Still can’t login, where’s it trading at?
Thanks Surf, usually a 60% drop means something. But thank god I’m riding freebies.
What is the after hours volume to make it drop this hard? Just wondering.
Did they just shut down Wallstreetbeats?
They seem to be targeting stocks with short positions above 30% with low floats.
I don’t think we would come up with the increased stock price we’ve had over the last year.
With a B shares traded today, I would think the smart money would’ve seen what happened to GME and covered today.
CNBC is saying everyone closed out their positions, but I don’t believe them.
I’m trying to figure the same thing out, Maybe they covered?
The media is making loud noises that doesn’t make sense?
Stop trading for 30 days....really?
I’ve seen calls to stop any stimulus so THESE people don’t have extra cash to stopping trading in all stocks shorted more than 30%. One pundit even said, “ The Wrong people are on the bad side of these trades”.
Will GME be forced to issue more shares before Friday? That’s the question.
EXPR?
Where would we be screwed Royal if He’s correct?
Looks like we’re in the 4.5 range now.
Thanks
I’m glad March is right around the corner so we can put this behind us.
Az, I would think K’s would get the same as P’s divided by 40.
Good it’s over one way or Another.
I’m expecting updated communications like this from now until it’s over.
It’s basically Protection for all involved for the misinformed going both ways.
How could steal anything at this point that isn’t already gone?
Thanks for that BlackVoo, I thought it meant payment would be on 5/1/2021.
No, but my family members were stationed
Overseas and stayed informed while invested in this long running saga.
Actually K-1 I was expecting to hear something from overseas first. One of the reasons we’re still here is because of the rulings overseas. Where they couldn’t just cancel the shares. But that was 7-9 years ago. So I don’t remember all the details.
Yeah, was thinking the same thing. If it ain’t one thing it another. We wait this long to finally see the end and still fight an invisible enemy.
I don’t think no one has WMIH anymore Bob.
Give your broker a call.
I just hope my escrows aren’t diminished because life issues forced my to sell most of my COOP shares.
He or she is confident their work is done.
We all should be hoping to do the same soon.
Yes there were a flurry of filings between 12/20/19 - 12/31/19 that showed the way forward.
So you believe there already using the NOL’s therefore there’s no need to pay old and cold shareholders because we were given shares back in 2012? I believe this was refuted on the last quarterly call. They spoke of restrictions due to the NOL’s.
As long as we see a share adjustment, it will be a good start. So let’s hope COOP shows us something before year end.
Can’t be left out. Basic ownership rules if we’re correct.
Witching day...big volume always on this Friday.
Yes that and a share adjustment by COOP would be great.
Maybe, but I do expect COOP to announce something by years end. And that will be the beginning of the process.
10 trading days left till 2021 (excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
I don’t know if there will be a half day of trading on New Years Eve since New Year’s Day is on we weekday this year.
So Somethings got to move very soon.
Humm...I wonder why it’s so important they clarify the 15g part of the agreement is going forward as of 12/11? Seems important for some reason.
Thanks, always enjoy the readings.
Az, do you think they can break this up and allow COOP to move forward and correct the share count and wait on any cash distribution? I’m stuck on the filing date of 12/20/19, but I also recall it became final at the end of Jan 2020. COOP has to abide by the SEC regulations while the FDIC seem to work around proper timing.
Just wondering
Wish I can say I fully understand this, but I get most of it. The issuance of JPMC shares brings a little confusion, but it seems like good news. Some dilution should be expected up front with 500M share issuance of COOP. I was wondering how would they short and control the price action if all the shares are locked up?
Thanks
Look like it needs to be adjusted around 200M shares with the RS.
They don’t need to cover if cancelled, at least I didn’t on other bankruptcy’s.
Might want to give it till March.
Yeah I’ve had to save some post...gone!!
