It appears that the company is going at it piecemeal, as they are suppose to. Step one would be to file form 211 in order to be qualified to list and then file 10-K´s in order to qualify as being officialy a filing company. The two go hand in hand and as stated by them, the last two year´s audits are completed. Now we wait for the official forms to go through.
