The day I ever buy a Canadian product like WNBD or any Canadian product is the day hell freezes over. I will not buy any product from a socialist country where cigarettes are $9.00 a pack, speeding 50 km over the limit is $10,000 fine and a license suspension. Canada reminds me of communist Russia. Buy American and support American products like Billy's.
Just an Ant is a CMA. I am sure he is a very intelligent guy but They all part of that critical thinking mind set. I was wondering why some one would do so much research into a stock they don't own but after reading his profile it kind of makes sense. I know a lot of CPA's and CMA's who research companies for fun so I can't really knock the guy anymore. I am more of a marketing guy so I totally understand Billy'S vision and where this company is headed. Hell I might buy another three million shares. The thing that I find amusing is so many people like WNBD but there packaging sucks, their price point sucks and Americans want to buy from fellow Americans not a bunch of Canadians like WNBD. WNBD has their stuff for $9.95 a bottle where Bill is $3.00 a pen and plus he is going private label and has an awesome character to represent the Zap brand. Now he knows how to market.
Where is the link I could not find it in your post? and no I see what he did is a very smart thing. No one is going to pay $5 million for a company if they don't know whats going on so do you know more then these guys? are you an engineer?
OK something is defintely not right here. Why would you spend all this time and research into a stock you do not even own? What is your agenda? Show me where Bill owns this many shares. You either have some sort of agenda or something is very wrong here. There is no way anyone would spend this much time on a stock they do not own. Did Bill do something to hurt you in the past?
I think it is mostly just people putting in cheap bids and what they don't realize by doing this they lose money on the shares they already own. Kind of sad but just my take.
Don't get to cheerful. I am sure Just an Ant will do his daily visit with us soon lol. I hope we see .02 tomorrow.
A broker that follows a lot of penny stocks thats who. He recommended about 5 other stocks to me also but I told him I was sticking with my GRBG. He literally said "they are just getting started and that is my take on it" and he also had a price target on the stock but I am not going to mention it because Just An Aunt I know would slap that one right down if I mentioned how high the target was for 12-18 months out.
Put it this way I talked to a broker today who knows GRBG well and he said he thinks they have the forecast down and he said they are just getting things ready to go and he said that if I held onto this thing for 12-16 months that I should be a very happy camper and said not to worry about a thing.
here is a second from the August 31st PR:
Green Bridge Industries has begun making a major sales and marketing push to retailers across the country. Manufacturing Solutions will soon begin the second production run due to the expected high demand for not only the ZAP(TM) Stain Eraser Pen, but also for the other Licensed Products which Green Bridge Industries has the exclusive license to produce and distribute nationally.
here is what was stated in the pr announcement for the dallas show coming up tommorrow:
We are very excited to partner with Green Bridge Industries, and know that the products have already garnered interest from our pre-show outreach," stated Asher Provda, President of the The Pencil Grip, Inc
you know they are sandbagging the orders until the show because they already said that there was huge demand preshow. I just can't wait until they get the private label rolling. If they get CVS and Walgreens and Dollartree on their private label this thing will be 50 cents overnight. If they later get these three stores for the other products coming on the market for private label in the next few months $1.00 within 16 months. Private label is where the big money is and I don't see any private label stain remover pens anywhere and green is even better because Walmart has a huge green initiative right now and they are also going to be at the Dallas show I believe.
The dallas show starts tommorrow. We should be hearing about some huge orders the next few days. That is generally how these shows work
what is insane is he is making accusations toward a person who just spent several days at the LA county fair raising money for wounded veterans. He should be blocked from this board.
just an aunt you don't pay taxes on a stock swap and these are restricted shrares they are trading them for not cash. They only pay taxes on it if they sell the shares.
still holding my 3 million shares long and strong. I would not sell this is someone had a gun to my head. These people who sold today must of been dropped as children. Once this deal is sealed in 30 days its a $4.5 million dollar profit from the sale of vapor
and a $4.5 million profit with PE of 10-12 puts this at roughly 18 cents a share just based on the sale alone because this is technically a profit and with the other products this thing could easily be 50-60 cents in a few months once they have all the stores hooked up.
For the retards who sold today, you are going to be kicking yourself later on. This is a company they bought for $500,000 and sold for $5,000,000. This equals a $4.5 million dollar profit for the Forest gumps that don't know how to add or subtract and the market cap on this company is 4.9 million as of yesterday and no they are not dilluting. This is pure profit. The other shares are being converted into common at 5 cents and 10 cents a share. I have never seen such stupid people selling that don't have a clue on valuations. This is the most undervalued stock I have ever seen in my life
I am still holding my almost 3,000,000 shares and have not sold a single one because I believe in Bill. I was out on vacation in Canada for a few days but now I am back. I can't wait to see what kind of orders they get at the show next week
Probably the easiest way for SPNG to market the pens is include them in the autosponge kit and raise the price a little bit. This would be an automatic $20-40 million in sales in GRBG in a matter of weeks lol.
Well I can tell you one thing I told one guy in my office about Billy's new company and he was like "Bill has a new company?. I was like yeah and word is spreading like wild fire in the jan san business so these guys understand valuations a hell of a lot better then these penny stock people lol.
I love how people with no industry knowledge whatsover are trying to give opinions on the valuations of this company. I work in the green products business and I know the valuation of this company is worth 60-80 times more then what it is currently at. I told you people not to sell today and the people that sold at 1.30 took a 22% loss. You deserve what was coming to you for being stupid. I have much more in store for the shorts tommorrow and next week and the week after :)
The thing is the market cap on this is only around $5 million right now. There is only so low a stock and go and this has a potential to be bigger then Oxyclean. I don't see why people are selling. They are in negotiations with Target Meijer and all the other big boys. I don't know these guys personally like I said before but know of them from the industry and it looks like they are shooting on all cyclinders
the new offering on the preferrred has not even come out yet on file. That was the old one.
I loved watch the one retard sell for .013 for a 22% loss from the open. Bravo idiot!!!
wow it opens up and then people with iq of cardboard sell for a 6% loss. Don.'t sell your shares. This will be $100-250 million market cap very soon. Be patient. It should be 40-50 cents very very soon and then $1.00 and then up to $2.00
Also the name is so simple ZAP. It reminds me a lot of ALL in terms of laundry detergent and the packaging on the stain remover looks very attractive. They have a simple name that is easy to remember in terms of brand recognition. Also with the private labels, this should be huge because many people only buy the store brands. I think with the Zap brand name a long with private label they should eventually capture 8-9% of the total consumer soap market but first year it will probably be about 3% on the soap detergent market but even at 3% this would put this company at well well well well over 100 million market cap.
I can assure you one thing. Once their products start hitting the major wholesalers catalogs and I am allowed to sell them for my company, I am going to be selling these like crazy to all my customers and I have about 1000 of them.
I love watching the cheap people thinking they can pick this up for .015 yeah right. This should be 100 million market cap in the blink of an eye and then 1 billion within a few years. DON'T SELL YOUR SHARES.
I bought a lot yesterday and will continue to buy all week. I already have almost 3 million shares. Meijer is the equivalent of Walmart in the midwest and this is one of the stores they are in negotiations with. Wait until all of their products hit. This thing will be beautiful.
Apple said they were just starting to do the preferred. I don't know what this other mumbling was about. Also again Bill is highly respected in the west michigan business community and in Indiana and any discredit toward him is an insult to me personally so this is why I am very sensitive when these bashers come on and throw these accusations out.
Bill is a pretty straight forward guy from what I hear from people in the business. Apple consulting also represents Sponge and Spong is what? went from a 2 mill market cap to what is it now $125 million more or less. I asked them straight up about the increase in shares and I asked about dillution and they told me it was for prefered stock and said only registered representatives can buy it AND THERE HAS BEEN NO INCREASE IN O/S. They gave me a very honest straight forward answer. There is nothing to bash here. It is a normal start-up company with a normal product that should be huge IMHO. The reason they increased the A/S is to bring in the 2.5 mill credit line and also bring in some more money to the table. Yes when it hits 5 cents or 10 cents there maybe some dillution but it won't be that bad because by then there should be solid revenue so who really cares.
NO DOLUTION NO DOLUTION NO DOLUTION NO DOLUTION HOW many times do I have spell it out for the dumbasses, retards, and daytraders with the IQ of cardboard? I called apple consulting and they said there was no increase in O/S and the other a/s shares are going to be prefered stock that is convertible into equity. It sounds like this is part of the 2.5 million credit line a long with the a little bit of extra prefered stock. If you remember reading, the prefered stock can be transfered over to equity after it hits a target of 5 cents and 10 cents on the credit line. That is when I believe it can be converted to common equity. DON'T SELL YOUR SHARES AT ANY PRICE. I can't believe how I see retards selling for a 10% loss when it was up 2.9%. Did a brick just fall on their head? Why would you sell a stock in the initial phase before the product even hit the stores.
there is no dillution. I called Apple Consulting and they said that the increase in shares was for preferred shareholders. The people sellnig today really are dumb as brick
That doesn't mean they are going to actually use them. I got an email from Kevin the VP of business development today but I did not mention that to him. I was going to ask him when they are going to be listed in the United Stationers catalog because that is the wholesaler to most of the office supply industry like Office Depot, Staples, Office Max and many many others but they carry a lot of cleaning products and it is not hard to get products listed in there. The reason I asked him is because once the products get listed in the catalog, I will probably be allowed to sell them for my company and make my company a profit but also help out GRBG also and my investment in them and I would encourage all the other sales reps in my company to do the same because of the attractive pricing points they are going to come out with. The division of my company alone has about 50 people and probably $130 million in sales by my guestimate
The one thing investors should realize is that what Billy is doing from an industry perspective is something that has hardly been done and that is put green products into private label. I don't know to many that have done this in the green products cleaning business, maybe a handful but I have not seen them in the stores and also a HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE factor that Billy has done is pricing because when ever I have sold any green cleaning products to businesses price has been the #1 issue 90% of the time and because of his manufacturing capacity he is able to price everything within the same range as the traditional cleaning products in the retail space. Pretty much every issue that has been in the industry the last few years that I have seen, he has addressed and addressed it very well IMHO.
totally agree. I would not put 50k into this company and buy almost 3 million shares and a hedge fund would not put in 2.5 million of its own money if I or they did not know what the hell I was doing. This feels like Sponge during the early phases where they had an institutional investor got in at a penny lol and now its 21 cents but I think within 2 years time this will be bigger then SPNG. I don't think it will be as big as oxiclean but pretty dam close.
electaku they are not convicting him of anything that was a joke because Billy used to be the vp of sales of eeso and eeso is in a lawsuit with wowgreen and I think that is why Billy left because he was sick of all the bs. Billy is as clean as a whistle because he was not listed as a defendant in the lawsuits. He has moved on to bigger and better things and that is GRBG
what I find funny is that these guys don't work in the business and don't even know the gross margins and profit potential on these products. I can tell you one thing without giving out to many details is that generally the gross margins in the green cleaning products business are huge and my guess is it sounds like they have a JIT manufacturing system in place with the company out of illinois so there should not be to many expenses. Put it this way, if they even do 2 million in sales then this should be a 7 cent stock and 2 million in sales you can get from just one medium sized store chain. This is how large the gross margins are in this business because the market cap right now is only 6.2 million
I don't know to much about whats going on at EESO now adays but I do work in the Green Products industry and heavily invested in Billy's new company and I am glad to see Billy away from all the crazy stuff that going on at EESO and WOWGREEN. Billy is a very intelligent guy from what I have heard from many people in the industry.
OK I do see your point here but in this stage of the game what do you expect them to do? do you want them to be able to climb walls like spider man or perform magic acts like David Copperfield? All I am saying is they have accomplished way more in 2-3 months then most of these cleaning companies like winning brands have accomplished in 2 years.
