dmerc,
the difference was before I actually believed this company had something big going on and loaded up the cheaps (.0008 to .0013), although I did not sell my entire position on the run. As this came screaming back down and I started doing research it's clear nothing is happening here and the owners have no communication with shareholders. Prior to the run, this was floating around (.0004 - .0007) and that was due to anticipation of something big brewing. Guess what, nothing is brewing. I wish we were well over .001,.002+ right now. The only way I see out of this is loading up around .0001/.0002 average in and sell out hopefully being able to make your money back. Hopefully I am wrong and this starts heading north quick and we get back on track. Until Univec communicates with it's shareholders were in deep doo doo.
do you believe me now .0001 is coming. Dalton has never returned anyones phone call or email. There is no business taking place. Over 4,900 other companies have this labeler code. That last run, they must of made a freaking fortune. I feel sick to my stomach but I am going to cost average at .0001 when it comes.
like i said weeks ago, will wait for .0001. There isn't jack going on here, Dalton couldn't get this going if he tried.
good post.
Stockprez,
sure I seen that link plenty of times. And?
Members here were also posting there was a connection with Nexcen Brands and Univec and there isn't. I called Nexcen and there is no connection, they are not doing any business together and Nexcen is NOT going to be a pharmacies franchise.
So tell me what info do you have on the international univec site you wish to share?
Brich,
Give me 1 reason why you think this will go up from here and I am all ears. I am not trying to bash or take down the share price. As an investor I am stating fairly my opinion here. I bought in at much higher prices and not happy being in this level sure wish we were much higher right now. For the past month I have tried every way to contact Univec and there is no one to be found, zero, zilch, nado, 0 people. We have no idea if and when a press release will come out again. I'm not one to gamble so my entry next is .0001. If something arises and someone speaks with Dalton or has some good info to share I'm all for adding more shares at this level or even buying higher if the info is credible. I think this is keeping it real.
yup, at this point i will wait for those .0001s
This stock, no communication with the company, no one to contact, who are these people and where are they?
this is boring..
why don't you call your boy and tell him to get out an update instead of disconnecting phone lines. this is bs.
trust me I wish we were trading above .001 or .002 right now. I wish Dalton would update shareholders with a PR stating what this new business model is. After that last pump fest to .0044 were now stranded in the sub-digits and this is not fun. It raises suspicion that the company will not return any emails or phone calls, where did everyone go? Not cool.
i will hold out to cost average in at .0001 the minimum. Not liking the smell of this right now.

WHERE ARE THESE PEOPLE???? No one answers, No emails back, This doesn't concern anyone???
wolverine, still counting on a pr tomorrow? Wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch. Would love to see you prove me wrong.
There is just no reason for the stock price to be up. David Dalton doesn't answer the phone or return emails. I checked with Nexcen Brands they said there is absolutely no relationship with them and Univec Inc. I asked Nexcen Brands why they were mentioned in their filing. Nexcen showed me their same filing and it looks like Univec Inc basically copied it. Nexcen is done, the business is finished and closed. Those rumors about Nexcen Brands going to be a pharmacies franchise NOT TRUE. So what in the world is Univec/Dalton doing besides a Labeler code that over 4,900 companies already have?? We have no idea when or if anything will ever happen here. I will only take this risk on this at .0001 at this point any higher is a gamble.
someones dumping those shares i will wait for .0001 :)
Wheres the Beef Dalton or should I say Cory.
lowman,
give me a break running some moving averages, trend lines, bollinger bands, etc for a stock like this is useless. You know the operation here enough said.
or could be two years from tomorrow at the speed he operates. Given the current market conditions and tomorrow is a Friday I bet 100 to 1 no PR tomorrow.
At this point i rather see this go to .0001 and average in. Who knows how long it will be until Dalton puts something out.
at this point might as well just hold out for .0001 and look to average in. The company hasn't said a word since the last pr, doesn't email back nor answer the phone. Who knows if we will see a pr again.
Called Dalton voicemail box full unable to accept messages. Sent an e-mail weeks ago nothing back. What's going on here?
If anyone speaks with Dalton (I'm sure a few of you here do) how about telling this guy to get press releases out on a real business wire. The FDA Labeler code pr didn't even show on Yahoo or any other major sites, complete waste.
Someones loading the boat in this level, news on the way??
8s on deck!
Chucks! bid in for two days no fills, who ever got those 6s your lucky. Someone is loading up now.
locked and loaded Danzo. I find it interesting a $100 million dollar company Nexcen Brands was mentioned in the latest 15-12G filings and no one is saying a word. Except for the one member who stated Nexcen Brands will be a pharmacies franchisee. Sticking around not missing the board for this one.

This would be the person to contact -
Nexcen Brands is now a shell that is in the winding down process and owned by Global Franchise Group. They own the Nexcen Brands shell and would be the only ones I would imagine that would be able to determine why they are appearing on Univec, Inc 15-12G financial statement.

I tried reaching out no luck, if anyone gets any info please share with the board.
interesting, so Nexcen Brands is a $112 mill dollar clean shell that is mentioned in Univec Inc filing. If Nexcen Brands plans to develop a chain of franchisee pharmacies how will Univec Inc play into this? What is the current relationship between Nexcen Brands and Univec? Does Dalton already own Nexcen Brands? This is getting interesting!
not sure, try contacting nexcen directly to find out, let us know.
really wanted more shares under .001 looks like that's not happening, to much momentum building here might just have to pay the ask before this gets running.
Holy Guacamole! This is going to be freaking huge, now it all makes sense. Thanks for the info

Now, on the NexcenBrands.com website see the latest update May 17, 2011. Looks like they are in the winding down stage which should be ending in September. Once this is complete I would assume Nexcen Brands can then start franchising pharmacies under their name which will all be owned by Univec, Inc.
This is very big, wow don't even know what price target we should be trading at here any thoughts?
Lowman,
agree. If I was a doctor probably the last thing I would want to do is be answering a call/email from a shareholder. A while back I asked Dalton why he doesn't get back to shareholders, he said the stock price will take care of itself when it's ready. I'm not a fan of how this guy operates, however I believe he has what it takes to bring substantial shareholder value here.
Dalton, it wouldn't hurt to drop a few bucks and pay for business wire and get a real website.
Sal,
Very good post, although no point of writing about it give him a call. I think everyone here has called/emailed Dalton and no response.
