals, a lack of medicines for children, and an under-supply of affordable car safety seats."
Looks like another example of need for good pediatric clinics in China.

Reading this article from 2009, sure sounds like the USA at one time.

"Children in China More Likely to get Diabetes than Children in America"
http://healthkids.trendsmedias.com/children-in-china-more-likely-to-get-diabetes-than-children-in-america.html
"“What is unprecedented is the changes in diet, weight and cardiovascular risk for children age 7 and older,” said Popkin to ScienceDaily.com. “These estimates highlight the huge burden that China’s health care system is expected to face if nothing changes.”
The health care system is dealing with an economy that has been targeted by American food corporations. Theses corporation have heavily marketed towards the youth and until the Chinese government steps in to regulate these predatory tactics, obesity and diabetes in its children will undoubtedly continue to rise."
Sounds almost like USA. Seems like MDCE again is in right place at right time IMO.

"Factors Influencing the Variations in Fertilizer Market Conditions"
http://www.fertilizer.org/ifa/HomePage/LIBRARY/Publication-database.html/Food-Prices-and-Fertilizer-Markets.-Factors-Influencing-the-Variations-in-Fertilizer-Market-Conditions.html
The quoted .PDF link:
http://www.fertilizer.org/ifacontent/download/60070/876243/version/1/file/2011_ifa_food_prices.pdf
"IFA’s analyses show that South and East
Asia are anticipated to account for some
two-thirds of the increase in fertilizer use
during the next five years. Latin America
is also seen as contributing significantly to
this increase. Moreover, growing bioenergy
demand is pushing demand for fertilizers
upward. IFA estimates that as much as 3.6%
of global fertilizer consumption is related to
the production of biofuel crops."
After searching all over the internet, found this one article that expalins well what drives the fertilizer market in general. Again the mention and data on east asia is interesting. Looks like UCHC/PA is in right place at right time IMO. Here hoping they move forward.

"Urban-rural income gap gets bigger: report"
http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/china/2012-08/14/c_131785215.htm
"As about 40 percent of farmers' net income was used to purchase chemical fertilizer, pesticide, seeds and other means of production, deducting these expenses, China's urban income was about 5.2 times that of the countryside, said the report."
Correct me if Im wrong, but I believe Prosperous Agriculture addressed this issue and market in one of the UCHC PR's. Intresting what it costs to farm in China. UCHC/PA might be in a good position to help out the rural areas and make some cash IMO.
UCHC
Right on, in the end that's what has to happen.
That would be cool if we hear they bought in a higher percentage ownership in PA. The market is there, and from what I read there is a push to get farming a bit more profitable in general in China. I'll post some articles late today.

“The strengthening of UPS’s supply chain and healthcare practice in China gives UPS customers the ability to have more visibility and control over their entire supply chain. Adding additional supply chain resources will support our customers as they enter or expand their operations in China, within Asia or globally,” said Foster. “This is a continued extension of UPS Asia Pacific contract logistics support that has seen global and local companies through many successful years in their Asia Pacific growth.”
Looks like UPS could be a important part of healthcare companies like MDCE IMO. We know who to call for the goods.

"Bad times in the bedroom" On Topic :)

"A nationwide survey by doctors from the Shanghai Children's Medical Center in 2009 discovered that children in Shanghai had less than nine hours of sleep daily compared to a global average of 9.5 hours, and the figure is lower than any other major city in China. And doctors say that the situation hasn't changed much over the past few years."
"Doctor Gao Peilan of the Shanghai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine told the Global Times that children have their own unique sleep cycles. "They usually range from 9 pm to 7 am. If they miss the time slot to fall asleep in the cycle, they will struggle to have good sleep."
Gao has more than 20 years' experience treating sleeping disorders with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). TCM practitioners, she said, believed that it was easy for children to become overheated internally and this prevented them sleeping properly."
Really good article in re: pediatrics in China. I'd suggest reading the entire thing as it touches on multible topics.
MDCE
Theres probably a lot more on the pediatric healthcare arena in China, but a lot of potential news or info sources seem to be in Chinese language only. There certainly is a bright future in this field IMO, just getting established though must be quite a hurdle even if your aware of ins and outs of doing business in China like CEO Wu indicates in some interviews etc..
MDCE
I hear ya man.
Sure thing, me too. Seems like tons of opportunity for MDCE. Lets hope they keep moving forward!

"Chinese medicine is a popular therapy in Hong Kong. At present, the number of Chinese medical clinics established by the Hospital Authority and by third parties is 16. Every year, about 1 million patients receive treatment from the clinics.
"All the numbers have shown that Chinese medicine is recognized and popular among the public, especially in the primary care aspect," said Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying."
Now I wonder how the Hong Hong healthcare market and people compares to market/people Shenzhen where MDCE will be opening a clinic? Another indication in this article that Traditional Chinese Medicine is an important issue in China.

"Over the past decade the speed of development in China has placed the country's infrastructure under increased pressure.
This is never more apparent than in the healthcare market, where, despite increased spending over the past six years, access to quality clinical services that respond to the wave of challenges China faces are far from what the population expects or needs."
"Rather than simply go to the hospital when you are sick, the Chinese population is increasingly interested in being more proactive in managing its health, all of which has led to significant interest in the development of international or private hospitals, particularly for patients who are willing to pay, either via insurance or with their own savings."
This is one really good article or opinion and i just posted a couple excerpts, kinda gives the healthcare market/potential info for companies like MDCE I think.

FWIW, this is what i was looking at. Sorry
http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:technical_indicators:accumulation_distribution_line
"The Accumulation Distribution Line is a cumulative measure of each period's volume flow, or money flow. A high positive multiplier combined with high volume shows strong buying pressure that pushes the indicator higher. Conversely, a low negative number combined with high volume reflects strong selling pressure that pushes the indicator lower. Money Flow Volume accumulates to form a line that either confirms or contradicts the underlying price trend. In this regard, the indicator is used to either reinforce the underlying trend or cast doubts on its sustainability. An uptrend in prices with a downtrend in the Accumulation Distribution Line suggests underlying selling pressure (distribution) that could foreshadow a bearish reversal on the price chart. A downtrend in prices with an uptrend in the Accumulation Distribution Line indicate underlying buying pressure (accumulation) that could foreshadow a bullish reversal in prices."
Maybe I misinterprited the above?
