Guys, in order to become listed on the OTCBB, BFAR will need to submit a 10-K form. If not then they will only be able to trade on the pink sheets.
Once FINRA is satisfied with the submission of the 15c 2-11 and the answers to subsequent questions, the Company would be granted an OTCBB listing.
Rule 15c2-11 Filings
Overview
Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) Rule 15c2-11 governs the submission and publication of quotations by brokers and dealers for certain non-NASDAQ over-the-counter equity securities. Pursuant to the rule, brokers and dealers are required to review and maintain specified information about the issuer of the security before publishing a quotation for that security.
To comply with SEC RULE 15c2-11, A Form 211 must be completed and submitted to the FINRA OTC Compliance Unit by a FINRA market maker. Only after FINRA approval may a stock be quoted on the OTCBB, the pink sheets, or other comparable quotation medium.

They are speaking in a first person pleural grammar. So in essence they are referring to the auditing team, that being the outside auditing firm.
There is a chance we could start trending diagonaly to the right, but there is also the other chance that in December, due to taxes, we could drop which in turn could present us with another buying opportunity. From a bulish perspective I would say that it would could be presented with a head and shoulders pattern.
Good luck Fcpgalltheway. I will send you a personal message later as to other potential great stocks that you may be interested in. I hope you are saving for Decembers buying fiesta.
Good luck to the rest of yall.
I tried printing out the them on ihub, but it isnt possible.
fcpgalltheway, what did you think of todays trades? I hope you bought on the dip.
Good work at14tao! I´ll use that post as a point of reference.
Red, be patient. That´s is the key word here. I´m sure in your up to the moment lifetime you have heard that word more often than the average person in his entire lifetime. Unless you need your money now, I suggest you wait and give the market time to reply.
Relax guys. MM´s are just taking out the weak hands, although I have to admit that it happens quite frequently. For reassurance I suggest you read fcpgalltheway´s postings.
Enough said, red!
It appears that the company is going at it piecemeal, as they are suppose to. Step one would be to file form 211 in order to be qualified to list and then file 10-K´s in order to qualify as being officialy a filing company. The two go hand in hand and as stated by them, the last two year´s audits are completed. Now we wait for the official forms to go through.
Gees. Have faith yall!

Piecemeal at a time. Start with babysteps then start walking.
I second that. Looking over the volume from yesterday, it appears that buying and selling are about even. We will have to wait for the 10-K´s to go through first. Have faith yall!
What is Rule 15c2-11?
SEC Rule 15c2-11 was designed to allow non-reporting public company's securities to be quoted on The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") by filing some simple disclosures.
Now, companies seeking to obtain a quote on the FINRA OTCBB must be required to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Under Section 15 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Act"), as amended, a company who has filed a registered offering with the SEC, such as an S-1 registration statement is required to file reports for one year. A company which files a Form 10 or Form 10-12G becomes a reporting company under Section 12g of the Act and must file reports. To be eligible for a quotation of its securities, the company's market maker must file a Form 211 with the FINRA, the company must have sufficient free trading stock in its public float to allow Rule 15c2-11.
The stated and un-stated listing requirements for the FINRA OTC-BB are as follows:
fully reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
minimum of 40 stockholders of record holding at least 100 shares each (note: this number is informal and has been moving up),
must have a market maker submit 15c2-11 (Form 211) application to FINRA and agree to act as market maker for securities of companycpg, I
Take a look at the pervious two spikes. Those that bought did not sell. Could insiders have been buying up shares after news was made public. Totally legal that way.
Don't feel too bad, we will probably see 16.5 cents again after the 10-Q is released. Also, take a look at BFAR.
Have a wonderful day!!!!
YANHUA HAN: CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD HAS SOME 15 MILLION SHARES.
I DO BELIEVE HE HAS NOT SOLD ANY YET!!!
.11 could go to .165 for an instant 50% gain.
Looks like some nice buys went through at .11 today. I wonder who bought them shares?
This stock will go into the dollar range. There is no doubt about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
START SPREADING THE NEWS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Red when your ready to obey my instructions, you will let me know.
But please do consider my advice. Better yet I instruct you to obey my advice.
1dmg1, I appreciate your thoughts.
Guys, I just want to apologize to the board.
Sorry for not pumping the stock by telling people to buy when it was in the 40's, 30's, 20's and upper teens. As a result, some of you may have taken my advise to not buy at those prices and a result lost out on the grand opportunity to be upside down in your investment. I know that some of you would of wanted it that way, but as a result of waiting and not buying, you are now forced to make the decision if you should buy now that the stock trades between .12 and .13 cents a share. My suggestion is that if you are a high risk taker and have extra money to burn, than it would behoove you to buy before the 10-Q is filed. On the other hand, if you are like me, conservative and cautious, than it would be in your best interest to wait till after the 10-Q is filed in order to determine if you should buy.
Sorry again
Nevertheless, I will be frank with yall. I am quite delighted with the overall movement of this stock in light of the delay in the 10-Q filing. This allows an open opportunity for new investors to consider buying shares which in effect could drive up the share price. For example, I was and still am weary about purchasing shares at .12, but I may take a gamble and buy some shares before the 10-Q comes out, this may in effect help out your cause by supporting the share price and causing you to loose less money.
Will incessant prompting via email/phone by investors in getting the company to be aggressive in expanding out by forming new alliances and obtaining additional subsidiaries cause Wang to do the unthinkable and carry out the companies main objective?
My feelings are that Wang has not been prompted enough. Guys remember it's your money and you share a part of the company as a shareholder so in an indirect effect you own part of the company. Don't you think you owe it to yourselves to do something about it rather than nothing at all?
10-K NEWS and an updated NEW WEBSITE
and this stock will sparkle!!!!
fcpgalltheway, Wang has been handing his loyal follower his end of the day soiled socks and you have collected them as is, as you perceive them to be invaluable, and revered.
May I suggest that you email their office in regards to looking for a (USA) bank and investor(s) respectively. Who knows he may even offer you shares at nice discount in exchange for your money?
fcpgalltheway, read my previous post that I just got done revising. What are your thoughts on that? Perhaps an email to the company regarding that?
fcpg is a negative beta stock which never follows the major stock market. You can liken this stock to a island owned by USA, lets say the Marshal islands. The people that inhabit those islands have their own customs and values that is well underrepresented in comparison to the multiple customs/values in mainland USA. Therefore, people who live here are oblivious to the day to day happenings in those islands.
One way fcpg can assimilate into the mainstream of the USA stock market is by using a Major USA bank that can sponsor them, so to say, and obtaining a loan from an Oriental bank will not accomplish that endeavor.
Hello. Is anyone home?
Just kiddin. Yall must be tossin and turnin
Calm .
before the storm.
Sooner than later Wang is going to pull out the huge monster that's hanging around the corner to come out and play. Will it be in the form of a grand loan at a low interest rate or massive dilution? Either way, cash is needed and whatever it is, it will affect the course of this stock!
fcpgalltheway, first of all the stock trades from .14 to .12 cents now. Second, 2 years is a long time to pump and not be aware of the companies reported financials failure to thrive well as reported in 10's filings. Third, there are many chinese stocks that are doing well except for most of the reverse merger stocks such at this one. Fourth, it is positive net income that equates to free cash flow that is indicative of a real company. Finally, please refer to post #6396 on the other board for my final answer.
$1.50 by November 30th, 2012
if we get news in conjunction with more good news as I previously posted.
BFAR needs to file a 10-K, just one, in order to get the stock going, which I am very confident that will take place by March 31, 2013. There were three big spikes in the stock, discounting the first, in which investors were confident in the viability of the company despite noncompliance with regulatory filings as of then but yet to come. Also, keep in mind that it was Davis who was practicing with a revoked license and that's not BFAR's fault. So with a filing, the past becomes negated despite the speculations from the past, except for what they accomplished financially as a company over the course of the reported year.
