it is..
Looks like MediaG3 on the Idaho Business Review page.
http://idahobusinessreview.com/category/public-records/judgments-public-records/
Yes, keep buying. That way when Borton Law offices and Michelle Montagne come for their money, Val won't have to give up real property (Ie., Wytec badged equipment) to satisfy the judgments.
irons in the fire of Val Westergard
1. sisel distributor
2. Vaccum sales and repair
3. Audio visual equipment and sales
4. Real estate website
5. Westar. Website that goes nowhere
6. vinyl siding
7. Some kind of health and fitness thing
8. At least four wireless company incarnations
cyberbully has a photo of all the logos for these ventures.
And yet, he did not have the cash to pay for tires on his 1990s era suburban, payment to several businesses in the Boise area, lawyers fees and taxes.
Nah, I am gonna let you see if you can figure out what I mean. You can order one type made by A4 Wireless, which does not exist. The other two Wytecs are preorder. Not really concerned about the other batteries. MediaG3 only claiming the Wytec ones. It took two weeks for me to get cleared to order on the website. If I was really gonna buy a product offered there and could not immediately purchase, I am gonna move on to another website. The chat option still not working either.
Guess that is why the lawyer asked to be removed.....
A leader's accomplishments or lack thereof, are a direct reflection of whether that leader will succced or fail.
It has everything to do with it. Please refer to the MediaG3 website. What advances? Still can not sign up for Imperial Wireless or A2 Access or A4 Wireless or Westar or WiMax King or buy Wytec Batteries or ...
The PR still does not mention anything about a reseller. It only highlights WiMax 4G as created by Val Westergard.
Here is an article, not press release. It clearly states that MediaG3 is launching its services under the brand name of Imperial Wireless.

Clear is not mentioned. The PR is all about Val's awesome 4G WiMax. It seems to be you are implying Val knew the PRs were false, but was "pushed" into releasing them anyway.

Um, you linked a PR about the Boise project. How does that relate to France? The yellow pages ad is from France. A search of the website (both in French and English) yielded no links to any of the plethora of business names associated with Val Westergard and John Lehne. Are you implying that Home Depot, Travelocity and Chilis and others on the MediaG3 twitter page are the "select customers" who signed up in April?
The euro yellow pages link is a follower just like Home Depot, Travelocity, Chilis and all the other nonrelated followers on the MediaG3 twitter account that was derived from using a mass follower program.
See link http://www.twidiumapp.com/
There is a plethora of programs and apps that garner you followers for a twitter account.
This might help explain GTW

I find it interesting when due diligence points out the "emperor has no clothes on," it is considered bashing. But, when vague and broad statements regarding MediaG3, MeshGlobal, WiMaxKing, ImperialWireless, A2Access, a4wireless, etc., etc., are made, it is considered just "cheering the team on."
Pointing out facts through due diligence is not bashing.
The About statements would have to be true first before a measure of success could be determined.
So, you are saying this is true??

From my research, other than that MediaG3 has a Boise address, I do not see anything here that is remotely true. Maybe you have something that shows otherwise. I am sure it would be of great interest to us.
Interesting...

At least two things to point out about that paperwork :
ABS recived the grant, not MediaG3. And, MediaG3 was supposed to kick in resources.

Maybe this will inspire Val to host one of these. Or give MDGC shareholders an opportunity to find out more about Zayo.

Looks like between March 2010 and June 2010 Stephen J. Vitola, formerly of Kenyon and Kenyon, wasn't successful in contacting all those companies. Now he is working for another company. Shrug..

Don't worry, hot shot lawyer on it.

Heard anything on that "commencing to contact" the violating companies?
And here is from the same sight more information on that patent. Can not link, because requires a code. I hace copied and pasted. This is from the fee schedule page. There are several documents you can access. A couple say error, patent expired. I will try to copy for you.

I copied and pasted from the Utspo website. The page was huge. But, here is another section.
http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/pac/mpep/documents/2500_2590.htm
All utility patents that issue from applications filed on or after December 12, 1980 are subject to the payment of maintenance fees which must be paid to maintain the patent in force. These fees are due at 3 1/2, 7 1/2 and 11 1/2 years from the date the patent is granted and can be paid without a surcharge during the "windowperiod" which is the six-month period preceding each due date, e.g., three years to three years and six months. (See fee schedule for a list of maintenance fees.) In submitting maintenance fees and any necessary surcharges, identification of the patents for which maintenance fees are being paid must include the patent number, and the application number of the U.S. application for the patent on which the maintenance fee is being paid. If the payment includes identification of only the patent number, the Office may apply payment to the patent identified by patent number in the payment or the Office may return the payment. (See 37, Code of Federal Regulations, section 1.366(c).)
Failure to pay the current maintenance fee on time may result in expiration of the patent. A six-month grace period is provided when the maintenance fee may be paid with a surcharge. The grace period is the six-month period immediately following the due date. The USPTO does not mail notices to patent owners that maintenance fees are due. If, however, the maintenance fee is not paid on time, efforts are made to remind the responsible party that the maintenance fee may be paid during the grace period with a surcharge. If the maintenance fee is not paid on time and the maintenance fee and surcharge are not paid during the grace period, the patent expires on the date the grace period ends.
Perhaps Val will get on this faster that he did his bill from Borton Law offices, YellowBook Directory Services, Adam Friedman and all the others he owes money.

Since I had already typed this code in, when I previewed the link, it showed me the page. You will have to go there yourself and type in that code. After that, you can get in and do patent saerches. This website gives information on patent ownership, patent fees, etc. According to the government, the patent listed previously is expired. There is a document list showing a history of the payment schedule and etc.
Click again, it works fine. Might have to type in a code. At least, I do due diligence and check facts. That patent is expired. Go read the history on it. Take five seconds to actually go to the patent website and type in a few numbers. If no one does the required steps to reinstate it, Grease's post was a waste of time.
Not sure why you having bad luck because someone named Val W. Had a great experience.

Thank you Grease, now maybe those confused about fiber, not the healthy kind, will understand that MediaG3 is simply going to use fiber proivded by Zayo.
Zayo Group (news, filings) won a bandwidth deal with MediaG3 up in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho. The wireless broadband service provider will be using Zayo’s extensive metro fiber in the Idaho capital to power its backhaul network in Boise and the surrounding area. Zayo’s Boise footprint comes from the purchase of American Fiber Systems, which in turn picked up the assets from IDACOMM a few years earlier.
Of course, this hinges on customers. That part remains to be seen. Also, I noticed in the PR that some of the entities that could be potential customers are entities which require bids. JMO but any other wireless broadband companies in that area that actually has equipment and employees would probally win the bid.
What does opera have to do with this?
Yes, that tourism video needs some updating. Have to admit, the Boise Project video is a pretty good promo for the city of Boise. Doesn't do much for Mesh, but makes Boise look quite nice.
What MDGC technology would that be?
I did. Left a message.
Zayo is a supplier. MediaG3 is a buyer. Simply put, a customer. Wonder how long it will be before Zayo gets in line to sue for nonpayment?
Not a "feeble" attempt. I don't put my faith in a man who can't even pay his bills or refuses to. I find it interesting that every time this stock plummets, there is suddenly "good news." And, yet the man behind the curtain continues to shirk his responsibilities. Is that what you want as a CEO of a company?
Good now MediaG3 can pay off the $11,000 judgment

Wrong. I asked for tangible evidence without using PRs. Scroll back and see Cass' reply on ID Consulting. Neither MediaG3 or MeshGlobal are listed as vendors for ID C. According to IDs website, only vendors they use are Dell, Motorola and Cisco.
You have seriusly missed the point. I never said Val was using MediaG3 as his ATM. I was using sarcasm. Not sure what you mean by old links. They are not old. They are current state government websites which show historical data. By following the paper trail that is MediaG3, it should be easy to recognize where smoke and mirrors have been used. If I am wrong, please give tangible, hard evidence of this world changing technology. One has to wonder why no one stuck around with MediaG3. Please don't quote PRs. Those are easily shown as false and misleading. Please don't use the MediaG3 or its "partners" websites either. They are not verifiable.
