while in most cases, stocks of BK companies that have liquid issues usually do well afterwards if they are just going to restructure debt without messing with shareholders... in this case they are screwing the common and preferred to restructure

I agree, in short term this will spike up. Im guessing either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. SGIC, LEH, GM, etc all began their runs after the third day of the BK announcement

if u go on Americanbulls, they had a buy-if yesturday. At this moment, the buy-if is confirmed as a BUY since its higher than the open and yesturdays closed.

Look at lehmans and wamu, still handling issues and its still listed.. 60 days? LOL dont make me laugh, no company, especially this size, can get all the bk stuff done in 60 days.

as for flipping, the prime time to buy to flip is about a day or two after the BK drop -- and the bounce should be coming soon
