Yes a buy out right now at any reasonable price will definitely net in profit for all those invested. but what happens after that? everyone moves on to a dif stock?

on the other hand, if a buyout doesnt happen, the company WILL grow and in time its net worth can be far greater than any buyout at this time.

He might have made more in that one day at CES, but who's gonna buy more Tosy robots? People are (might, actually) only gonna buy those robots during xmas 2012 to fill up stockings for their spoiled kids, IF interest in Tosy robots can last that long. On the other hand, software to prevent txt-n-drvng, is only starting to get more popularity, since it's only been recently that this distracting driving issue is becoming regarded as a new epidemic crisis. And it will stay around as long as cell phones are in use.
Now, that is worth investing in, in general, not robots that become outdated after a season or two.

What would happen if a PR comes out on Tues saying OPMG has partnered with some phone service provider or insurance company, or struck some retail deal a big box like Best Buy or Fry's or Radio Shack? There was never any promise or obligation that OPMG has to announce anything to anybody during CES week. They just promised they'll be attending, and from Cellairis's pic and tweets, it seems like PhoneGuard is present at CES. Maybe St. Clair/Frohman have been talking to reps from other companies at CES these last couple of days. It's very likely that it could have happened, and word is just not out yet...

i just checked the 4 "hidden" phoneguard pages that i listed earlier today (see referenced post), and it looks like they really hid the Android and Blackberry pages for real. Can't access them anymore. Looks like opmg IS working hard behind the scenes on something...

maybe they have a spy who's scanning this forum and reports back leaked info..

this guy owns no shares of opmg, has no desire to see the company/stock go upward, but yet spends an abundant amount of time and effort to dig up info he claims no one knows but he, challenges any positive/neutral thing anyone says about opmg, and he even calls and secretly talks to "real" people that none of us knows about! he even keeps "copies of prs and transcripts" from the company, for god's sake!

i agree with that too. someone mentioned it earlier today about the exclusivity that tosy probably had with bieb at ces, which was why he wasn't suppose to promote other products on the same day. tosy probably got an agreement with bieber for this day months ago, and most likely before opmg ever started planning their own ces 2012 event presence. if bieber is gonna hang out in vegas on thur or through fri, i'm sure he will meet up with phoneguard ppl.

in my opinion, we will definitely get a pr of some sort tomorrow morning. after today, management has most likely been hit with tons of complaints from us investors here and elsewhere. at the least they will put out an apology and give an honest explanation for the uneventful 2nd day of CES (which is probably along that lines that they are focusing on something more important to the business itself than to just impress investors and boost the pps). however, hopefully, they will provide addtional news that is good, such as confirmations of deals (such as moto/verizon) and the progress of their other behind-the-scene activities. maybe even another CC will be scheduled.

anyway, as i browse the board right now, it's just funny to me that we generally have 3 schools of thought here, comprised of our prominent posters. just for humor, i'll start this game and name the players in each group (and you guys can check for accuracy). in a few weeks, we'll come back to see which group is right all along.

Belief: OPMG was THE S*** to invest in. But after a few missed personal expectations of the company, OPMG is now uncompetitive and unpromising. And now after an uneventful day for phoneguard at CES, OPMG sucks A**. No hope left, but will still hang on to shares..(WHY??)...

We'll see who is right.
