rainmaker2, Well said, and personally feel the same. To All who contribute to this MB, Thanks
SwarmMaster,
Thanks again for the work on the timeline. I will read through it completely this weekend. I also think sticking to just the facts will make it easier (for your sake) to complete without making judgement calls. I'm sure you will get all sorts of info. sent to you, both factual, and a bunch of the other kind, as you know the saying....No good deed goes unpunished.
Keep up the good work
That is OK for you GENE01 to think that, just like it's OK for me to submit the questions. There were 48 questions in total. The Company's aggreement is that they will only answer 5 to 10 per month. Just curious, but if 25 shareholders sent in 2 questions each (50 total) is that Wrong also? Sparks100 has stated that he would prefer the Company to concentrate on the future rather than the past. I can appreciate that also, since we can't change the past, and some people will complain how far off of optimal each decision was made. That will not be me, but some will.
I expect this company to be able to do both, be open and transparent (in all situations that make legal sense, and not release new info. until it's completed) about the past, and to continue to work towards the future.
Questions posed in a calm, rational, not-derog. way are all right IMO
Some will agree, and some not.
Yes, I'm no one, and I like it that way. I too agree that SwarmMaster is adding Investor Value by the questions submitted yesterday to the CEO and now this TimeLine that he has created. I can't wait for what he's got for tomorrow. I'm only slightly joking.
SwarmMaster,
Once again, great idea, and thanks for the effort and work done
I noticed that too.
I'm guessing a little high on Q1 Revs. compared to the couple of Analysts covering FTK
My Guess is $79mil
We shall see
Looking forward to the Pre-Announce of full Q1 numbers, and maybe even a little look ahead.
I expect this news any day
Fair enough,
Good Luck
Ok, whatever value current assets have, is that not reflected in the stock price at this time?
I'm wondering about Who is going to chip in the additional $$$$$$$ to market and sell this product. That wil not be free. And most importantly, Current Shareholders Will Be Diluted by however much that amount is to get up and running as a viable company.
I think I get what you are saying. The current Medical Device has value. I get that. But what is the price to get it to market?
And, Who is going to pay for that?
"Let's say they bring in a $30mm asset with no other debt on the balance sheet"
Where did that come from?
A $30mm asset?
Which $30mm asset would that be?
Valid Point, "... current EPGL investors who will be able to finally sell if they wish."
I think the questions to think about are the following.
Who would buy those shares that current EPGL investors are going to be able to sell, and at what price?
By the time you (as a current share holder) get the ability to actually trade new "R/S" shares, what do you think the price will be?
I just think you guys are in a tough spot, either way.
The reason I'm posting here is that I have shares in another company that is currently involved in a lawsuit over AJW notes.
Best wishes to current shareholders
1. What sorts of advertising can shareholders expect to see from the corporate office?
Currently HTI is focusing on the Agricultural Market in mediums, such as the Farm Plains Journal, which the company has utilized in the past. Advertising has been scheduled with High Plains Journal for release April 17th. It will be a multi-platform ad and be included in all editions of their publication. Agricultural applications will be emphasized.
In addition, a strategic marketing plan is being developed along with the partnership that was mentioned in the February newsletter.
and this is from the newsletter just a few days ago, it's on sticky
J4p
Well said. I also liked your idea of adding a list of questions to ibox. New people could see that stuff right away, also a positive IMO
GENE01,
"Are they all ungagged.?"
Good question, after you contact them, please inform the MB as to their status, while you are at it, please also ask them how much it costs to transfer to them, don't forget to ask about the one time fees also, because when I briefly searched, I could not find out what those costs were.

Confirmation that Questions have been received.
Just got the email that they received the questions, and that the way it works is that 5 to 10 of the most popular questions each month are submitted.
So, it will take some months to work through, but they are there.
Golden Eagle Runner,
Point well taken, I'm sorry if you felt that my response was directed at you, it was not. I have sent those same questions to Eric at your company. Thanks for your help
Swarm,
It's done, I sent the questions off to Eric. He is a good guy, always has answered all my emails and questions.
Golden Eagle Runner,
Thanks for the recap, I read that also, but, the question still remains, When will it be changed back to un-gagged
Swarm,
I appreciate the time/effort you took to compile those questions.
I will submit those same questions to Eric at the InvestorLetter website.
Looking forward to the answers
TV - If you would provide relevant links to support your claims, I would be happy to submit your questions (with relevant supporting facts) to the Company, as I DO hold HLNT shares.
Looking forward to the numbers and also to the March Newsletter
Fair enough, But why would I buy them until the R/S and dilution is done?
Question: Where does the $$$ come from to pay for all this stuff?
Marketing?
Hiring all those new people?
Lot's of great plans outlined in the PR, but......
It's not going to come from NIR or PWC, so who will pay for this?
PWC Strategy Example:
1. "is pleased to announce that it has reached a restructuring agreement with the liquidator of AJW funds to convert 100% of the Company's debt into equity and restructure the Company"
2. "Shareholders will be asked to approve a proposed reverse split of the Company's common stock so as to provide sufficient common shares for increased trading value and to raise funding necessary to implement the marketing plans and programs necessary for successful implementation of the new medical device business."
3. "The potential market for this unique medical device is estimated to exceed $3.5 billion dollars annually."
This is a Real-time example, and following the thesis that Sparks100 outlined in the previous post.
Additional info. for this example: $3,400,000 in long term debt is what is listed on their balance sheet.
A guess on my part is that No MONEY is changing hands, as they state the following: "...to raise funding necessary to implement the marketing plans and programs necessary for successful implementation of the new medical device business." (see above on r/s)
johnny4profits, thanks for the words. It's behind us. Enjoy your day. p.s. thanks for your work as MOD in the past, a truly thankless job
No Problem Johnny4profits, sorry, thought the MB might be interested in how that company settled their $3.4 mil. debt with AJW Funds. Nothing to do with this company, will try to avoid posting that kind of stuff in the future
Humphries sent in more info. to the Judge
https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=tirVQewp3Wt0ZAF0NXhg3w==&system=prod
I suspect he reads this MB
"HAS IT DAWNED ON ANY ONE OF YOU YET THAT YOU OWN TENS OF MILLIONS OF SHARES THAT ARE PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE SO FOR MONTHS TO COME.."
Well, have you sold yet?
If NOT, why?
GO HLNT
where is my medicine
Humphries asking for BK Protection and he has a lawyer working for him now.
Be interesting to see how the Judge responds.
some info. just came up from Humphries

Corey is on the AJW Liquidation Committee
As an NIR investor, I received notice that, after the meeting in New York and the subsequent voting, Corey is among those who got instated on the liquidation committee.
Does that mean investors voted him in?
insiders still selling
rig counts staying level to down a little
no news until 1st or 2nd week of April
taking a breather

"Corey just sent a letter to all investors
It's too long for me to post here, but he defended his past valuations, in fact, he claimed to use lower valuations than he legally and rightfully could have. He didn't deny that the funds are worth substantially less today, but he claims that the criminal investigations, the civil lawsuits, and the bad publicity have had a lot to do with bringing that about, along with the terrible economy. But, it doesn't mean he was lying at the time, says he.
And he went on to make the case that investors suing him is not the answer because even if they won, and he doesn't think they would, that the most they would get is two cents on the dollar. But, if they lost, then there would be their legal fees, plus his legal fees which he would sue for, plus the fact that the very existence of the suit would further damage the fund and make it more difficult to liquidate the assets.
He thinks that the liquidators, though well intentioned, are not trained in this PIPE investment space, and are unlikely to generate attractive offers. He says the only liquidation that has gone through so far was generated by him, not them. He thinks the most important thing now is to bring in a new investment manager with competence in this area to lead the process. I'm sure he meant someone like himself but it seems that he knows full well that it is not going to be him.
Anyway, I would like to hear the reaction of other investors to his letter. There is food for thought in it. We don't want to cut off our nose to spite our face."
Desperate for Cash, AJW Fund Liquidators Hit Up Investors to Allow Them to Continue Liquidation
March 08, 2012 6:46 PM EST
The liquidators of the AJW Group of Funds, which were once controlled by Corey Ribotsky and The N.I.R. Group, have asked investors to consider providing the funding necessary to establish the asset values of the funds, assess potential claims and potentially claw back investment management fees paid to Ribotsky and N.I.R.
http://pipes.dealflow.com/article/article.cfm?title=Desperate-Cash-AJW-Fund-Liquidators-Hit-Investors-Allow-Them-Continue-Liquidation&sk=clwnpbfuuknnmvk
If you look at the fine print, it says:
"(EVOPAC is not currently supported by or endorsed by listed auto makers.)"
hot-penguin, I think that is an important question, at least worth an attempt by investors here to answer. IMO, it depends mostly on how long the lawsuit(s) get drawn out.
Factors I'm thinking about:
1. Settlement with PWC (y/n) and timing of it
2. Does HLNT continue to go after those other thugs (Corey,Walters, etc. and if so, how long does it take.
3. Better Idea of how much Revenue HLNT is now bringing in per quarter
4. $$$ Burn rate to pay Lawyers for on-going lawsuits
Sparks100, thanks for the update. You said in the Outlook section of your previous post the following:
"...Walters/NIR/Ribotsky and others are going to have to see the legal cases through to trial..."
My question is the following, What kind of time frame could we expect for this to go to trial?
I am assuming some delays, due to stalling on the above parties part, and will submit a guess of, finished by the end of the year.
Is that a reasonable guess?
Thanks again
