Everyone; please keep posts on topic.
No one forced anyone to be here in GEGP and if anyone bought shares now or years ago, it was their own decision and no one should come to the GEGP board complaining constantly to others because, of decisions they made that didn't work-out the way they "hoped".
Off topic posts or constant whining that's off topic will be removed and if it continues, the person will be asked to leave or iHub admin will be notified to do something about it.
So: for argument sake,
we can't do anything to stop them, fighting does no good and in the end they win and, all but 500 million people world wide are dead, who really wins?
The elite (millionaire and billionaires) are very old and on average, I doubt they would live more than another 30-40 years tops and even if they don't care if this NWO isn't fully in place before they die, their goal is the work in process, who do they think is benefiting from their BS pathetic agenda?
And, even if their isn't anyone they leave behind that benefits from this or even if, they want their legacy of world domination to be passed down to their families, who is to say, that after a generation or three their families will even care to have a NWO.
According to:
http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0932875.html
There are 196 countries in the world today.
If we divide this number by 500,000,000 people world wide according to what the Georgia Stone/NWO elite have planned;
That would leave 2,551,020.408 (2.5 million people) per country and for the United States it would mean only 51,020 (51 thousand people) per state.
Now, how many of those people would be the rulers?
A far better question would be, what would happen to all the industry, import/export trade, farming for food etc?
Who would maintain all the nuclear plants to keep them from melting down as well as all the other things in the world that can NOT be left unattended?
And, I know the division per country would most likely not be such as I said above because, many of these countries are far smaller than the U.S.
IMO, the pathetic disgusting elite that want this to happen do NOT give a damn about what would happen no matter how bad it could be because, controlling people is the plan, is the goal.
The elite don't give a damn about what the consequences would be if they eliminated 90 some percent of the worlds population down to 500 million because, they are so rich that they never experience consequences in their lives.
If the millionaire and billionaires and elite were removed of their money and hence; their power, they would have no choice but to abandon their quest for world domination and have to work for a living and to stay alive and have an eye opening that might possibly make them see people like us as human beings and not subhuman beings. Maybe.
Either way, hopeless or not;
I'll die on my feet before I'll live on my knees.

Amazon.com donates $30,000 in gift cards to gun buyback program
I just wrote a letter to Amazon from my customer account, I was enraged to see that they donated $30,000 to a gun buyback program in Seattle. I am shocked and disappointed in them!
MERCER ISLAND, WA -- The first Seattle gun buyback in 20 years netted more than 160 guns in just the first two hours, including one unexpected item, originally said by Mayor Mike McGinn to be a rocket-propelled grenade launcher. Police later clarified that it was a used launch tube for a Stinger surface-to-air missile.
Hundreds lined up for the event, which began at 9 a.m. Saturday, to trade their handguns, shotguns and rifles for $100 Amazon gift cards and state-classified assault weapons for $200. Amazon donated $30,000 in gift cards to the program, McGinn said.

Nullification of Unconstitutional FED Laws
Legal Experts Call Nullification Unconstitutional and Seditious
January 24, 2013
They are WRONG!!! Read on . . .
“The states can’t simply choose to defy and override a valid federal law.” That’s law professor Allen Rostron’s opinion of the spate of state efforts to thwart federal attempts to infringe on the constitutionally protected right of citizens to keep and bear arms.
Rostron makes this statement in a recent article published by the Kansas City Star.
The right of states to refuse to enforce unconstitutional federal acts is known as nullification.
Nullification is a concept of constitutional law recognizing the right of each state to nullify, or invalidate, any federal measure that exceeds the few and defined powers allowed the federal government as enumerated in the Constitution.
Nullification exists as a right of the states because the sovereign states formed the union, and as creators of the compact, they hold ultimate authority as to the limits of the power of the central government to enact laws that are applicable to the states and the citizens thereof.
As President Obama and the United Nations accelerate their plan to disarm Americans, the need for nullification is urgent, and liberty-minded citizens are encouraged to see state legislators boldly asserting their right to restrain the federal government through application of that very powerful and very constitutional principle.
One would expect that Rostron, being a professor of law, has read the Federalist Papers. In fairness, he probably has, but perhaps he overlooked Federalist, No. 33, where Alexander Hamilton explained the legal validity of federal acts that exceed the powers granted to it by the Constitution. Hamilton wrote:
If a number of political societies enter into a larger political society, the laws which the latter may enact, pursuant to the powers intrusted [sic] to it by its constitution, must necessarily be supreme over those societies and the individuals of whom they are composed.... But it will not follow from this doctrine that acts of the larger society which are not pursuant to its constitutional powers, but which are invasions of the residuary authorities of the smaller societies, will become the supreme law of the land. These will be merely acts of usurpation, and will deserve to be treated as such. [Emphasis in original.]
Rostron denies that states have the right to withstand federal tyranny and argues that the Constitution declares federal acts to be the “supreme law of the land.”
His comments echo a common misreading and misunderstanding of Article VI of the Constitution, the so-called Supremacy Clause.
The Supremacy Clause (as some wrongly call it) of Article VI does not declare that federal laws are the supreme law of the land without qualification. What it says is that the Constitution "and laws of the United States made in pursuance thereof" are the supreme law of the land.
Read that clause again: “In pursuance thereof,” not in violation thereof.
If an act of Congress is not permissible under any enumerated power given to it in the Constitution, it was not made in pursuance of the Constitution and therefore not only is not the supreme law of the land, it is not the law at all.
Constitutionally speaking, then, whenever the federal government passes any measure not provided for in the limited roster of its enumerated powers, those acts are not awarded any sort of supremacy. Instead, they are “merely acts of usurpations” and do not qualify as the supreme law of the land. In fact, acts of Congress are the supreme law of the land only if they are made in pursuance of its constitutional powers, not in defiance thereof.
Hamilton put an even finer point on the issue when he wrote in Federalist, No. 78, “There is no position which depends on clearer principles, than that every act of a delegated authority contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the constitution, can be valid.”
Once more legislators, governors, citizens, and law professors realize this fact, they will more readily and fearlessly accept that the states are uniquely situated to perform the function described by Madison above and reiterated in a speech to Congress delivered by him in 1789.
"The state legislatures will jealously and closely watch the operation of this government, and be able to resist with more effect every assumption of power than any other power on earth can do; and the greatest opponents to a federal government admit the state legislatures to be sure guardians of the people’s liberty," Madison declared.
State lawmakers are catching on, and nullification bills stopping federal overstepping of constitutional boundaries have been proposed in at least two dozen states. These measures nullify not only the impending federal gun grab, but the mandates of ObamaCare and the indefinite detention provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as well.
Legal analyst for 60 Minutes Andrew Cohen sees sedition in such state acts of nullification and calls them “patently unconstitutional.”
It appears that we have arrived at a time in the history of our Republic when the author of the Declaration of Independence (Thomas Jefferson) and the “Father of the Constitution” (James Madison) are considered enemies of liberty.
In the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, Jefferson and Madison declared their allegiance to the union, but insisted that states have the right — the duty — to interpose themselves between citizens and federal despotism.
In a blog post, Thomas Woods, author of Nullification: How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century, (* see below) points to Cohen’s patently incorrect view of the origin of our Constitution. He writes,
Of course, the “sedition” talk begs all the relevant questions and assumes federal supremacy as we know it today to be the correct position. It pretends the compact theory of the Union doesn’t exist, or that violence could have reversed it.
The compact theory of the Union mentioned by Woods holds that the consent of the states created the Constitution and thus created the federal government. This act of collective consenting is called a compact. In this compact (or contract), the states selected delegates who met in Philadelphia in 1787 and conferred some of the powers of the states to a federal government. These powers were enumerated in the Constitution drafted at that convention and the Constitution became the written record of the compact.
This element of the creation of the union is precisely where the states derive their power to nullify acts of the federal government that exceed its constitutional authority. It is a trait woven inextricably within every strand of sovereignty, and it was the sovereign states that ceded the territory of authority which the federal government occupies.
Again, a law professor rides to the rescue of the falsehood of absolute federal supremacy.
The U.S. Supreme Court has “made it indisputably clear that if there is a conflict between valid federal law and a state constitution, the federal law prevails,” writes Stephen McCallister in an article in the University of Kansas Law Review published in 2011.
Actually, what is indisputably clear is that a correct understanding of the history of the creation of the union and the Constitution teaches that the people and the states retain the power to put a stop to any attempt by the federal government to revoke the right to keep and bear arms or any other inalienable right which, in the beginning, was a gift of God, not government.

* How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century
Unconstitutional laws are pouring out of Washington…but we can stop them.
Just ask Thomas Jefferson. There is a “rightful remedy” to federal power grabs—it’s called Nullification.
In Nullification: How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century, historian and New York Times bestselling author Thomas E. Woods, Jr. explains not only why nullification is the constitutional tool the Founders envisioned, but how it works—and has already been employed in cases ranging from upholding the First Amendment to knocking down slave laws before the Civil War. In Nullification, Woods shows:
* How the states were meant to be checks against federal tyranny—and how a growing roster of governors and state attorneys general are recognizing they need to become that again
* Why the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution reinforces the rights of states to nullify unconstitutional laws
* Why it was left to the states to uphold the simple principle that an unconstitutional law is no law at all
* Why, without nullification, ordinary Americans will continue to suffer the oppression of unjust, unconstitutional laws
* PLUS thorough documentation of how the Founding Fathers believed nullification could be applied
Nullification is not just a book, it could become a movement to restore the proper constitutional limits of the federal government. Powerful, provocative, and timely, Nullification is sure to stir debate and become a constitutional handbook for all liberty-loving Americans.

NYPD Testing a New ‘T-Ray’ Device That Scans People and Detects Concealed Guns Under Clothes
Jan. 24, 2013
The New York Police Department revealed Wednesday that it was developing a device that would scan people for concealed firearms on their body.
The Wall Street Journal reports Commissioner Raymond Kelly saying the NYPD is testing a T-ray (terahertz radiation) machine. Such technology is increasingly being used in airport scanners because the radiation is considered less harmful than X-ray. As IEEE Spectrum put it in its article a few years ago examining the technology, T-rays go through most materials but reflect off metal.
“If something is obstructing the flow of that radiation, for example a weapon, the device will highlight that object,” Kelly said at an event attended by the New York City Police Foundation, according to the WSJ.

This device can and most likely "WILL" be used anytime the police feel like using it and, Not when probably cause is considered. IMO.
Even probably cause isn't the issue here; to have people scanned without consent is a Crime.

obama Shoots Himself in the Foot on Gun Control
by Gary North - Tea Party Economist
http://lewrockwell.com/north/north1251.html
North’s law of knee-jerk politics is this: “When you become a knee-jerk politician, you will eventually shoot yourself in the foot.” This is what President Obama has just done. He has decided that he is going to make gun control one of his two major issues.
The first issue is getting the House of Representatives to raise the debt ceiling. He has made it clear that he will not compromise in any way.
This is a safe political battle. The House of Representatives was willing to pass a bill to hand over $50 billion to Governor Christie and the other pork master governors of the Northeast, whose states got hit by Hurricane Sandy. That made it clear that the House of Representatives has no intention of cutting spending. If you vote to increase spending, and you refuse to vote to increase taxes, then you are committing yourself in full public view to the principle that a rising federal deficit does not matter. The deficit will soar, and the House will not fight this. Therefore, when push comes to shove, the House of Representatives will capitulate to Obama and will raise the debt ceiling.
The second issue is the Sandy Hook issue: a lunatic shot elementary school children in a local public school.
On this issue, President Obama shot from the hip. From what I can see, he has shot himself in the foot. He is telling Republicans in the House of Representatives that they must vote for a series of bans on assault rifles and accompanying paraphernalia.
Why do Republicans in the House have to do this? When almost half of American households own guns, and gun owners tend to be single-issue voters, why would it benefit House Republicans to capitulate to the President on this issue? He then becomes the great winner, and they become obvious losers. What incentive do they have to become visible losers?
Republicans in the House of Representatives who take a stand against Obama on this issue are going to make major swing voters in their districts very happy. But if they capitulate to him, they are going to make this same group of swing voters very unhappy. Congressmen are able to count noses. They know where their bread is buttered. Republicans’ bread is buttered on the side of the Second Amendment.
Obama has made a strategic error. He has said that he will overcome Congressional resistance by issuing executive orders. The average American does not know about executive orders. He has not heard that the President of the United States is in effect is a legislator, not merely an executive.
The next thing you know, some of them are going to find out the President is also a judge. The bureaucratic positions under executive authority which are known collectively as “administrative law judges” are a manifestation of executive power. The administrative law judge undermines the Western concept of law. That fact was made clear 30 years ago by Harvard professor Harold Berman, in his book Law and Revolution. In the introduction to that book, he made it plain that administrative law judges represent a break with the entire Western legal tradition. Obama will use administrative law judges to enforce his position on gun control.
When we look at the executive orders that Obama has signed, we see that they are exercises in impotence with respect to the gun control issue. They involve bureaucratic spending on irrelevant research boondoggles that one agency or another has cooked up to justify its existence. These executive orders represent no threat whatsoever to gun owners.
This being the case, it becomes clear that Obama is overplaying his hand. He is claiming to have the power to override Congressional resistance, but the actual executive orders indicate impotence on his part.
He has now given the National Rifle Association the greatest membership drive opportunity that it has had in two decades. The NRA plans to add one million names to its membership list. This is not out of the question. The NRA has said that this fight will be the fight of the century. I do not think there is going to be much of a fight at all. There is going to be a terrific fund-raising drive for the NRA, and Obama is going to come away empty-handed. This is going to prove that he does not have the votes in the House.
I think I understand why he is doing this. I think he has been forced into this by the Democrats’ position on disarming the citizenry. He knows he can’t win this battle, but he is supposed to go through the motions. He is now playing front man for Joe Biden, which is not a role he covets. But his knee-jerk supporters are forcing his hand – or maybe forcing his foot. “Look! My knee jerks just as spasmodically as yours does,” he is telling them.
Knee-jerk liberals have problems with jerking knees. The gun control issue is a classic knee-jerk issue for liberals. They simply cannot stop demanding gun control in the aftermath of some lunatic, suicidal maniac who gets his hands on guns and kills people. Liberals know that maniacs will still get their hands on guns despite gun control laws, and so will gang members. But, when you are a knee-jerk politician, you jerk your knee, no matter what.
Obama is going to demonstrate in full public view two things. First, he is going to demonstrate for everybody to see that his executive orders are all rhetoric, no substance. Second, he is going to demonstrate for everybody to see that the Republicans in the House of Representatives can keep him from achieving his goals on gun control.
He is squandering political capital on a fight he cannot win. But the jerking knees behind him have kicked him into action.

House Adopts Amash Transparency Reforms
Sun, 01/20/2013
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
House Adopts Amash Transparency Reforms - Proposals Make Legislation More Accessible to Public
Washington, D.C. – On Thursday, the House passed two legislative process reforms written by Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI). The reforms take effect immediately and bind the 113th Congress, which was sworn in this morning.
“Americans should be able to access the legislation their Congress is considering—and to understand what it does,” said Amash. “Too often, bills fail to include key information that would make them comprehensible to our constituents. I am pleased that the House took important steps to increase the transparency of our policymaking by adopting my two reforms.”
The first reform provides that bills reported by House committees include not only the text of the current law that is being amended but also surrounding provisions in current law. The extra context will make it easier for readers to understand what bills do.
The second reform requires legislation to include cross-references to the U.S. Code. Under current practice, many bills are written with cross-references to laws that were enacted decades ago. Finding accurate and up-to-date versions of such laws can be extremely difficult. In contrast, a reasonably current version of the U.S. Code is available for free, online.
Amash made increasing the federal government’s transparency a top priority in his first term. In addition to being the first and only Representative to explain every vote he takes, Amash passed transparency legislation out of the Committee on the Budget and on the House floor.

Obama's Anti-American Policies Have Trapped US in 'Fiscal Swamp'
Friday, 18 Jan 2013
Pre-eminent political/economic author George Gilder thinks “fiscal cliff” is the wrong term to describe what the country faces. It’s actually a “fiscal swamp,” and it’s President Barack Obama who has filled that swamp, Gilder tells Newsmax TV in an exclusive interview.
As for the morass, “we’re in a fiscal swamp today that leads into the future as long as you can see, and the cause of the fiscal swamp is mainly a whole series of anti-enterprise policies by Obama,” Gilder says. That includes “anti-energy policies, anti-defense policies, anti-American policies,” he adds.
“People actually imagine they can negotiate with him. Having high hopes for the second Obama administration is like having great expectations for a second date with Ted Bundy. I mean, it’s just not going to work out.”

Thousands Join Pro-gun Rallies in State Capitals
Saturday, 19 Jan 2013
Thousands of gun advocates gathered peacefully Saturday at state capitals around the U.S. to rally against stricter limits on firearms, with demonstrators carrying rifles and pistols in some places while those elsewhere settled for waving hand-scrawled signs or screaming themselves hoarse.
The size of crowds at each location varied - from dozens of people in South Dakota to 2,000 in New York. Large crowds also turned out in Connecticut, Tennessee and Texas. Some demonstrators in Phoenix and Salem, Ore., came with holstered handguns or rifles on their backs. At the Kentucky Capitol in Frankfort, attendees gave a special round of applause for "the ladies that are packin'."
Activists promoted the "Guns Across America" rallies primarily through social media. They were being held just after President Barack Obama unveiled a sweeping package of federal gun-control proposals.
The crowd swelled to more than 800 amid balmy temperatures on the steps of the pink-hued Capitol in Austin, where speakers took the microphone under a giant Texas flag with "Independent" stamped across it. Homemade placards read "An Armed Society is a Polite Society," "The Second Amendment Comes from God" and "Hey King O., I'm keeping my guns and my religion."
"The thing that so angers me, and I think so angers you, is that this president is using children as a human shield to advance a very liberal agenda that will do nothing to protect them," said state Rep. Steve Toth, referencing last month's elementary school massacre in Newtown, Conn.
Toth, a first-term Republican lawmaker from The Woodlands outside Houston, has introduced legislation banning within Texas any future federal limits on assault weapons or high-capacity magazines, though such a measure would violate the U.S. Constitution.
Rallies at statehouses nationwide were organized by Eric Reed, an airline captain from the Houston area who in November started a group called "More Gun Control (equals) More Crime." Its Facebook page has been "liked" by more than 17,000 people.
Texas law allows concealed handgun license-holders to carry firearms anywhere, but Reed said rally-goers shouldn't expose their weapons: "I don't want anyone to get arrested."
A man who identified himself only as "Texas Mob Father" carried a camouflaged assault rifle strapped to his back during the Austin rally, but he was believed to be the only one to display a gun. Radio personality Alan LaFrance told the crowd he brought a Glock 19, but he kept it out of sight.
At the New York state Capitol in Albany, about 2,000 people turned out for a chilly rally, where they chanted "We the People," "USA," and "Freedom." Many carried American flags and "Don't Tread On Me" banners. The event took place four days after Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed the nation's toughest assault weapon and magazine restrictions.
Republican Assemblyman Steven McLaughlin said the new law was "abuse of power" by the governor. Some in the crowd carried "Impeach Cuomo" signs. Protester Robert Candea called the restrictions "an outrage against humanity."
In Connecticut, where task forces created by the Legislature and Democratic Gov. Dannel Malloy are considering changes to gun laws, police said about 1,000 people showed up on the Capitol grounds. One demonstrator at the rally in Maine, Joe Getchell of Pittsfield, said every law-abiding citizen has a right to bear arms.
Capitol rallies also took place in Michigan, Montana, Wisconsin, Missouri and North Carolina, among other states.
Back in Texas, Houston resident Robert Thompson attended the rally with his wife and children, ages 12, 5 and 4. Many in the family wore T-shirts reading: "The Second Amendment Protects the First."
"What we are facing now is an assault weapons ban, but if they do this, what will do they do next?" Thompson asked.
William Lawson drove more than four hours from Wichita Falls and held up a sign reading "Modern Musket" over the image of an assault rifle and the words, "An American Tradition since 1776."
"I'm not some wild-eyed person who wants to fight in the streets," Lawson said. "This is a country of laws. But I want to protect our Constitution."
Texas Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson conceded that the Second Amendment sometimes leads to killings, but he told the crowd that the First Amendment can be just as dangerous. Patterson said news coverage of those responsible for mass shootings can spark copy-cat shootings.
"All of us here, together, are right about our liberty," Patterson said. "And we will not back down."

The vote means nothing, people making themselves heard and fighting to stop gun control, means everything.
Your welcome. The amount of news out lately
could be a clue that something is coming soon.
IMO
LOL. I see that now and glad to have you on-board.
Thank you for proving it to me.
We have had a lot of people coming to this board the last year that say one thing and do another and the reason I challenged you is because, I had a Person Mark gone within a few hours of receiving this new one from you.
Since iHub refuses to let us see who is following us, we have no idea who has us Marked and who has removed Marks.
We are good now.
Thanks again and please try to understand where myself and many others are coming from when we have Person Marks gone shortly after a new person Marks us.
This person defiling our
White House is not my President.
He is Not a legal President and should Never have been put in that position the first time.
He, without a doubt is doing all he can
to assure his seat in the safe zone if the shit hits the fan in this country.
He is anti-constitution and believes he will be favored if things get ugly since
he is helping those who want to destroy our constitution and take over our country.
His words and his actions reveal his intent and his agenda.
Yes, Deport him since he comes to America and bashes OUR Constitution, OUR 2nd Amendment Rights.
He's likely another illegal alien pig anyway.
So . . I had 641 after you Person Marked me and now it's back to 640
What's up?

Time to prove it.
If you don't, I'll remove the Mark I gave you.
If you prove you didn't remove it, then we're good.
