It's easy to call a stock that has been down, and say it's going to go down, basically it's 1000x more hard to buy and know what you own and 10000x more lucrative to do so.
I got some .13s, I know what I own, while the rest project it to go down they never are able to buy with conviction.

The bottom line is this stock has been being accumulated for months and recently 250k per day for a month
deal with the fact it is up 16percent and probably will be up 1600 percent in the next two years.

That's the way it looks did you see the Canadian side, biding for 152k shares and 112k shares right behind that.
If some one ponied up 40k CAN it could turn into 400k IMO. People are accumulating.waiting for people to sell and catching the cheap shares.

Let's say the lawsuit materializes well then what?

The whole thing might not affect either company too.

My thing is we all have to wait and see to view the impact and like I said before the decision might not even affect either party. Who knows in time we all find out.

Herbal Analytics won't be profitable if a permanent injunction is granted. What I ask is how is this good for RSSFF at all? It's not. 1% separates RSSFF from being listed on the case. The money they spent could be wasted. SO YES it does affect RSSFF>>>>>>>

I just figured this out. November 24th is the hearing date for Herbal Analytics LLC a subsidiary of RSSFF (the defendant). The courts then have 30 days to make a ruling. So the truth is might not here anything till February 24, 2014. The tincture of time will tell.
