Have you actually used PAWtizer? I use it daily on my dog's paws and occasionally on the nose. It works really well. My dog never licks after using the product. This prevents him from licking his own paws clean after being in the mud. Makes sense to me. Humans are using household wipes for everything these days. Cleaning wipes, leather products, hand wipes, baby wipes etc. PAWtizer also has a registered trademark and an international one as well. Why do you think the CEOs went over to Europe? Just for fun? PAWtizer is stocked and sold by Amazon LLC. Do you think Amazon would accept product from a scam company (and no they are not selling as a 3rd party)?
You can sit here all day and cut and paste the financials. It's not the past I am interested in. If the company just wanted to sell stock, they would not be filing financials. They are no longer a pink sheet. They are OTCQB. Their goal is to continually be up-listed. People have been screaming dilution of the line of credit now for months and it has yet to come true. They have sold restricted private placement shares which follow SEC rule 144. A company in this position needs to finance operations. As least its not toxic financing. I have been a shareholder since February and I see people purchasing millions of shares in the sub penny levels. $20k blocks. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are selling for 400-500% profits.
People are expecting overnight success. This is a penny stock. Don't expect it to work miracles in a matter of weeks. Things take time. They are getting their ducks in a row.
Here's my 1 post for the day.
Oh and let's not forget they have deals in place with SSI and C&S
Yea we know what you think. But I also think you forgot that there were a lot of private placement shares sold at .01 and there's a good chance those became unrestricted. Those holders would be sitting on 100% gain at these levels.
I talked to Jack thursday. Well he emailed me and gave me a number, i am assuming it was Jack. Also this is either shorts on NITE manipulation. Big bids being filled way too easily. Not incentive to slap the ask here when you know you'll get filled on the bid. NITE possibly just playing it's own spread.
Welcome. Try not to get distracted on these boards! I agree with 7kids, if you can swing by once in awhile and post some photos of any activity that would be great. Most naysayers don't believe the DC even exists!
Oh my look at all these fills going through. NITE you done it again!
Hi Mike,
Great update. I will update the board as well on my phone conversation with Jack yesterday. To start off I asked him if a marketing/branding campaign would occur with the release of PAWtizer products to Giant Eagle and he said that the company hired somebody to do PR about 3-4 weeks ago, which confirms what you say. Also this is about the same time they ended their contract with Alpha Dog. I had spoken with the founder of Alpha Dog at the time and she was shocked but it makes more sense for AAPT to have PR in house. I asked Jack about my situation with Target. I was one of the folks who got a confirmation about PAWtizer skus in Target. Although he could not confirm or deny it by name, he said that once AAPT had a contract in place with a retailer, the retailer generally updated their databases with the various products they plan to stock. The next step is for POs to come in to AAPT for the specific stores. This is why when the handful of us longs called Target we were told product was in the database but no set time frame on when available. Mark my words, we will see it there at some point. I asked about the machinery being operational and he said as far as he knew it was. Management has contracts in place with many large box stores and again, once the stores are ready to be stocked with product, they will be sending in POs. Jack told me I can call him once a week if I want updates. He said he doesn't like to respond via email because it's not very personal. I asked about the convertible note. He said that if it had been converted we would see it in the next quarterly filing which he said will be out on time. Less than a week i believe. I asked about samples and he was told by management to stop sending them out to shareholders. They want to keep the lid on the bottle about their product and formula. Samples are being sent out for press purposes.
It's a slow build but it is happening. This isn't a $20 stock with a staff of 100s. It's a small company trying to make another go of it. People can't expect overnight success (even Jack mentioned it all takes a lot more time than people think). I've been around since .002 accumulating and won't think about selling until we see .25
Nice! How did you get the samples?
In financial accounting, assets are economic resources. Anything tangible or intangible that is capable of being owned or controlled to produce value and that is held to have positive economic value is considered an asset. Simply stated, assets represent value of ownership that can be converted into cash (although cash itself is also considered an asset).[1]
The balance sheet of a firm records the monetary[2] value of the assets owned by the firm. It is money and other valuables belonging to an individual or business.[1] Two major asset classes are tangible assets and intangible assets. Tangible assets contain various subclasses, including current assets and fixed assets.[3] Current assets include inventory, while fixed assets include such items as buildings and equipment.[4]
Intangible assets are nonphysical resources and rights that have a value to the firm because they give the firm some kind of advantage in the market place. Examples of intangible assets are goodwill, copyrights, trademarks, patents and computer programs,[4] and financial assets, including such items as accounts receivable, bonds and stocks.
Do we need to define the word proceed for you?
PROCEEDS
"The amount received from the sale of an asset."
When the founders lend the note to the company there are no proceeds from this. When the note gets converted to shares and sold, there are proceeds. Which are then reinvested. It's obvious you will spin this in any negative way you can. But my ignorance will continue to read it like this. Just like I continue to use a fake product that comes from a non existing warehouse which has shipped the product to a company that trades at $230 a share which in turns sells it to the general public.
But hey thanks for saving me from my own ignorance.
Its a convertible note. Proceeds are derived when the note is converted. Those proceeds are then reinvested into the company.
When they convert the note, they will get proceeds. That will be reinvested as working capital. How can you say only a portion of the proceeds? Where does it say that?
Huge ask slaps going through. Shorts gonna have to cover at some point here.
It depends on the nature of the business. Tech companies that have huge followings already need hype (via rumors and news leaks) to drive their products. AAPT needs a marketing plan and budget to showcase their product. Have you ever seen a new animal product marketed and hyped before it came to market? I know I haven't. I think it needs to go hand in hand with the release of the product. AAPT is way too under the radar. The only people who see the news thus far are probably shareholders. Once products are on shelves customers may take notice.
That would be nice. When the company is quiet the price always drips slowly as it has since .04. Once we get a PR more buying pressure will occur and shorts will cover. CSTI is a heavy shorting MM.
Actually apple rarely do. It's the rumor mil that drives that information. Things leak from suppliers and employees but never from the executives mouth. Nobody can compare apple and AAPT in a business sense. Two very different beasts.
You should post your account statement with today's date if you want to be credible. Black out the important stuff but if you want me to believe you, that's what I'll need to see or tell me the info you know. PM me.
Stop posting LIES! Read the original PR stating the $1million line of credit. If they do convert the shares, the money will be reinvested into the company. Move on.
This is probably an impatient seller. I have my idea on who it is. Somebody who was super negative on the company and now turned super positive to try to dump their totally free shares.
Possibly news tomorrow with those eod buys
I agree. I think it was just a hopeful connecting of the dots. Seeing as purina was struggling with lawsuits for products made in china and AAPT is domestically produced it seemed like a good fit. Also a share swap/JV was rumored and some people claiming to see the actual contracts. We will see how it all unfolds.
AAPT confirmed Lisa was in Switzerland and that's how the nestle rumor started along with the idea that it would be difficult to fund all of their operations thus far based solely on the original 11 investors.
Now I'm not sure why you're bringing up target. I am one of a few who called and spoke to a rep who said pawtizer was in their database. 100% the truth I don't care what you believe. I called again and was told they don't have it on their website. Again 100% the truth. Take it for what you will. But I will be the first to say I told you so when it shows up on shelves.
Their IR office is close to me. I might stop by next week with a few questions.
You're kidding me right?! It states YTD they have spent over $900k on equipment. What you're trying to slant is that they started monthly payments mid September. Well being generous those payments probably total up to $40k from mid August to now. They have options to buy the equipment but as of now are making monthly payments. So I wonder what makes up the other $850k?!?!?
Hahaha laughable. I use pawtizer daily on my golden. Only a matter of time before others do too. There are easier ways for a company to sell stock than to open a DC, staff it, create products and then sell them. Seems like an awful amount of work for a scam.
MMSTOCKPLAY's tour of the DC negates what you say and he is a trusted long that called AAPT in the sub penny levels. Read for yourself..
"A while back I had reached out to Company representatives to
see if they would be open to me touring the Distribution Center.
Immediately I received a response from the company inviting me to come by since I lived in the area. Now, I’ve seen several Distribution Centers in the past, and having worked in Operations my entire career,I knew that there just wouldn’t be much to see at the time since they had just moved in. I wanted to wait and tour the DC once I knew that they had begun handling Food related items. Last week we found out that the company was going to be producing 300,000 Nutra Bars on the 14th and 15th of August. They mentioned that they had sold these bars to what we’ve come to find out is WALGREENS. AAPT also has the intentions to produce 4 million more bars in the 4th quarter of 2012. THIS WAS and IS a HUGE development, one I needed and wanted to verify
with my own 2 eyes. Now I promised some followers that I would stop by. In the past, the company told me to come by whenever I felt like it. On Friday, I decided to make my unannounced visit.
Now let me start of by pointing out that AAPT management was so
confident in their Operations that they, knowing exactly who I was and how much impact my thoughts have on their investors, invited me to come by unannounced at any point and time. If this was a scam, their would be zero chance of me getting inside those doors. The company did inform me that I would not be able to take any photos, which is why they posted the 3 photos on their website. The reason being in my opinion, the Nutra Bar packaging process is PATENTED and they want ZERO competitors access to their Operations. In addition, its a commonly practiced Company policy to not allow photos taken inside their warehouse.
The first thing I noticed as I drove up to the Distribution Center was a rented Refrigerated 52 foot trailer sitting one of the Dock doors. I did take a photo of that, which I will post on IHUB. I knew immediately FOOD had to be there. When you walk into the DC, you come into an office area where you are greeted by an Administrative assistant. Mary, the Operations Manager came to the front to greet me once she was alerted. She showed me her office, and Barry’s traveling office as well (which had a Nutra Bar BOX sitting on his desk). After showing me her office, we walked through an area that is used for Product development and testing. Since they will be selling Dog food (MUTT and Chompions), bars (Nutra Bars – 3 types), and treats (All American Chewies – 8 flavors I believe) they needed an area where they
could test the product to make sure that it tests for everything they look for (ingredient makeup, lack of bacteria, ect.. I believe). Once we walked through that area, we walked out into the Distribution Center. Guys and Gals, I was immediately taken back by the smell of Dog FOOD!!!! Now, doing a rough calculation in my head, I saw storage racks for roughly 232 pallets. These racks were filled with Pawtizer and Nutra Bars!!! There were a few holes in the racks, but mostly every location was full and ready to go. I can assure you that they have more Pawtizer to sell, and unlike the POS bashers say, they did not sell all their product to the TJ Maxx group as a Clearance Discount
item. I didn’t get to look at every pallet by any means, so i don’t know what the percentage was or if they had any other products sitting in those racks. But Nutra Bars and Pawtizer were definitely there and ready to be shipped. Now, after viewing the Overstock area, she showed me the conveyor, pallet wrapper, and shipping area where they shipped product out by the Pallet or box. After viewing this area I asked to see the Production area. Now’s where things get interesting.
The company has purchased both NEW and USED equipment that will take the Nutra bar mix which is bought currently from a facility in Manhattan, create the bar, package the bar, Hole punch the package, and box the packages into it’s box. Now currently, since demand was VERY HIGH, and most companies want a PACKAGE deal with Pawtizer, Nutra Bars, and MUTT, the company has been forced to get the product mixed and created by their 3rd party in Manhattan, KS. Because of the LEAD timeof getting a Patent Pending machine built, they had to use a 3rd party to currently handle the demand. I will say that they are missing only a few parts of the process and that they have several machines currently in their production room to get the job done. In addition, the company has had to make several improvements to the facility to make it up to FDA standards, including adding a wash room, drains,re-Wall the room with I believe she said stucco or something, and also add electrical and Water pipes throughout the room. I would say that the Production room takes up 30% of their WH space, with product storage taking up the majority of the rest. Mary stated that all the changes were necessary for them to be allowed to produce and package the food in house. I know they got a good deal for moving in to the facility and they also have the ability to expand to almost double their current size. Now I must say, NUTRA BARS are ready to be sold!! They are currently hand packaging them, and the packages are designed to be HUNG IN CHECKOUT AISLES, where I believe they will be sold at Walgreen’s, and many more VENDORS, VERY, VERY SOON (not my
words). Like I said, the majority of the vendors want the PACKAGE
deal. They want the brand, not just the one Product. AL AMERICAN PET BRANDS will be a household name, their is absolutely no doubt in my mind.
Now, did I get any of the product. Yes, yes I did. I was given a bag full of unpackaged Nutra Bars, which I will post. The packaged Nutra Bars are already built to be sold, and the packaging supplies are limited. Mary suggested that I do a taste test with my dog Cooper. So, of course when I got home, and I 100% promise this to be true, I placed 1 Nutra Bar on the ground next to one Milkbone, his current treat of choice. After releasing him, he smelled the milkbone, grabbedit, then went and grabbed the Nutra Bar. He ran into the other room, dropped them both, and began eating… the NUTRA BAR! In fact, after he was done, which he actually milked it, since he licked it for a
while, he got up, leaving the milkbone on the floor.. later to be
eaten. He loves them. Now i must say that when I was at All
American’s DC, I told Mary that all you have to do is make a product that the animals will eat, and that you’re really selling them to the humans. I thought she would agree or comment. Instead she just kinda looked at me. I tell you this because after my dog ate the product, I WOULD 100% go back and buy him more because I 100% could tell he LOVED them. NUTRA Bars are legit. And they are big, and soft, feel moist, there are 4 nuggets in a bar, and they break off easy. I can see how they could truly take place of a dog’s meal.
Now I have to tell you, I drilled Mary with Operations questions. Before Stocks became a passion of mine, Operations was all i knew. I worked my way up from a part time loader for Carquest to Operations Manager over 70 people in a little over 4 years. Currently I’m an Industrial Engineer in the Beverage industry. I was thoroughly impressed with Mary. She has a background with 3 different food related companies including Kellogg’s, as well as other industries including Kohl’s. She knows about costs associated with inefficiencies. She wants to create a building with the Inbound dock doors on one side, storage in the middle, production after that, and Outbound shipping doors on the other side of the building. In on one
side, out on the other. The production line is comparable for
production lines (packaging related) that I have seen at Dean and
Deluca. She spoke to me about how they are utilizing grants set forth by the President for putting people to work. She spoke to me on the importance of negotiating with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to get coverage, maintenance, cheap contracts, ect.. I would work for her. She knows her stuff, and I could learn a thing or two from her. You can tell she’s driven to make this place succeed, and she has a good relationship with Barry as well. Making me feel he has been an influence in the Operations side of the business as well. Now,personally, she’s busy, so I wouldn’t suggest calling her and bombarding her with questions, but perhaps you can email and see if you get a response.
So, are Nutra Bars going to be ready, and will other foo related products go out as well. Nutra bars in my opinion will definitely be ready to ship in September. Their was one moment when I was there that a driver came and picked up the trailer from the DC. Mary introduced me to the Driver, and asked me to wait where I was. I am not sure what was on the truck, but it was definitely OUTBOUND and not INBOUND as the truck left before I did. Now does AAPT perhaps have another thing up their sleeve to be released? Perhaps MUTT dog food is on its way? I’m fairly confident they do, but am content if they don’t. After touring
this DC, I am 100% confident that every thing AAPT has said to date today is 100% true. They do want to be an industry player, and they are ready to make a splash and take over a part of the market no one has taken over. NUTRA BARS are unique, and they will be sold everywhere. There is a reason that they have already locked up 25% of the market before an initial launch. Their patented product is about to be mainstream. Their management team is what is going to execute this plan, and again, no doubt in my mind they achieve it. I’m longer than ever on AAPT and I look forward to the up and coming week, month, and year. See you all in Vegas when the PPS hit’s $.50+. The first
cocktails on me. For the technical side of AAPT, please visit the
website."
Well if they are waiting on purchase orders things are out of their control. Once product leaves their warehouse to arrive at a retailers hub, it's on the retailer to distribute and place product. AAPT is a very small fish in a large pond and are at the mercy of retailers, not the other way around. Look how long it took Amazon to get their act together and the listing still has typos!
Can you post the store info and manager name for verification? Thanks
Morning Bob-C. Any great charts for us to look at today?!
Been there for awhile now. Sold through an affiliate program.
I take it you have never worked for a large corporation before. Ever heard of compliance? Well from my experience, working at one of the worlds largest banks, in order to send a fax leaving the building you have to formally run it to compliance as they monitor everything in and out. Contracts don't get sent via email. Sorry to burst your bubble. This is big business.
Glad to hear it bud
I never said cancelled. I said its in Joel's hands as their contract is no longer with alpha. Re-read. There is still a strong possibility that they are on the show. I called this number to speak with Susan (805) 984-1204
I dont lie like some here. Just passing on my convo.
The way she explained it to me was that the doctors were going to sample a dogs paws after the dog had been running around outside. They would swab the paw and put it under a microscope etc. they would then pawtize the paw and sample the swab post pawtizer.
It doesn't hurt but it's really not the end game. I think that exposure would have a stronger impact after the entire product line is available. Maybe Joel has rescheduled. Email him of you're concerned.
I called alpha dog PR who set up the doctors programming. She told me that AAPT has cancelled their contract with them because they weren't targeting the right media outlets. The lady said they were within their rights to cancel but couldnt say much more due to an NDA she signed. She did say they were scheduled to be on the show but it was in Joel's hands on whether they went through with it. So don't be shocked if you don't see it. She did say that her media contacts were in toxin requesting samples of the products. She was targeting pet focused outlets and AAPT wanted more mainstream outlets.
There they go filling the 300k bid. Called that BS
So they can fill the 300k shares on the bid waiting at .025. MMs are always in the drivers seat. They will lower the ask to match the bid more closely. I'll be shocked if that 300k doesn't get filled soon.
50k ask slap at .026 when showing 5000 share block. Illegal mm manipulation. Documenting this.
Dumping?! These are buys on the ask. 114k when NITE shows 5000. Hahaha
