Sorry to hear about your cynical outlook Outlook, but actually ,while you are in conflict with other investors or competitors as you call them, I tend to look at some of the board members as friends who over the course of a couple of years have shown that they are indeed helping board members by providing advice and analysis that have proven to be on the money and accurate and helpful. Maga is certainly one of them. I am delusional and do think that some one(s) is actually trying to help me and others to make money in this stock. Actually, no one is more invested than I am, but how can one trust the science when we know zilch about it at this time. We know nothing about the trials, and have had virtually no updates other than regurgitated mush at strategic times. It really is time for ENZC to put out real information, both in terms of PRs and filings.

Unforyunately this is not a common problem. The underlying issues need to be resolved before audited financials can be filed. That might happen tomorrow or in 2 years. Fix the problem, then the audit will fall into place.

It has been "being finalized" for a year now and there are no "problems with it." Cheerleading won't help budge this. Patience is the only thing until there is news from ENZC or the SEC. LOL

As I recall, the excuse given for the delay was due to office-staff illness. One would think that that person has now recovered or his/her assistant has finally finished the onerous task of completing the financials, or maybe it was a baldface lie and they can't complete the financials due to nefarious circumstances. Whatever the reason, this, in Finance and Hamptonite's description, is starting to stink. Anybody disagree?

I think one of those issues is what Finance has been alluding to concerning the ability or lack of ability to complete the audited financials, I think Charles has been less than honest with the SHs on the internal problems ENZC is having.

I wonder how many of the STRONG longs have been cashing out as we head to the double 0s. How many who claimed to be buying were actually selling, which obviously is the right thing to do at this rate.

Obviously, we don't know if ENZC has the cure for HIV or not. We know what has been asserted in PRs so that we may draw conclusions from them, but we really don't know crap.

That;s my read as well. In fact, I'm not expecting much in year 2022. I think we have another six months before any signifcant movement. We should have had an indication in the retail market if any of their products really hit the shelves in the spring. I really don't know what to make of their silence to date. Even if ENZC can't comment on NDAs, it could let us know of any milestones reached or in progress without violating anything. The silence seems to indicate Charles is very satisfied with the share price where it is, which is counter intuitive. Makes little sense because the players he might be wanting to attract deal in megmillions. Buying shares at $0.05 and $5.00 makes little difference to them as they can buy in million share batches anytime they want and still make a huge profit.
