Where is the evidence that anything in their press releases isn't true? As far as I can tell, the revenue they show in their financials has always been in line with the work they've won and generated PR about.
Are you just assuming they're lying because I can't prove that they are telling the truth? That's a pretty hilarious way to live your life! Do you just assume that everyone in the entire world is lying about everything they say unless you can personally prove without a cinch of doubt that they are not? It's not like DYNV is submitting press releases every day and pumping their stock. They haven't released a PR since May!
What are you even talking about?
Here is the news release about the contract they're fulfilling right now.
I don't need to see or read their contracts. I've seen and read all of their financials and I know that they aren't making this up: they have been raking in millions in revenue. Unfortunately, they haven't turned quite enough profit yet, but they certainly are landing work and fulfilling contracts. Hopefully they will be able to generate earnings in the future.
Why don't you try to make an actual point instead of just asking rhetorical skeptical questions?
I still think this is irrelevant right now. DYNV is contracted to build the homes, and whether or not they sell doesn't really matter. Long term, obviously they want a booming housing marketing, but it will take time for the market to stabilize. There is clearly high demand for housing, but that doesn't mean the people who want housing can afford these homes immediately. It will take time, price fluctuations, and longer tenure with the booming business to fill out all the housing.
DYNV needs to focus on fulfilling existing contracts. By the time that's done, maybe the real estate folks will have figured out how to market/price/sell these houses.
or, even better, some kind of update from the company.
Something must be up.
Haven't seen any buying action like this in a month.
I would prefer a board cluttered with nonsense because hundreds of investors came and bought in.
Is there a quarterly filing due on Thursday?
If he really had hundreds of thousands of shares, though, then he could definitely move the price down to what it is now simply by bailing on them. He can't make it go up by himself, but with a position that big, he can surely make it go down.
I could make the price drop right now by selling all of my shares, too. You probably could too.
Well, we'll just have to sit and wait on this one. There's no bottom as long as short positions continue to bail. They should all be out soon, though, so I wouldn't be surprised if this goes a week or two with no volume as the longs hold and the bid stays too low.
But the ask will remain very thin, and there will be no ceiling when the next big move comes. Let's just hope that's sooner rather than later.
where are you seeing those numbers?
Yikes. This has been a pretty stressful day. Note to self: PPS can hit scary level if someone wants to sell 150K+ all of a sudden.
Speaking of which, where's Wowza?
Well, I might have been unclear. Profitability isn't a question. They've made a profit for two straight quarters, but due to liabilities they haven't hit the break-even point to generate any positive net earnings.
wow, usually this stock is just slow, only trading when someone wants in or out and decides to buy or sell at the bid/ask, but this morning is the first attempt at manipulation i've seen...someone just sold 159 shares at .808 in an attempt to tease the price down and get someone to sell.
Well, they run an inefficient type of business based on fixed rates, so the profit should come with increased revenue. With the deals they've been making and the revenue they'll pull in this year, I think it should happen soon. I just think they need to reach that break-even point. Once they do that, this should fly.
Really? You don't think a serious investor would focus on the finacials, news, and facts instead of how many stupid posts there are on one little message board? I question your definition of "serious investor."
Hi, Wowza. Just hanging out, watching the PPS bounce around, waiting for news. Less than 100K per day trading now.
Would love to see what happens around here with a bit of volume.
Pretty dead here, but I suppose it will be beneficial for our posts to average down, since it will help us hit the breakout board once we have something to talk about around here.
I really wouldn't pay much attention to the current price. This thing is trading less than $10K per day. Any volume and this thing explodes.
What drove the 1MM+ volume a month ago?
I wouldn't put any stake in $5,000 worth of trades. But, yeah, definitely don't sell right now.
We got news, dicussions, etc but haven't touched the breakout boards today. I suppose it's not so bad to have a prolific advocate like Wowza around.
Thanks for the post. It definitely appears to be a low margin business, which implies they'll need a LOT of revenue to get significant earnings (and are on the right track with the recent deals). Hopefully they can work on becoming more efficient as well.
calm before the storm
Make sure to share the good news about DYNV as much as you can. We won't get any momentum here with news alone, but new+posts can get us on the breakout boards and get us some exposure.
More revenues, more profits, paying off the deficit...this stock is going to fly.
As a huge skeptic, I have to say that even though this isn't the monster news I was hoping for, it's very good news.
Focusing on the net loss is absurd for a company running a multi-year deficit. The fact that they are able to turn more and more profit (coupled with all the big contracts they have in the pipeline) is excellent news. They can pay off their deficit with their profits over time, and they say in the release that they don't foresee running short on liquidity, which means they won't be issuing any new stock to run operations.
Just got around to listening to this. It's excellent: he really sounds like he knows his stuff and has found a very viable market niche.
Quiet around here with Wowza and 10 bagger banned from the board!
Looks like I might get to increase my position a little today. Someone has a bunch of shares they don't like anymore. Must have gotten their credit card bill today or something.
Today or tomorrow.
Don't look at those--there's no explanation of where the $100MM comes from. Look at my explanation:

P.S. If you are not invested already, right now (and maybe, possibly next Monday) is very likely to be your last chance to get in around $0.10.
Agreed, and I would like to thank all of the crazy people who have been dumping shares on me in the .07s and .08s this week!
It is the OTC marketing but it's also a fully reporting company. Theoretically institutional investors could move in if this becomes so clearly undervalued, but that can't happen until there are actual earnings reported to the SEC.
Here's how it works. The average P/E ratio for a homebuilding company is about 30. That means that market value per share divided by the earnings per share should be around 30.
Right now, DYNV doesn't really have any earnings. But we can assume that, given their vast increase in revenue, they should report significant earnings for the first time this quarter. I'm going with a reasonable guess here (and a modest amount) and assuming that they make about $500,000 this quarter, which translates to $2MM in earnings per year.
So,
$2,000,000 / 55,000,000 shares = $.036 earnings per share.
With a P/E ratio at an industry average of around 30, we get:
$.036*30 = $1.08 per share
So, basically, if we get financials on Tuesday and they've made anything close to $500K in earnings, then the stock is work approximate a dollar.
Obviously people who buy into the future success of DYNV don't have an unlimited supply of money to invest. We will need outside investors to move through the wall of profit takers at .12 (remember how many people got in at .08-.10). Hopefully the next iteration of financials (due next Tuesday) will be the catalysts that helps bring them in. I personally have a small investment in DYNV and plan to invest a larger amount pending positive financial results.
Earnings will be released no later than Tuesday. Could be huge if they're turning a profit on their vastly increased revenues.
I'm becoming more of a believer each day investors refuse to sell. Can't wait for financials next week.
The most amazing thing is how easily this moves on no volume. Next time 1MM+ volume hits this stock, something drastic will happen (hopefully on the positive side).
It's an OTCQB-tier company, which is perfectly respectable for a micro-cap stock. Fully reporting, etc.
10Q is due Thursday, right?
