did harry hold a gun to your head to get you to buy shares at 50...take responsibility for your own actions...that 50 could have just as easily been 5...if YOU took better actions
you really need to get your sh1t together...he got PAID for his services...just like everyone else who does a job...
for example....harry.... during a moment of insanity...caved into shareholder pressure [both institutional and individual]...and went and hired an outsider[gercenstein] to run idc...when he had the right guy[howard] in place already....harry quickly admitted to his poor judgement in this matter..and rectified the situation...in the process eating a whole lotta crow
i asked if anyone has ever spoken w/ him or met him in person...since youve done neither...butt out....there are several folks here that have met me at the asm and have spoken w/ me on the phone...not surprisingly...you are not among them
can you vouch for him by saying that you have spoken w/ him on the phone or met him in person..thats all i ask....a "concerned shareholder" is a great cover for constant bashing across the board...check your pockets!!!
when you see numbers tossed around in the hundreds of millions...it kinda puts 600k in restricted stock into the perspective it deserves
youve just presented the most plausible scenario my dear conselour
why do you think it would not apply...they did not file when they went back over the 5% limit
im not sure...but i do know that heartland relinquished the right to vote more than 5% of the shares...
they do not get to vote the shares in excess of 5%...thats the deal they made w/ idc...in order to go over 5%...
i think buying or selling the stock is a helluva lot more of a "referendum" than voting out a board member
maybe it would help your character
it is amazing that you would actually consider being long this stock....i am of the opinion that you really are a short and have taken the proxy issue as a means to bash idc from every angle....IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO IS WILLING TO VOUCH FOR CORPBUYERS CHARACTER....HAS ANYBODY SPOKEN TO HIM ON THE PHONE OR MET HIM IN PERSON AND IS WILLING TO VOUCH FOR HIM?
no...we
have purposefully been avoiding the confrontation...ii the spirit of harmony...i am for the re-election of roath...and i feel he has been one of our highest quality directors as ex CFO of nabisco
institutions passing securities to each other...keeps the mkt makers and the day traders out of the picture...thats effeciency
more effecient transfer of securities.....thats 175k+ since last nites close
not yet ...although novatel is on the short list
53k trade last nite 4.41pm...effecient transfer of securities...the buyers are there [so are the sellers]
ill take it for now...i think we're ok at these levels..they should be finished w/ the wholesale dumping at this price...the "hammer" doesnt signal that you're going up...just that you have stopped going down...i think the stock has moved into firmer hands on this downtrade
gman....hammer time??
that'll work for idc
all major holders have reported in...w/ no significant decreases...inst holdings at 36% as of 3/31 [20 days after earnings shortfall and nokia delay 3/10]
i guess we're back to being a "Value stock" when the heartland "value " fund takes a huge position....funny thing is..last time things were like this we we're at 5...i guess thats progress
great engineers w/o great patent attorneys are nothing but a bunch of sitting ducks...great salesman w/o great engineers and great patent attorneys...are working for someone else!!...but everyone needs an "honest accountant one flight up"!!
the best thing about boston accounts.... is that its a very close community..."monkey see..monkey do"
id like to think they bought the dip
who is dd?
yep...thats him.....he is very well known...most likely it was dug up by one of his equity analyts
why cant idc credit back the module ipr to the end device manufacturer?...i dont want to double dip...but i want to "dip my wick" at least once
plmo isnt liscenced and you know it...and last time i looked...htc was the "end device manufacturer" for the hp product
the end device manufacturer will pay idc....
indemnification is a good thing...it forces everybodys hand
art......its more like a pack of wolves if you ask me!!...retreat!!,cocktails, sleep, the stock is going up tmmrw...victory is for the pure of heart!!
maybe this is the "cleanout trade".....things is heatin up w/ a big stick figure in volume today to the upside...
gab..2 more days in reporting period...top 4 have still not reported....if they stood pat and didnt sell...we can do very well in here
btw....my partner just called him a wall street god
james...i believe it is the leon cooperman fund...579k...backround..leon cooperman was a goldman sachs biggie..who left in a big food fight and started his own deal...he is a well respected investor
3g as "evolution" rather than "revolution"
i think that analysis is dead wrong...i doubt it was institutions selling the stock after the earnings were released...it probably was disappointed fast money mo-mo types....although this is latent news...it is the type of thing that can move the stock...id say the supply of stock is pretty low...and i think the stock mkt is about to turn
sometimes the wheels turn real slow....thank you adams harkness hill for your reccomendation....i heard there was big buying out of boston...i assumed it was fidelity...i was wrong...THE BIG DOG IS STILL OUT THERE....now wall street can employ its most overused technique..."monkey see monkey do"...THIS IS GREAT!!
