And dont bother telling me there was too much pressure, the brine water would equalize 3100# of pressure at 6000'. The over pressure is BS, even field salt water is sufficient to equalize well to work on. Anyone that tells you anything different is lying. Do your DD, get a prudent operator.
Corpinfo,
It looks like you need a prudent Operator to get the job done. I will post this procedure that should have been used on the Eberle well, this is Standard Oilfield Practice and there would be no excuses for not getting the job done. You just tossed money out the window by doing it their way.
1. Move in & Rig Up Workover rig, pump, tank with 200 BBLS 10# brine water.
2. Bleed well down, RU and pump Brine down tubing to kill well.
3. Unseat packer, let well equalize, circulate entire hole volume with brine. RU BOP.
4. Pull out of hole with tubing and packer.
5. Go back in hole with Bull plug, 2 joints mud anchor, 3 or 4 foot perf sub, seating nipple, tubing anchor and tubing. Set SN 100' + or - of top perforations. Set tubing anchor with 10,000 tension. RD BOP
6. Run in hole with 1 1/4/ insert rod pump, rods and polish rod. Space out 18" off of bottom. Check pump action with rig, Rig down and move out workover rig.
7. Set D160 Pumping unit, set at 8 SPM. Put well to pump.
Entire cost of job, utilizing what you had out there.
$50,000 to $60,000
And one BIG QUESTION. How can it be possibly productive to withhold general business news from shareholders? That is the biggest crock of BS I have ever seen. How many OS are there and how much is the well producing? You may be damaging shareholders holding this information private and you may be personally responsible since GSRE is not in good standing. Do you even care?
And another thing, do you think the shareholders believe you sob story on the Crows run? The way it looks, you promoted Bialy into thinking you were going to buy his Crows Run deal with stock and Cash. You made him put his Lease on the line by issuing stock and were to put up cash to get the lease producing again and start making cash payments. Well, after you had it tied up so he could not sell it to someone else, you never made any payments, not one penny, but you had a Lease for a pump and dump. That is the way Most people see it.
Corpinfo,
It is crystal clear to everyone that the rig on the Eberle well was a dog and pony show. You were past the primary term on the lease and was granted an extension (even though not filed so that is questionable). According to the lease agreement, you were to either have production in paying quantities or commence drilling operations. Since you did not have a pipeline, the rig was utilized in an order to attempt to satisfy the "drilling operations" clause of the lease. The rest of the drama created so you may have an excuse not to finish the well. Any Prudent Operator would have balanced the well with 10# brine water so that the packer could be pulled so that rods and a pump could be installed. This is done every day in the business and ignorance is no excuse.
Also, your operator is wrong, you do need a permit to even touch any oil, gas or disposal well. Quit passing blame, you are seriously pushing breach of fiduciary responsibility here. Either get the job done or step aside and let a prudent manager get it done. Years of excuses on the Eberle and Crows run are getting old. Every day is another excuse or a huge acquisition on the horizon. Shareholders have no confidence in you.
Thank you, Ricky
mkt, you are wrong, you cannot do anything to a well without a valid permit.
DWB, In your opinion, is GSRE a legitimate company? Do they make money? How many outstanding shares? How much cash is on hand? How much Debt do they have? How can a silent period be good for current or potential investors? How can keeping the OS number silent be beneficial unless they are hiding something?
Thanks in Advance
Paid, they dont have an office. The address is a one room executive suite that is leased to Vic. They can move their office in a grocery sack.
WHen will this company become legitimate? When will they be back in good standing with Nevada? When will they file the SEC paperwork? Or do they like running in the dark and living on the edge? Not a good way to treat investors or attract new ones.
probably so. The CEO, who holds or has held the same position with TNOG, GSRE, and EDVP has never generated one penny of cash revenue in any of the companies. NOT ONE PENNY. Plus, they hold all stock information private so you do not know what is going on. What a concept.
According to Nevada law, Brandon and Jim Hale may personally be responsible for the $100,000 loan since the Company technically does not exist while it is not in good Standing.
10-4 there good buddy. The raised (borrowed) $100,000 to put in a pipeline and production facilities. The only thing they did was spend less than $15,000 on one tank and a separator. One tank was already there. The did not put in the pipeline, so where is the rest of the money? I can hear it already, "we put the well in production....they are blocking our easement....blah blah blah" I wonder how long this pipeline contract is even good for. Some of them expire if you dont hook your well up in a pre determined period. It is crystal clear, that the Rig on the well was done for a dog and pony show to hold the investors and landowners over a little longer.
hey big k, how much awl da sellin?

Hey man, you forgot the Red Flag about the SEC filings. And the cease trade order. and.....
To the best of my knowledge, Brandon Toth has not had one penny of Revenue with GSRE, AEOH or EDVP. Not One penny and that has been years.
By the way, in one of EDVP's PR's about 8 or 9 months ago, Toth claimed they were re-entering some wells in East Texas. As of this date, not one permit was filed or any work ever performed on the wells.
From Cell Phone Tech suppport in 2006 to CEO of Several Oil Companies, Introducing Brandon Toth. He sure knows how to twist the details to his favor. Remember how he posted on here how he was just the errand boy or something for EDVP? Now I am assuming he is taking credit for raising $750,000 for them. What he fails to mention is that EDVP stock went from $1.50 to .$.02 while he was under control. LOL
" About Brandon Toth:
Mr. Toth has served as a director of Green Star Energies, Inc. since
December 2006 and as its President since February 2008. Mr. Toth has worked
in a self-employed capacity since November 2005 as a corporate development
and strategic communications consultant for publicly traded companies in
the natural resource development sector. During that time, he has also
provided marketing, public relations, technical support, web development
and customer relations services to a number of private entities. From
August 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Toth worked in the technical support
division at Cingular Wireless LLC, and between April 2004 and June 2006,
Mr. Toth also acted as a director of public relations and marketing
communications and performed metal casting, welding, finishing and
materials-sourcing duties for the Congie Gallery and Bronze Casting Studio
in Portland, Oregon.
Notice in the pictures of the Eberle, there is a brass ball valve on the high pressure vessel. This valve has a 300# rating. This is a valve that goes on something like a drain line or something down stream that has no pressure. I would not stand close to that, it can blow up and kill someone. I am sure GSRE does not need this liability.
so is production right? LOL
I belong to Drillinginfo.com. It is a service that is updated daily with all filings. I will let you know when and if they file anything. Nothing filed yet, not even a permit. So even if they are producing anything, they cant sell it.
based on regulatory guidelines, the production numbers are due within 30 days of production, so they are due Monday.
where dat volume today?
Hey Corpinfo,
I thought public companies information was supposed to public information. Do all public companies hold their financial information private?
Corpinfo,
Could you tell us how many shares you have issued for PR for GSRE? And could you tell us how much revenue the company has had since you have been in charge?
10-4 Buddy, you picked it 2 months again. LOL
Remember this...LOL

So now do we enter quiet time, as Brandon and his "workers" drill all day and night for the next mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, couple of months. While the share price
quietly moves down, then we'll either here nothing again about this "project", or they'll say it came up empty....
because all of this seems and feels eerily similiar.
That is $240,000 worth of cash from the time of your "Proxy" to March 31, 2009. Where did that money(or shares) go? How many more shares has been sold off since March 31 of last year? I thought the shares were to get the Crows Run and Eberle going. Now you had to borrow money on Eberle and it is still not going. You share a one room office so there is not big overhead, just curious as to where the cash goes for these shares?
Corpinfo,
You claim that you guys are not unloading shares. So there should be no more than 750,000,000 OS, right? Your deal was to increase the AS from 750,000,000 to 3 billion, right? Why does Pink Sheets have 830,422,639 OS as of Mar 31, 2009. What is that number now? How many OS shares are there?
Yo, Brandon, Your stock is crashing, people want information or they are bailing out. HOW MUCH IS THE EBERLE PRODUCING? THERE IS NOTHING GOOD GOING TO HAPPEN KEEPING YOUR SHAREHOLDERS IN THE DARK.
What inforation would you like sir. I posted the updated production information for 3 miles around the Eberle several times. Trust me, I have more oil in my hair and gas in my belly than those wells. If you want me to post it again, I will.
10-4, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO BENEFIT TO HOLDING PRODUCTION NUMBERS A SECRET. ABSOLUTELY ZERO BENEFIT. HOW MUCH IS THE DANG EBERLE PRODUCING, OR IS IT PRODUCING AT ALL? JUST A SIMPLE ANSWER
Hey Corpinfo,
Do you realize that Tejones must file the production numbers with the Texas RRC from the Eberle within the next 4 days or they will be in violation of another Statewide rule? I have noticed that in your PR's you say you are trying to clean up the paper work so this should not be a problem. Tejones is required to do this and it cannot be held confidential.

Thanks Big K for your service. Since you are a moderator, can you disclose what your position is with GSRE?
Big K,
If people have verifiable DD, wouldnt you want them to post it if it would save one person from losing money? Or would you prefer this person go away so you can profit from a scam?
Hey Corpinfo,
If I driver to the Corp Office, who will be there? How many square feet is it? Is this just a drop Office?
Corpinfo,
Is David Christensen, CPA still on retainer with GSRE? If so, did you personally meet him before putting him on retainer?
Hey Corpinfo,
Please let us know when is the last time you have had any communication with Clayton Smith. Also, is there really a Jim Hale? Does he know that since GSRE is not in good standing, he may personally be liable for spending the $100,000?
pro se,
can you show us any income, assets or revenue on GSRE?
Hey pro,
