Well ! Huey Lewis lives here in the S F Bay area next door to me and he still has his shades on. Cant see a thing, and neither can I. Hard to believe that Al and David are just going to SIT on their 5% ownership of Sky and do nothing ,their age is a factor and new blood is needed.Which brings me to my wife CHRYSTAL,who is looking for work.

My Chrystal ball shows GNBA comming out with its common stock trading at $1 with a dividend of 01 cent.It will show a profit from a business in Wyoming. They will have enough income to cover the debt on the purchace of the Wyo co.and retain their 5% intrest in SKY.

Looks like a mudslide of info locked up in both GNBA and SKY. Going to take months to get clear air on both.

What a perfict fit- IF ITS Happens !!!!! Sky Aviation in Wyoming. How many verticle lift, 9 employee, in bus 40 years [think retirement) 6 Aircraft doing basicly all government contracts are there ????? Right on the Groen wish list !!! This could be their/our future- but who knows ???

Well-GNBA being a public stock already, seems it just would only require an update in the mail, not all that work that Sky is having to do. The double barrel position that GNBA is in is it could borrow on their intrest in SKY and another load on itself, as it buys into another startup. Me thinks .08 cents is way too low.

Tex- Now that we have hashed out Sky,what is GNBA going to do? #1 Get a loan on its equity in the publicly traded Sky.Buy an electric aircraft startup. Then file and publicly trade their stock or are they in the process now of filing the papers to trade as soon as Sky does ?

Tex- got lost somewhere. You had a post as to probable opening price of Sky at $23 and Gnba at .08 cents. If Groen owns 5% of Sky, the GNBA price would seem to be around $1.15.

I assume you are talking about Sky. Would appear that GNBA is months away, as they need to get finacing baised on Sky`s market price, find something to buy,and get Fed approval to trade. You say ???
