Good observation but as one other poster mentioned, in a short period time this will be a mining company and no longer involved in herbal stuff anyways...LOL
One thing about PnD scams, they work well the first time as we saw back in Easter before the vodka debacle. Then the second time was about only about half of what it was before Easter. Now we have seen another attempt at a PnD scam here recently when the crew rolled in and tried to pump the vodka unveiling but it produced a minimal gain that did not even last a whole trading day. This one is pretty much fizzled out and run its course but hey, you are an expert so maybe you should get in now at .0025.
Kamasutra vodka and the bottle desing has been around since at least 2010. What is going to cause it to all of a sudden take off here in 2012?
You do realize that HBRM has never stated what percentage of the sales revenues they would be getting from Kamasutra right? HBRM has no liquid capital to finance any of the production so the entire burden of this most likely falls onto Kamasutra which means HBRM will receive very little if anything from sales other then maybe some exposure with their name listed on the label on the back of the bottle. Kamasutra vodka has been around for several years so this is not a new concept in bottle design shape. It is only 25 % alcohol which is low by premium vodka standards.
I really have to wonder why HBRM is being so vague with this information? Why did they not post what percentage they would be receiving from the sales of the product in revenue? Is it possible they are not going to receive anything other then some name exposure on the back label of the bottle?
Bids to high, wait for the .000 range
Has HBRM ever stated exactly what their cut of the pie is? How much of a percentage of the sales revenue are they going to be receiving? Since they obviously have little or no money to fund this venture with Kamasutra, it is easy to assume they will get a very small percentage in return but have they ever put a figure out or are they keeping that info from their investors also in spite of their claim:
One of our most important responsibilities is to communicate with shareholders in an open and direct manner.
Yep they were very open about diluting the SS weren't they. Mor lies from the dumb Dr.
Agreed, pretty funny how the promoting crew rolled in on the day of the vodka unveiling and managed to get a 25% or so bump in the PPS and now look at where it ended up by the end of the week. .0025 sure seems to indicate what investors think about viagra vodka doesn't it? I am sure they dumb Dr will throw out some other PR now about some other billion dollar market they are going to enter.
Funny though, the liquor store company that viagra vodka was being touted at does not even have the product listed on their website page. Wonder why that is?
http://www.buyritewines.com/main.asp?request=TYPEPAGE&sel_category=290&type=L&
Tried a search for Kamasutra but got 0 results from their website. Will try and filter through the 7 pages of vodka's and see if HBRM/Kamasutra appears anywhere.
Update, does not appear on their website presently from what I can see via this link.
Strange also that it appears Kamasutra vodka has been around on sale for some years now. Not really a new product at all except for the HBRM natural herb it appears and only 25% alcohol.
Well either the paid promoters are on their lunch break or they only get paid for half a day working the HBRM site?
That is a lame response in my opinion trying nothing more then to cover for the ridiculous crap that is going on here presently and over the past 6 months. Even in a few of your prior posts, your concern over a few critical areas was evident so in essence you contradict your own posts with this post.
Great post CG absolutely agree with you for sure.
Putting out good money after bad is a dumb idea in my opinion. The loss is not what bothers me in the least. It is a personal thing, I do not like being lied to and deceived.
Cmon, don't try and point things in a different direction. Are you ok with the same group of paid pumpers coming here now for what the 4th time? Are you ok with 50M missing shares from the financial report? Are you ok with a PR stating 100M share buy back while at the the same time massively diluting the SS behind your back? Are you ok with meaningless, nonsense PR's put out for no other reason then to try and deceive investors and stabilize a declining PPS and volume? All of this is complete BS and you know it. The company needs to be held accountable for their actions and deception in my opinion.
Also, keep in mind that I acknowledge my own fault and mistake here for being caught up in a PnD scam. Sometimes you can not see the tree through the forest and it was poor judgement and DD to get played by false and misleading and fraudulent information from a variety of sources including the company in my opinion. As you indicate though, live and learn but from a personal standpoint, I don't like to be deceived and lied to so that is why I have made it a mission to try and correct this wrong.
I have quite a bit more but my average is higher as well.
Have you seen their company slogan which is attached to every PR they put out?
One of our most important responsibilities is to communicate with shareholders in an open and direct manner.
So much for honesty in pinky land huh?
Appears to be the senorita roachita crew again but some under different names this time.
Unfortunately even the best sometimes get scammed by deception and fraud.
Yes but this is the 3rd time now and the PnD is more like a fizzle and die promo
Exactly, and keep luring in unsuspecting victims
Funny how very very few will acknowledge this as at least "suspicious" and in need of clarification from the company but I am of the mind set that based on your DD observations coupled with the variety of other things that have gone on with the stock that there is a high likelihood of something illegal ongoing. Just my opinion as a shareholder but numbers don't lie, PnD's scream scam, BS Pr's about buy backs while you dilute behind your investors backs screams scam, etc...
or gave them away as payment for the pumping
Looks like traders gonna take their 25% today and back down to where we were or perhaps lower by the end of the day. Looks like investors were not to enthusiastic about viagra vodka much of that sentiment was shown back in Easter when the initial PR came out also.
Now there is a decent post with some common sense behind it. However, there is no imagining the dilution, it was documented in their financials. What really upsets me is that they put out the buy back PR and then did this behind their investors backs and provide no explanation what so ever as you state which I am in agreement with.
Well, Malc seems to have done some thorough DD and seems pretty knowledgeable in this area. If there was an easy explanation why did you not get a reply to your email. I did not receive one either as of yet.
Yep, especially when it has already been done twice previously here.
Wheres the missing 50M shares that are unaccounted for in these filings?
Funny how PnD's seem to work well the first time and then second time time they really start to fizzle and by the third time, well, you see here what totally fizzled out means.
Wonder why they do not even follow their own business policy huh about transparency with their shareholders? I mean telling them one thing like the 100M share buy back but doing the complete opposite behind their back and massively diluting the SS. Now of course we have the case of the missing 50M shares perhaps we are seeing where some of those shares have gone presently with all our new friends back again on the site some with even new names.
Exactly, another orchestrated PnD in progress here. If there was even the slightest hint of legitimacy with this company it has faded fast in my opinion. I also sent email to IR asking about the missing 50M shares and received no reply. My next email will be filing a complaint against them with the SEC and requesting an investigation based on episodes that have occurred over the past 6 months.
Well it appears the traveling circus is back in town. Is this a paid awareness campaign for HBRM? Is it funded by HBRM or a 3rd party? Do we know who the 3rd party is?
Excellent post and something I think certainly needs an explanation and/or an SEC investigation. Doubt HBRM will provide and answer via their IR or the Dr if an email is sent.
-95.43% total stock value over the past 5 years according to my Schwab account.
LOL, what a joke, do you need any more info then that Mac?
Funny, only maybe a thousand dollars traded so far today. Why is that? Seems like people should be loading the boat up at these levels huh? Guess maybe they looked at the past PnD's, ridiculous and deceptive PR's and charts and determined this thing is a turd. Investor confidence appears to be dwindling to nothing and PPS continues to decline.
Looks like one of Elites competitors is in a little hot water with the SEC.
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2012/2012-152.htm
Perhaps in your life but not mine.
Wouldn't be the first time an insider got caught with his hand in the cookie jar now would it? Yes you have to look out for number one most assuredly however, that does not prevent fraud from occurring beyond your knowledge or capability. Plenty of examples of investors who were defrauded at this level right?
I do not have to prove anything. That is what the SEC is there for to protect investors from fraud and they have the means to investigate suspicious activity very well. They are focusing a lot of their recent attention on microcap stock fraud. You can easily see their success in investigating this type of fraud via internet search and their website. Certainly some red flag indicators in my opinion over the past 5 months that I have been a share holder here. Now if an SEC inquiry was made into certain suspicious areas that you mentioned and all came out good, I certainly would feel more comfortable.
I am sure I am not the only investor here who has concerns either after viewing what has taken place the past 5 months.
Your opinion may be correct, you never know. Certainly is some serious red flag indicators here for sure.
Pretty sad when IR (whoever that is) won't even give you a generic response huh? Shows another example of complete lack of professionalism in my opinion. They never returned one email from me or any phone calls either.
