most people got scammed in the past, so they have very low trust on any stock at these price. they will buy and sale on the same weak just because they are scared of getting stuck or loosing money. but when the see a run, that's when the chase to jump back in.

I think as long vndm is at 0.0003, and selling with retailers at 0.0002. Why would they let it go! they will keep this strategy until no more shares are available at these price and that is when it will explode because shares are lock up = float very small.

they are trying to get as many shares on the bid and taking a little bit from the ask but not to much, they don't want the p/s to go up to fast, best way to accumulate as many shares at the best price before a run .

you can see the manipulation, scaring people to sell at 0.0002 so they can accumulate as much as possible. Even when vndm selling at 0.0002, they just put another 100 millions shares bid. They wont start buying at the ask until they bought all the shares they want from vndm and retailers.
