Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, NexCen Brands, Inc. has caused this certification/notice to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned duly authorized person.

Now, on the NexcenBrands.com website see the latest update May 17, 2011. Looks like they are in the winding down stage which should be ending in September. Once this is complete I would assume Nexcen Brands can then start franchising pharmacies under their name which will all be owned by Univec, Inc.

This is very big, wow don't even know what price target we should be trading at here any thoughts?
