Grabbed some 13's. Can't even believe it was there for the taking!
Thanks $tockJunkie! A nice juicy PR would be welcomed as well.
P.S. I'm way overdue for a winning pick on that board. Picking something that will make it a week is tricky!
Moras, you are one of the wisest traders I know. That was a great post and a great approach to any posters on the boards. The funny thing is that I am not stating that I am right. I am stating that there are things that need to be addressed to show me I'm wrong. Mainly, a 2-3 hundred million deal with 2 countries should be easily verifiable. I'd be willing to drive over there (I live close enough) and have them show me. I want AMMX to be successful - God knows how much time I've devoted to this stock. It was appalling to me that Marty wasn't willing to show me proof of the Niger deal especially after the huge Ghana deal did not go through. I hope the Niger deal is announced and confirmed so you all make awesome money and then I can apologize to the people I like on here for asking these questions. Cheers amigo! Great post.
I guess in that case we can only assume it's pretty close to the O/S. Still not bad at all.
Name calling, really?
Then all should be fine for you.
Look at where the share price was and look at where it is now. Look at how much the share price has increased since the end of last year based on the hope of large African contracts. Look at how much the OS has increased since 12/31/2012. Look at the 3 major Africa deals that were announced prior to the Niger deal and ask IR what happened to them? Calculate how much money Lee, Kevin, and Marty are going to lose if this drops back to sub-penny yet they are still unwilling to provide any kind of evidence of the legitimacy of the Niger deal? Ask yourself what happened to the $80 million dollar deal announced in May that had an MOA? Ask IR why the SEC audit that was scheduled to take place in 2011 didn't go through? Ask yourself how the share price was able to sustain after the Ghana deal didn't go through - was it the announcement of the Niger deal? The company keeps stating that the SEC audit will be complete once funds are available. 160 million shares have been added since 12/31/2012 yet still no money is available for SEC audit? Per IR, CFO quit 1/2 way through the audit announced in 2011 - does that seem strange to you? Is there any proof of the millions made on all of the container handler sales? We don't know because they are not fully reporting. 16 million shares just became unrestricted - why would they do that if the Niger deal is in its final stages?
So, yes, shareholders do have a right to ask for proof of the Niger deal. This is a non-SEC compliant company. I'm not stating that we need to see the contract like you have suggested over and over and over - I'm saying based on the history of this company and the fact that they are not fully reporting, there should be some verifiable evidence that this Niger deal is legit and in its final stages.
I confirmed the O/S with the TA today:
Good morning.
The current total O/S for Cephas Holdings is:
247,099,130
Not sure about the float. Anyone?
Yeah, you're right. Always listen to the person holding 20 million shares. That's much more wise.
OS didn't increase. Restricted shares decreased by 16 million. That means 16 million shares were released into the float and available for trading.
It's one thing to warn about a stock, it's another thing to be a douche.
Didn't you say you were shorting the stock in an earlier post?
You seem overly zealous to talk everyone out of this stock. Makes me want to buy more!
Ok. I will. Anyone who has questions can DM if you like.
Change in restricted shares. Increased 16 million.
You have no idea what transpired for me to ask for proof of the Niger deal. My only motive in posting on this board is to inspire all shareholders to demand proof that a real contract with Niger actually exists. I'm not an idiot and obviously I feel that it is necessary.
I've done all the research I need to do here and I don't need your input. You seem threatened/concerned by my posts. If the evidence is overwhelming, then everything is going to be just fine for you. My posts should not be of any concern to you then.
HJOE looking great. Moved easily on Friday despite MM's efforts to keep it down. Should be an awesome week.
Is there a difference between pumping and being enthusiastic about finding a stock that is rebounding off a 52 week low with a great share structure, real product on the shelves, and a probable short squeeze on hand?
Nice play! HJOE Party on the boat when you get there?
I'm not mad "dude!"
Trusting anyone wholeheartedly that owns 20 million shares in a company is naive and weird.
Interesting that you state that I have problems when you seem to be naive and believe everything you read.
I'm pretty sure everyone is fed up with the "death cross" post.
Enough is enough.
True float?
Because people sell doesn't always mean they are trying to get back in cheaper. I know that's not a true statement with me. I'm just searching for the truth. Simple as that.
ITKH could easily be the next 10 bagger at this SP. Very undervalued with 10M/year in revenues.
I know 10M/year stocks trading in the .02-.03 range with a worse share structure so that isn't unrealistic. I know this should at least be at .004 right now with the lack of buying pressure. The next PR should help this adjust to a closer SP valuation.
Add me to the list too. I am just going to hold. This will correct soon. I have a gut feeling we'll get a PR in the near future based on the last PR.
Great article. I hadn't seen that one yet. Thank you.
In this case, 16 million shares entered the float and those shares (VNDM on the ask) need to get absorbed before share price will climb. Significant buying volume will have to come in right now to increase the SP.
With TINO, the company tweeted that updates are coming soon. There is also rumor (FWIW) that a large promo will hit by the EOM which could result in a big squeeze. Trade at your own risk everyone but I'm holding this one to see what develops. .
The technicals and SS alone make it a worthy buy.
Oh and HJOE a looks like it's squeezing. Another one to keep on watch.
My tops would be TINO, UAPC, ADMD, and CEHC. DKSC could be a big winner also. Just my thoughts.
If VPOR a holds at support, that should be another big gainer.
Cheers.
Mike-
Thanks for writing.
I obviously can't comment on capital structure in a private email.
However, we are anxious to tell our story and expect to do so very soon.
Sincerely,
Bitcoin Brands Inc.
Peter Klamka
Same with CEHC? That company is overdue for news and a run. New ATM news is supposed to be out soon.
Thoughts on ADMD. I grabbed some on Friday. Only if you have time. It's not one of my main plays like ITKH, UAPC, TINO, or CEHC.
I wonder if that 10/6 share update includes the 40+ million share day on 10/4? Either way it's still a great share structure for a very promising beverage company. I know if I was in a store I would easily choose an energy shot over a vitamin fizz.
Agreed. I will. Still way up and this isn't one of my primary plays.
Yep. Haven't sold a share. Looking forward to next week. Pennies for sure!
My pick is CEHC @ .0012
Awesome pick this week! Great job!
