Looks like this isn't the first time Hallin and Hyatt got the SEC involved because they felt like they had been ripped off:
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/30/business/30gas.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0
So this whole thing is revenge for Blackburn supposedly stealing Treaty from Hallin and Hyatt.
I only read that Blackburn and Reid exercised their Fifth Amendment privilege.
That's what I was wondering.
TD, any idea why York is not listed as a defendant?
I don't know. You guys made it up. Sounds Italian to me.
Oh, okay.
I didn't know you guys called him that. Where does the name come from?
Who is Camerio?
So the audits will be completed and there will be immediate production on-stream. That's good!
He didn't say he just got it. He said:
"TREATY and will see an “adequate financing” to handle the completion of the 2013 audit AND bring immediate production on-stream by the end of 2014."
So in other words, they additionally have adequate financing to bring production online.
There's absolutely no reason to think Treaty intends to abandon the Texas Sands leases. They are planning to get production online this month:
"...bring immediate production on-stream by the end of 2014 completed in the short term."
They did present the real title to U.S and Belize Customs. Why would they need to do anything else?
Maybe in six more years, Mack will file a police report for the "stolen" rig.
What's not proof? These quotes by Belize Oilwatch:
"This is going to get interesting.
I have been advised that Treaty had legal title to the rig to import it into Belize. They gave the title paperwork to Princess to process the initial importation.
No VIN number can be found on the rig. Neither me nor the Treaty country manager could find it when we checked the rig over in MAy 2013 while the rig was on San Juan 3.
Treaty have no-one in Belize to facilitate the sale of the rig and other equipment (including the logging unit) although Princess Petroleum have staff located in Belize City and Independence capable of doing this.

"I suspect a vehicle (in this case a truck mounted rig) could be legally imported into Belize in the same way that my car in Belize City can be registered by showing a certificate of title which shows a VIN number of the vehicle.
No-one bothers to check the VIN number on the vehicle itself in this process although they do sometimes check that the vehicle matches the description on the paperwork. So in theory a vehicle with a VIN number on paper but with no VIN number on a vehicle plaque could be imported into Belize.
The car registration process is no different in Belize than the UK, UAE, Venezuela or Egypt in my own personal experience.
Regarding your allegation that the VIN number was removed - there is no evidence to support that. No vehicle plaque with a place for a VIN number which had been removed was found.
Also I have not seen any evidence to support your allegation that the VIN number was removed because the rig was stolen. The facts show that Treaty did not steal the rig and that the owner of the rig in 2008 was instructed by the court to transfer the ownership to another person as part of a settlement - which I understand they did not do.

I'll believe the rig is stolen when I see a report by authorities. It's been five years, so I'm guessing if there was such a report, it would have been provided by now.
I think the best solution is going after Arcadia. Belize Oilwatch proves the rig is not stolen and Treaty is the rightful owner.
Well here's a solution to Mack's problem. Have Arcadia Drilling (who Mack has a judgement against) buy back the rig from Treaty (who has a legal title and no judgement against them for said title) and give it back to Mack.
Again, as stated many times in the past, that judgement is against Arcadia Drilling, not Treaty. Sounds like there is a court order from Utah to transfer the title, and since the order was not obeyed, a new title was issued. The 64 million dollar question still is why Mack hasn't gone after Arcadia Drilling.

So all this time it's been known that Mack's original title is no longer valid. Mack didn't obey a court order to transfer the title to the rig, so a new one was issued. Mack has been lying all along. Belize Oilwatch has proven that the rig was never stolen and Treaty is the rightful owner. Time to change the introduction page!
You called him camera man.
Camera man, as you call him, is not in the group, so he would not know.
No he is not, but if you have any other questions for him, here is his email:
chris.tesarski@sandboxenergy.com
It's happening. See what it looks like a week from today.
What are you talking about? There was an update four days from the post (Sept. 15) and another one on Oct. 1. The next one is scheduled by the end of this month, but I'm certain something will be released before that!
That is 100% accurate!
Where is the police report on the alleged stolen property?
Oh, but the "stolen rig" is a done deal, right? No police report, no judgement against Treaty, and the rig made it through customs. Ludicrous. Moderators need to hold all information in the introduction page to the same standard.
Oh really? But it's okay to have a picture of a "stolen rig" which is based on rumors. Talk about a double standard! Treaty made official announcements that Chris is CEO and Executive Chairman and that Andrew Reid is out. And still the introduction page won't be updated. Unbelievable!
If Tesarski is the Executive Chairman and CEO, perhaps the introduction page should be updated. It still lists Andrew Reid. Can't have it both ways. He can't be referred to as CEO and Executive Chairman in postings but not in the introduction page.
Who is Chris Tesarski?
Every shareholder I've communicated with - and that accounts for literally many hundreds of millions of shares - believes Chris is doing a great job and is turning Treaty around. None of them believe he has any puppet strings attached to anyone. The only ones who believe that are probably connected to the naked shorters.
The date is important because it shows it was prior to Chris being in charge. It has absolutely nothing to do with Treaty's operations today.
There is no proof, only speculation. He's just a very interested shareholder in my opinion.
False! A few have speculated that, but anyone who has talked the Chris does not believe that.
Could you please provide them again? Obviously they predate Chris as Executive Chairman and CEO.
The dates do matter. Please provide them.
All of those things do not make him a representative. That's speculation. I don't believe he has posted insider information. He is merely a very interested shareholder in my opinion.
I'm assuming the dates are pre Chris, so it has nothing to do with Treaty currently. Not including the dates is leaving out a pretty important detail.
What are the dates?
