Dang, either know one wants the headaches that comes with owning Neomedia or Acting Chiefs are so cocky that they think a penny stock company will materialize into something credible.
Good for Renu Mobile...hats off.
Surprised no one has said "Somebody must know something". Maybe today is a new day...probably not though.
Are you honestly surprised?
That's what happens when you don't run your company into the ground. Good for them, wish we were in that spot.
I thought the name was familiar...interesting he just made the Neomedia website.

Who is this guy and when did he come about??
I know, I agree...I was just poking fun at the lack of execution and lack of quality resellers.
I hope someone got fired for making that deal.
Are you kidding! Imagine has produced our best revenue stream...they have so many new announcements coming up in the next few weeks!
"Imagine will be announcing further partnerships in the coming weeks."

(October, 2010)
To Date, Imagine has signed up - according to their site - these big fish:
"Imagine Signs Up Neomedia and Hypertag"
http://www.imagineww.com/
(July 2011)
I wonder if they are actually reselling empty neomedia office space?
krays, who are the new re-sellers? The only recent one i recognize is LimeMotion...first put up there back in April

And our revenue stream surely cannot supply enough fuel to get lift off.
Let alone an overpaid contracted, non-appointed COO, which somehow still gets Neomedia benefits???
I predict about a week before it's released. There will probably be a PR as well...to distract from the true numbers.
I should have used that PR to sell my stake, but I looked beyond the corruption and relied on hope and belief of what Neomedia was telling me.
Should have used my head, not my heart.
I've noticed that too, both currently and before. Those 'mistakes' were the cancer that first tricked me into this stock.
There is one flaw in your reasoning. A majority of "investors" would not touch this stock on any given day regardless of the news it releases, climb in PPS, or whatever else happens. The debt is too high-and continues to escalate, EPS is pathetic, authorized share amount is disgusting, convertable debenture terms are even more disgusting, historical trading data is too scary, and there is no permanent leadership.
The only investors this is and will attract are day traders, hopefuls (me), and suckers (me).
History repeats itself, and a corrective action to steer this ship into better waters, from a 'investing' standpoint, is minimal. As always I hope I'm wrong and really hope things are turning around...but fool me twice...shame on me.
*editors note: I envy day traders, they have made a killing at my expense while I sit and remain hopeful that Neom takes advantage of the technology and executes a plan to make a name for themselves.
Awesome...well, just put it on the tab.
Don't think it would have really mattered if it was or was not dropped. Had it not been dropped Neom insurance would have covered damages incurred by O'Leary. We would have still lost and O'Leary would still be with Neom.
eBay has already licensed everything Neom owns for a fraction of what it may cost to outright buy the company. eBay got the upperhand.
I like how they spread out 3 months of seperate funding in 1 8k. We won't see another one until September, wonder how many investors are going to assume Neom has become cash flow positive a month or two from now when we don't see any 'new' funding come in.
Only problem is we, as investors, will never know who is signed unless we discover the codes ourselves. With the exception of 8k's of course.
Anyone else notice that GOMO has been consistently mentioning the use of Neoreader? That's my random thought for the day...

Also noticed debenture NEOM-4-1 had a principle reduction of $147,121 on the 6/28 8k, when compared to the 5/31 8k.
5/31 - Principal was $7,458,651
6/28 - Principal was $7,311,530
Same one that got the $2 million interest reduction from the eBay deals.

Is everyone on vacation this week?
8k - Revenue must still not be too solid, we're still borrowing by the month...
So I wonder what Laura's definition of 'looking to be profitable by the end of the year' is.

I can't imagine they can hide much more, when the quarterly report comes out it's only further proof that YA dumped shares...millions upon millions since Jan.
Agreed, not all of Neomedia's customers thought up the idea of remaining confidential. Neomedia I'm sure is the one that wants that confidentiality clause....question is why? Is it to prevent competition knowing it's customers or is it to prevent investors from hypeing every deal? Or some other random reason only the Exec buffoons know...
Thanks Road, I'll research that title. I figured it had something to do with barcodes since you tied it back to industry players. Have a good weekend.
But, according to Laura, their customers seem to have gone recluse with their marketing efforts. For some reason everyone and their mother apparently wants to remain confidential.
Hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday weekend. Except you Neomedia executives...perhaps you should consider working this weekend and figure out how to return some value to shareholders.
I do, if history repeats itself then the license/agreement/deal/confidential thingy/or whatever they call it now, was a firesale.
Hey Road, I noticed yesterday you had mentioned Scan Tunnels (I think the post got deleted). From my understanding Google is working on something similar...but it uses RFID. Is there another method using barcodes?
What I know is essentially a customer just walks through a tunnel and RFID chips register to the POS and essentially rings all items up within less than 10 seconds. Wal-Mart does currently use the same idea with it's distribution process. All trucks dropping off a delivery pass by RFID stations and it cross-references with out-going and in-coming inventory. It also tracks delivery times and verification.
I can't take this anymore. AT&T licensed the MobileTag READER. Mobile Tag licensed use of Neom PATENTS. Even if there was a connection between all 3, it wouldn't relate back to Neom because the Mobile Tag license from Neom is not royalty based...AND...it is not a sub-licensable agreement. Mobile Tag did not need Neom to create it's reader!!
Is AT&T using the indirect that Neom owns????? I don't know...that's up to our patent attorneys...who...are suing us as well BTW!? Wonder if we have new ones now?
Neom will get nothing from the AT&T - Mobile Tag deal! Please read the 8k's about the actual licenses instead of posting news articles and trying to make connections.
Have a wonderful weekend! See all you flippers posting this crud on Monday!
I can't wait to see how many daytraders interrupt this as being related to Neomedia.
Reality is if Neomedia and Apple ever come to a negotiating table, Apple will get everything Neom has and Neom will get PB&J sandwiches...but with the good peanut butter...not the cheap kind!
I believe the daytraders that couldn't get out at decent levels just discovered the AT&T - Mobile TAG connection...and are pumping it as a Neom connection due to the Mobile TAG and Neomedia license.
That's my guess.
Seems like Global Equity Reporter is trying to keep the wave going.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=47957715&symbol=NEOM
Notice the list says current and PAST customers. Before the codes started popping up everywhere (from competition of course), Neomedia was practically giving away these codes away for free to 'build' case studies and 'promote'(or was it pump) Neomedia.
Old Neom sales people would walk in the negotiating doors with their tails between their legs, or a gun held to their head by YA. I give 1 more quarter to see what our infmaous Bruce Braun brings to the table. Kind of sad when an executive sales leader can't land a deal in 6 months.
I wouldn't expect much from her, she's 1 of 3 speakers within a 1 hour time block.
I'd expect it being about how companies need to educate the market...that's usually the go to move.
