Doesn't sound related, unfortunately. But it would be nice if it was...
9:29:11, for sure.
But seriously, who knows?
That's not what I said, but given the situation it's an understandable interpretation.
My impression is that they're working like crazy on some kind of big international airline deals and that everything else is on the backburner, including merger. I'm waiting to see what comes out in the wash.
Of course. Can't sell. Still an insider since he's got knowledge of the deal.
I'm thinking TrustAssure might just be a rebrand of Healthy America to be more international. It's on the CLXHealth website now where I'm pretty sure it used to say Healthy America.
I don't think HUML has anything to do with this. That's an energy company.
Sweet news TSNP!!!
I wouldn't complain :D
In for a lotto. Hope they bring something huge.
Isn't it usually 1 year? Wouldn't those be in the market long ago?
Guess this needed to be dealt with before they could move forward.
Pretty much.
Tell them they came to the wrong place, reader3 lives just down the street.
kthxbye!
Actually confirming prior news (there is a deal and they are discussing, etc, which has been prd in the past) isn't an issue.
I wonder if eTrade screwed up. Maybe the underlying numbers for RiverNorth and PASO are almost identical, and off by 1 digit or something, and someone typed the wrong number by one digit.
Did the guys who just received more buy more shares just before the deadline or something? So there's some catching up happening?
One other interesting tweet, from Oct 14, 'Investor presentations are being handled by our advisors.'
https://twitter.com/JoeyGonz11/status/1316546152569991175
Full text:
"Depends on the use case; Without NDAs - There are consumer driven recurring monthly revenue streams and sponsor business/buyer recurring monthly revenue streams. Travel use case as example is event driven. Investor presentations are being handled by our advisors"
Very welcome of course.
Oct 8 they retweeted the Aug 6 tweet that included RM / Pubco in the roadmap as well as #Patients and #Access and #Solutions in the hashtags.
There was a screenshot of the retweet in this post on ihub:

https://twitter.com/pashealth
It's gone.
They removed it sometime before the original July deadline about the time @CLXHealth went live, plus or minus a little. I don't remember the exact dates.
My loose interpretation is that they were in fact expecting to roll from one to the other fairly expeditiously.
Gonzalez. Tweet a few months ago. The guy is running a massive project. Thats his personal twitter account.
Context matters. He first posted it re: being tired and needing coffee. The guy is working his tail off. Maybe stop interpreting everything in the worst possible light?
I'm thinking more re: branding and launch for the Healthy America app / project / network, but I'm just guessing.
Five star post right here. Thank you.
They're focusing on a rollout or something like that. Merger will probably come later.
It sounds to me like they're prepping for a rollout soonish, and want their twitter account to focus on it.
Fingers crossed.
That's not exactly a definition, but regardless of semantics, it definitely includes more than just the RM.
And I think we agree for the most part.
Thank you.
I'd actually disagree slightly, only as regards the roadmap. I think the roadmap is for the full development of CLX Health as a company with multiple lines of (related) business, ultimately within the public shell of PASO.
So roadmap, as I understand it, refers to both.
Otherwise I'd agree with your interpretation, especially as regards partnerships.
Still waiting, so flippers flip.
So they're a pipsqueak, completely insignificant, nothing to see here kind of company, is that what you're saying?
LOL
ACN = Accenture ???
But think about how much this particular data is worth to airlines and travel destinations. Potentially a huge freaking amount.
Companies can own patents, effectively. There's some ability to assign a patent to another entity. So you will have an individual or a few of them as the inventor on the patent, and then it can be assigned to someone else, and that someone else can be company.
Great post, thanks!
As a board member, and not an employee, no. But it appears that the plan is to merge the organization he is building with PASO, so ultimately the result is the same.
He is the one behind the App. He was on the board of directors for PASO when he got the idea, but not an employee. He appears to be the primary driver behind CLX Health, as it seems to be using the data system from his former company, Sunfish Health, which is a laboratory health exchange service, as well as its strategy officer. But it looks like he brought in the partners for their increased technical and market reach. At least that's my understanding.
